KURA'S POV

I was sitting in the taxi and I wrote in my journal about what was happening. I looked out of the window and I saw the Sakamaki mansion. I rolled my window down so I could get a better look at the mansion. I got out of the taxi along with my luggage and I then paid the driver and I headed to the mansion. When I got to the front doors it was a lot bigger than I thought it was on the way here. I knocked on the door twice but no answer. I was about to knock again but then the door opened on it's own. I walked inside and it was a bit dark considering that it's home to the Sakamaki vampires. As I looked around I said,"Hello? Is anyone here?"

I then saw a boy with red hair he was lying on the sofa asleep. I walked over to him and I said,"Excuse me."

No answer. I placed my hand over his shoulder to wake him but I didn't feel his breath on my hand meaning that this guy is a vampire. I took a step back from him and I grabbed my sword and I poked him with my sword's sheathe. He stirred and then he shot his eye open and said,"Knock it off! I'm trying to sleep here!"

"Oh good you're awake." I said as I put my sword back on my waist.

The red head grumbled and then he suddenly grabbed my arm and he pinned me down. I realised what he was going to do. He said,"Not gonna struggle or plead for help? Good makes my job easier."

I smirked and I got my hidden blade from my sleeve and I pointed the blade at his neck making his sit up in surprise. I said,"Be careful vampire, you don't want to mess with me."

"That emblem!? You're-"His sentence was cut off when someone said,"Ayato."

We turned to look who called out to the red head and it was another man who looked a bit older than the red head and he wore glasses and a school uniform. He said,"This is the entryway, don't make so much noise."

The one called Ayato got off me and I put my hidden blade away back in my sleeve. The black haired one said,"Who are you?"

"Forgive for not introducing myself, my name is Kura, I am a vampire hunter." I said as I pointed at my emblem.

The black haired one said,"A vampire hunter? What's one like you doing here?" He asked me. I was confused at this and said,"What? You haven't received word about me coming here?" The one called Ayato said,"You mean this bimbo this is supposed to be staying with us."

I frowned at that nickname and I shouted,"Hey! Watch it Jerk face! My name is not Bimbo it's Kura! Remember that!" Ayato turned his head and said,"Tch! Whatever, Bimbo."

I got irritated by that nickname. The black haired one said,"That's enough, go and take her stuff to the guest room." A butler came and he took my luggage away. The black haired one took me to the living room and after I sat down he said,"Let's start again, who are you and why are you here?"

"I already told you who I am, my name is Kura and as you already know I am a vampire hunter I was sent here by my mentor because Lord Karl had a request for our services." I explained to him and Reji then said,"Our father did?"

I nodded my head and said,"Yeah, long story short, I was sent here to stay here with you guys until the job request is completed." Reji then thought about what I explained to him and he said, "I see, this is the first I've heard of this, this is strange."

"Yeah you and me both pal, my mentor said that he informed the eldest that I was coming here." Just then I heard someone said,"Fufufu~ Well what do we have here?"

I looked up and I saw another red head and he wore a fedora. He had his hand on his cheek as he leaned against the railing above us. I said,"Oh great another weirdo and this one is perverted from look of things."

"Ooh now that's a cold shoulder." He said as he vanished and then he reappeared out of nowhere and he licked my cheek making me jolt away from him.

I rubbed my cheek and said,"Hey! What the hell man?!"

"Oh my what a cute reaction and Doll-chan smells and tastes good." I frowned at that nickname and I said,"Oh brother." Suddenly I was licked on my other cheek making me stand from my seat. I turned around and there was another boy who looked a bit shorter than the others and he had purple hair, purple eyes and he looked as if he hadn't slept in a long while from looks of the dark circles under his eyes. He said,"You're right she does smell and taste good."

I rubbed my cheek and said,"Will you guys knock it off!"

"What's going on here?!" Someone shouted in a angry tone.

I looked over and I saw a boy with white hair, red eyes and pale skin. He looked angry and he said,"How dare you interrupt my precious sleep?" I said to him,"Sorry, sheesh no need to get so-" My sentence was cut off when he punched the wall really hard leaving a large dent.

He shouted,"Get the hell out of here! You're not wanted hunter!" I wasn't faced by his actions or his words and I said,"Oh please, your empty threats don't scare me."

"Would all of you stop it!" The black haired one said. Everyone stopped talking and then the black haired one said,"I'm still trying to figure out why I haven't heard about this vampire hunter coming here."

Suddenly another voice popped into the room and said,"Like she said she's on a job request." I looked over and I saw a boy with orange-blondish hair, he wore earphones, and he laid on the couch with his eyes while talking. He said,"Her mentor contacted me the other day, he said that she's on a job request by our father, the job might take a while so she's staying here with us for a while and we were also told not to kill her."

The jerk face said,"What? You mean this bimbo is supposed to stay with us while on a job request? That's a bit weird." The brown headed on said,"I know, is it wise to let a vampire hunter to stay here with us-"

I interrupted him saying,"Pure blood vampires? I know who you guys are, my mentor told me that you guys are the Sakamaki brothers if I'm not mistaken." The black haired one said,"We are." He also said,"Allow me to introduce ourselves, that's Shu the eldest of the brothers, I'm Reji the second oldest."

Reji then pointed at the three boys. He said,"Those are the triplets, you've already met Ayato, that's Kanato and Laito." He then pointed at the white haired boy and said,"That's Subaru, the youngest of the brothers."

I said,"It's pleasure to meet you all." Reji then said,"At least someone has good manners." Subaru said,"Hold on Reji, why should we let this hunter stay here with us?" I looked at him and said,"Excuse me? Have you got some kind of problem with me? Because if you do I would like to hear it." Subaru then said,"I do have a problem with you, you're a vampire hunter your kind hunt and kill vampires, how do we know she's not going to sneak into our rooms and kill us?"

I sighed as I rolled my eyes and said,"OK first off, it's true that we kill vampires but we only do it if they deserve punishment and secondly, if I wanted to kill one of you I would have done it to Ayato when I first entered here." I said as I looked over at Ayato and then Ayato said."I can't believe I'm saying this but bimbo has a point I was still asleep when she came in and she didn't even drew her sword."

Subaru then said,"Tch! She's still not welcomed here." I smirked at him and I walked over to Subaru and said,"I hate to break it to you, Subaru, but I'm not going anywhere until the job request is complete so until then why don't you do me a favour, shut up! and grin and bare it already." I said as I flicked his forehead. Laito said,"Ooohhh~ looks like this little hunter is a feisty one."

"That's Subaru told." Kanato said as he held his teddy close to his chest. Subaru then said with a blush,"S-shut up!" I looked at Reji and I asked him,"Is he always this angry?" Reji then said,"Subaru tends to get angry at times a word of advice try and make sure you don't say or do anything that'll make him mad."  I nodded my head and said,"I'll keep that in mind, Reji."

Suddenly someone had their arm wrapped around my waist and Laito said,"Hey Reji, someone should keep an eye on this little hunter." I frowned and said,"First you call me Doll-chan and now little hunter, what's next?" 

"Aww, are you complaining about the nicknames- OW!" I elbowed Laito in the stomach and said,"The only thing I'm complaining right now is you having your paws on me, don't ever touch me like that again."

I said as Laito saw the dark aura around me after I elbowed him in the stomach. Laito said,"Scary." Just then we heard someone say,"What's going on here?" We looked at the entryway and there was a girl around my age and she has light blonde hair, pinkish eyes and she wore a school uniform and she looked as if she was suffering anaemia. She fell forward and I used my flash-step and I caught her.

Ayato said,"Whoa, that hunter is fast." I said to her,"Hey, are you alright?" She looked at me and said,"Yeah..I think so.." She said as she tried to stand up but then she rested herself against the wall. I knew straight away why she was suffering like this. I looked over at the pure-bloods and their eyes glowed red. I thought to myself,"Those guys...They've been sucking too much of her blood, she can barely stand up right."

Shu said,"No point on shouting at us, we've been sucking her blood for quite a while so don't even think about trying to stop us." I said,"Oh don't you worry I'm not going to complain, my mentor told that there was someone else living here as well." Reji then said,"Good."

Ayato walked over and said,"Oy, pancake, I'm thirsty." I stood in front of her and said,"Don't even try Ayato, I think you and your brothers sucked enough of her blood so why don't you keep you fangs to yourself."

Suddenly, Ayato lifted my chin so he could look at my neck and he said,"That's fine but while pancake recovers how you give yourself to Oresama?" I grabbed my knife and I pointed it at Ayato's chin and said,"Don't even try 'Oresama', you do know what my weapons are made out of? They're made from silver so if you try and pull a fast one on me it's going to be lights out for you."

"OK, OK, you've made your point, I'll leave her alone." He said as he walked away and I sheathed my knife. The girl behind me stood up and said,"T-thank you, whoever you are." I smiled at her and said,"My name is Kura, I just got here." She then introduced herself saying,"I'm Yui Komori."

Reji said,"Now that you two have been acquainted, Kura, I'll show you to the guest room the rest of you can do what you want." I followed Reji out of the living room leaving Yui behind.

YUI'S POV

I thought to myself,"Kura...? Strange, I feel like I've seen her face somewhere before."

KURA'S POV

As Reji was leading me to the guest room he asked me what my job was and I told him that I was trying to find the founders and he just shrugged it off but I didn't let that reply bother me. He also told me about the night school and they had special classes for vampire hunters like me and the school has also got a special uniform for them as well. Once I got into the bed room Reji said that I'll be going to school tomorrow night.

After Reji left I went into my suitcase and I unpacked some of my stuff and I put my mother's photograph on the night table. I put my sketching books and my pencils in the desk's drawers. I wrote letters to Ayame and my mentor about how I was doing and I'll start my night classes tomorrow night.
