Huh?

"I-is anyone there!?"

Ugh...So loud...

It's been a few months since I became a 'vampire' and now there's a strange (and loud) girl knocking on the front door. I leapt down from the top of the stairs and opened the door. I teleported into a nearby shadow. It's a funny feeling, teleporting. It's like you're being flung to another place, like a misused rag doll.

"Does anyone live here?" The damn girl again.

"Hush..." I finally spoke.

"Huh? Who are you? Show yourself!"

"All answers will come in due time. In the meantime, however, try to keep it down."

"But...I don't understand. What am I doing here? And who are you?"

"What you are doing here, one of the others will tell you. In the meantime, I am Liu. Come in."

"Thank you, L-liu..." she came inside. I saw now that she had curly blonde hair and
pink-red eyes. She looked honestly terrified. I can't blame her. After all, she did just unknowingly stumble apon a nest of vampires.

~~~a few days later~~~

I stayed near the girl for the next 3 days. I learned about her, Yui is her name. She's a girl of the church. Ayato-kun was the first to bite her. I only just recently was allowed to go to night school with the others. Yui got that right instantly. Not like it matters.

I really don't care for school. I just cut it and sleep in the school music room that Shu-kun owns. It's a tiring thing, school. I haven't bitten Yui yet, and I've been the only one who, in her words, 'Has been even remotely nice to her.'
But that's because I want to drive her mad.
