Half-blood

It's been about a week since I drank Reiji-kun's blood, and I haven't drank since. I'm growing thirsty again...

"Oi! Liu!" A red-headed vampire appeared beside me. "How've you been lately?" I just turned to look at him. "Woah! What happened!? You're giving me this weird look-" I pushed Ayato down onto the couch, pinning his arms above his head.

"Let me drink you!" He struggled, thrashing against my grip. I finally pinned his legs, but he continued to struggle. I sighed and leaned in to bite his neck.

"NO!!!" He screamed. The sudden noise shocked me, and I leapt into the air. I teleported to my room. I began to tear up, knowing I had lost my chance for a good meal.
But yet...he seemed so frantic...

NO!!!

I shuddered, remembering the look of fear and dread on his usually confident face. His fear was contagious. Something must've been really wrong, for him to yell like that. He could've woken Reiji, or worse, Shu.

"Liu." I froze. A cool voice, laced with rage, filled my room "Liu." Shu was here. "I was sleeping, Liu." I shivered and crawled under my bed. It's never good to wake Shu. He's like a sleeping tiger. Poke him, and you'll be dead sooner than you can blink. I felt a hand wrap around my neck and fling me out from under the bed.

"Shu-" he held me up by my neck. He still had his regular expression, tired and bored, but now his eyes were filled with rage. I clawed at his superhuman grip, to no avail. I was running out of air, but I knew teleporting wouldn't work.

"Filthy half-blood." He twisted his face into a sneer. Barely moving his hand, he threw me against the wall. I coughed, trying to get the air back into my burning lungs. He placed a foot on my chest, pressing it down onto my ribs. "You will never fit in here." A tear ran down my cheek because I knew he was right. He pulled his shoe from my uniform and began to walk away. He tucked his hands in his pockets.

"But I don't have to fit in." Shu turned back. His eyes were aflame with rage.

"Then good luck surviving." He dissapeared.

After class, I walked down the hall. I despise the uniform for girls, and I was able to
sweet-talk the dean into letting me wear the boy's uniform. I personally wear a grey hoodie under my blazer. My hood is never up, but today was an exception. I hid my face so Shu wouldn't know he had gotten to me. I am no longer allowed inside his music room, so I stay outside. I usually sit under the 'lonely' willow tree behind the school. The brothers haven't talked to me for days now. Do they hate me?
