"Oh so that's why you all here then, hehehe. Forgive me for my outburst back there, I was just really confused and worried." She apologized as Ayesha's grandmother let's out a lighthearted chortle.

"Sorry about not telling you grandma." Ayesha apologized but she shook her head to her.

"Oh please, there's nothing to apologize I don't mind these fine looking boys in my house. Especially when it comes to my granddaughter and y'all's love lives." She stated as she lets out a lighthearted chortle much to the girls' chagrin and the Sakamakis sighed in response to her statement.

More like hell to us...

The girls thought nervously with sweatdrops forming from their heads. Then Laito grinned cheerily and wraps his arm around Ayesha.

"Oh you don't have to worry ma'am, I'm happy that I met your beautiful granddaughter and hopefully she'll feel the same way as I do.~" He cooed with a grin which had Ayato chuckling in response.

"Ha! As if you perv!" He retorted while laughing.

"Laugh all you want Ayato, but I will never give up on her." He reassured him, but none of them didn't buy his statement including Ayesha who rolled her eyes and smack his hand away.

"I would never go out with a sleazy womanizer like you." She bluntly retorts.

"Aaah you two are so cute together!" Ayesha's grandmother squealed.

"Grandma!" Ayesha shouted in embarrassment where she is blushing deep red and Laito was giggling as he's enjoying this too much.

"Awww see? Even your grandmother approves of us already!" He teased Ayesha, but she responded by pulling his right ear.

"One more word, and I'll kick you in the crouch that your balls and dick will reverse your puberty." She warns him as she whispers in his ear.

"Oo~ feisty.~" He cooed with a smirk while Ayesha's grandmother is fangirling over Laito and Ayesha's banter, the girls and the Sakamakis stood their awkwardly and sweatdrop at the cringy scene.

"This is literally so awkward for us." Chloe bluntly stated with a blank look.

"No shit, this is so uncomfortable to watch." Kira chimed in.

"I think I'm going to barf." Beth stated with a sweatdrop forming from her head.

"Same." Natalie agreed with her while cringing at the scene.

"Her grandmother's a strange one isn't she?" Reiji asked whispering to Jamie's ear.

"Not exactly, she just likes to mess with us at times." She sighed with her arms fold.

"Especially when it comes to boys..." Beth grumbled with a sweatdrop.

"I see." Reiji replied with an unimpressed tone.

"*sighs* this is annoying, I'm going to rest." He sighed as he left the kitchen and went to the living room sleep.

"Me too, this is a waste of time." Subaru agreed as he teleports out of the kitchen.

"Welp, they goes lazy bones and grumpy pants." Beth bluntly remarked.

"Oh no worries, feel free to relax and enjoy your time here with us!" She joyfully cheered which had the girls grimace in response.

The girls thought with disapproval glares. Just then Kanato came to the elderly woman with a blank look.

"Is there something to eat here?" He asked curiously.

"Oh yes, there's a batch of cookies omg he fridge dear." She told him as Kanato smiled warmly in response.

"Thank you." He goes to the refrigerator and opens it to grab the plate of cookies and left the kitchen. Once Kanato is out, Ayato yawns and stretch his arms.

"I'm beat, I'm gonna sit here and relax." He said as he sits down and puts his feet onto the dining table much to Ayesha's dismay. Jamie then clears her throat to cut the awkward tension.

"Well thank you for the offer Mrs. Curtis, but one thing I'm curious about. Do you still have some books to read?" She asked curiously.

"Oh sure thing sweetie, I still have my bookshelves right next to my computer." She kindly informed her as she grinned softly.

"Thank you for the info Mrs. Curtis." She politely thanked her, but soon Reiji raised his hand up.

"I'm also going to browser some books as well if you don't mind." He chimed in which had her gushing like a teenage girl.

"Kyaah of course you can! Now off ya go then!!" She reassured them which had both of them cringing, but they kept their cool for a moment.

"Thank you Ma'am." Reiji politely asked her as Jamie blink twice before keeping her polite smile.

"Absolutely..." She responded, but before they head off, Jamie turned to her friends and mouthing the words "I'll be fine, you guys just relax for awhile." to them. Once she and Reiji left, Kira tugs her bangs to the left and stuffed her hands into her pockets.

"Welp I'm gonna be chilling outside at the backyard." She told them as she left the kitchen and went outside to chill. Ayesha on the other hand starts to get irritated of being around Laito and pushes him away.

"I'm heading back to my room grandma, I'm just gonna do some reading up there." She told her.

"Oh that's fine sweetie go ahead." She replied as Ayesha grinned at her grandmother.

"Thanks grandma." She smiled, but soon revert back to her cold demeanor when facing Laito.

"If you do anything funny in my house, I'm going to be your worst nightmare." She coldly threatens, but Laito didn't seem to be fazed and shrugs his shoulders.

"I make no promises angel." He cooed flirtatiously which had Ayesha groaning and rolling her eyes as she walks out of the kitchen without saying anything. Then Ayesha's grandmother stands up from the table with a mug on her hand.

"Well I better head off to my bedroom, this lady has some scripture reading to do!" She stated as she left the kitchen and went upstairs to her room. After she left, Laito chuckled softly and turns to the three girls and Ayato with an amused smirk.

"She's such a feisty angel." He snickered softly.

"More like you're going to bang her and left her like she's a sex object." Chloe bluntly retorts.

"~fufu~ you may think I'm making this up, but believe me, I'm going to make her mine." He boldly proclaimed, but none of them didn't buy his statement as Beth, Natalie, and Ayato laughed at his ridiculous proclamation and Chloe didn't say anything where she rolled her eyes at his statement as she sees this as a bullshit lie.

"Ha! Good luck with that ya perv!" Beth retorts while chuckling at his lame attempts.

"Yeah right! I highly doubt that Ayesha would go out with a pervert like you!" Natalie agreed with Beth.

"No shit, I wouldn't be surprised if chocolate gal rejects a perverted rapist like you." Ayato chimed in while laughing alongside with Beth and Natalie. Laito however was not fazed by their laughter.

"All of you may laugh all you want, but I can assure you that I will make her mine and I'm not kidding." He reassured them, but none of them didn't believe him including Chloe who just stood there with a deadpan expression.

"And how exactly are you going to win her over?" She skeptically asked.

"Simple, I'm just going to woo her over in my way." He told her which had Chloe sighing in response.

"Listen I get how confident you are about winning over Ayesha, but I'm just going be honest with you. You have zero chance with her. Period." She bluntly told him, but Laito still remain persistent as he lets out a chortle.

"Oh sleepy chan, such a blunt person you are." He retorts with a nonchalant grin.

"Dude I'm serious, you think Ayesha's gonna to fall for you that easily? Trust me, ever since her stepfather abused her as a kid, Ayesha has been very distrustful towards guys. In fact, Ayesha's been dumping all guys every time they confessed to her so don't get so don't get your hope up here." Chloe bluntly reassured him as Laito sat there tilting his head pondering about what she said.

"What you said may sound difficult, but..." Laito then walks over to Chloe and leans close to her face, but this time with a dead serious look.

"That still doesn't stop me from winning her over." He sternly assured her which had Chloe grimacing a bit as Beth and Natalie noticed her gripping her fists to control her anger and remain silent. Laito leans back and reverts back to his cheery grin.

"Now if you excuse me, I'll be going upstairs to talk to angel chan." He reminded as she walks past Chloe where she stood there quietly for one second before she responds to his statement.

"You will hurt her..." She mumbled while remaining calm and composed, but Laito turns to Chloe with a serious look.

"I won't this time." He reassured her as he walks upstairs leaving Chloe, Beth, Natalie, and Ayato behind. Worried about their ravenette friend, Natalie and Beth approach Chloe to comfort her.

"Easy there man, I know how ya feel." Beth reassured her.

"Beth is right, don't get so tense about it. I'm sure Ayesha's going to reject him any time." Natalie agreed with Beth as Chloe let out a soft sigh.

"I hope, but in the meantime, I'll just...be in the living room to clear my head for a while, see ya." She said as she turns away and left the kitchen to clear her mind off.

"Well that was a pain." Ayato grumbled.

"For once Ayato, I agree with you." She replied. Natalie then leans close to Beth's ear and covers her mouth with her hand.

"Well at least no one got hurt this time." She whispered as Beth sighed in response.

"Guess you're right, but..." Beth then glance at the clock where it's already nine o'clock.
