today i will be teaching you on how to make a lighting effect like the one below

okay so first open your picsart app and pick a black background

well u can't see it bc it's black HAHA

then go to 'draw'

now, set the color into white and the brush like the one below, well it's ur choice if u want a bigger size or nah JUST follow the type of brush

and then here's the fun part, draw strokes, horizontally or vertically, it's ur choice!

and you're done!

Try putting it on your picture, it looks great!

Just pick a picture and overlay the effect to your photo.

you can do many strokes like this:

and experiment with colors!
