You don't need to understand everything. You don't need to understand how God created everything, you don't need to understand how emotions work, you don't need to understand how God is working in your life. You can never fully understand any of those things and more but that doesn't make them less true or real. Their are things in life you don't get but that doesn't decrease their value. I have a hard time with this, I like knowing things and so when I'm faced with something I don't fully understand it frustrates me. I need to remember that just because I don't get something doesn't mean it doesn't exist. We can never fully understand God's ways because He's so much more powerful and so much higher than we are. And yet the most important things about God are easy enough for two year olds to understand, He loves us. There is a lot more to learn about that and understand but that's the most important thing to understand about God. Even though you can't understand everything about God know that He is good and He loves you.
