I leaned back, looking through Pinterest for baby shower ideas. "Honey, I'm home!" Stephen came in, Farley ran up to him, jumping around, "Hey Farl"

"I have a question," I said, smiling as innocently as possible.

"Oh no, you don't give me that smile a lot" He narrowed his eyes. "What is it?"

"I know you said we wouldn't go to your old house until we could completely get rid of Cass' stuff, which would take forever, especially shipping it to the states, but Caity and Grant need a place to have the baby shower and I promised I would ask" I nibbled on my lip.

"When is the baby shower?" He asked.

"January 30th," I said, "I can go and clean out the living room and such alone if you want"

"No, Its probably time I go back again," He said, sitting down. "We can go for a drive to check it out now if you want"

"You sure?" I asked.

"Yea, we should probably make sure Cass didn't leave it trashed" He sighed.

"I'll go get ready then" I stood up, leaving a kiss on his forehead. "Love you"

We pulled up to Stephen and Cass' old house, it was a big light blue house Cass had Stephen buy because it was a 'good place to raise kids'.

"Come on Farley" I pulled on his leash as we made our way up to the door, "The last time I was here was your birthday party"

"Oh yea" He chuckled, "I think the last time I was here was when I gave her the divorce papers"

"Wow," I said. We stepped into the house, everything was surprisingly clean. "Nothing has changed"

"I always told her I hated the furniture" Stephen shook his head, "It was always cold and uncomfortable, but it looked good"

"Even if we got rid of the furniture and her stuff, would you really want to move back in here?" I asked.

"I thought I would want to, but being back here..." He trailled off, "I'm sorry, I know you wanna move out of the apartment"

"It's fine" I smiled, walking over to him and lean on him. "What if... What if after the baby shower, we clean it out and sell the house, and start looking for one of our own"

"Sounds like an amazing idea" He nodded. "A home for us"
