Melissa:
Remind me to never fly united again
Caity:
Why would you even book united?
Melissa:
I have no clue, I think I booked it while I was sleepy
Katie C:
What happened?
Melissa:
I was getting settled in with Stephen, I was reading a book and Stephen was talking to the producers about how Comic-con will be this year, and I suddenly get very queasy and I alert a flight attendant and she allows me to run to the bathroom since they were still boarding economy and no one wants to see someone puking before they've even taken off.
Melissa:
Morning sickness sucks, I hate you all for not fully warning me.
Melissa:
Anyways, another completely different flight attendant bangs on the bathroom door and gets mad that I am in there when we are still a half hour from even leaving the gate. I try to explain I am pregnant and this was morning sickness, but she quickly changed her reason for getting mad at me and starts telling me the bathroom I am in is for first class passengers. I explained I was first class and start washing up. When I open the door, she is red with anger.
Melissa:
The bitch had the audacity to go "You don't look pregnant or first class". I was wearing my comfy clothes (baggy t-shirt and some yoga pants). I tell her that she can ask the flight attendant who greeted us and walked back to my seat.
Melissa:
We took off and I was dozing off and suddenly the flight attendant walks over with the co-pilot. "She's can't be first class and pregnant". Stephen immediately became defensive.
Melissa:
Just imagine him saying "My wife is pregnant, she can be in first class, in fact, she paid for our tickets" in his hood voice
Katie C:
Oh damn
Melissa:
The co-pilot recognizes us and tells to flight attendant to stay away from us for the remainder of the flight. She doesn't listen and continues to walk past me glaring at me every 10 minutes. When we landed in Denver, I complained to the United workers in the airport and they said she was doing her job
Caity:
What a bitch
Odette:
Tell me you are flying a different company on your way back
Melissa:
Yea, we're flying Air Canada to Toronto to visit Stephen's family before flying WestJet to Vancouver
Chyler:
Three different companies?
Melissa:
United we hardly get recognized and we really want to avoid meeting fans on flights, Air Canada loves us and likes to give us free cake, and like United, we won't get recognized as much on WestJet.
Odette:
Your really going to fly Air Canada for free cake?
Melissa:
Yep
Chyler:
Oh, our sweet Angel Puppy...
