Third Person POV

The scene opens up in a bedroom; the night sky visible through a nearby window. On a bedside table was an alarm clock which showed the current time; 10: 25 PM.

Just then; a hand came into view and proceeded to pick up the alarm clock. It was then revealed that the owner of the hand was none other than Issei Hyoudou, who was sitting on the bed while staring down at the clock.

Issei: 'Only one hour left until its time....'

He then placed the alarm clock back down on the bedside table.

Issei: 'One hour.... until I gotta save that chicken Nugget'

After agreeing to aid Ravel in freeing her brother from possession; Issei decided to kick the remaining days of training into overdrive. Don't get him wrong, Issei was pretty confident in his abilities and he was originally planning on using Riser's arrogance against him.

However, with the chicken Nugget now being possessed... Issei knew that he needed to be prepared for whatever he was gonna face. Once again, he was already confident in his abilities but the young man didnt know what kind of demon was possessing Riser.

Did it matter? A little since Issei felt like it would be nice to know what he was up against. However, he knew that it didn't matter in the end because of one simple thing....

Issei was gonna win. He will beat this demon and free Riser from its clutches.

Being able to beat the shit out of the chicken Nugget was just an added bonus.

Issei couldn't help but let out a small chuckle.

Ddraig: ["Something funny, Partner?"]

The brown-haired boy glanced down at his hand, seeing the glowing green gem.

Issei: "Oh, hey. Ddraig, been a minute since I heard from you"

Ddraig: ["My apologies, you were so focused on your training that I didn't want to interrupt you"]

Issei couldn't help but snort.

Issei: "Please, I'm sure that wouldn't of stopped you. It sure as hell didn't before"

Through their connection, Issei felt the dragon roll his eyes.

Ddraig: ["Anyways, I have a question for you Partner..."]

Hearing this caused Issei to raise an eyebrow in curiosity.

Issei: "A question? Alright then, what's up my scaley friend?"

Ddraig: ["I was just wondering.... Are you really gonna save that Phenex from whatever is possessing him?"]

Issei: "Um, why do you ask?"

Ddraig: ["Well, I just thought you wouldn't do it; considering your previous interaction with the arrogant hier"]

The dragon did have a point; after his first encounter with Riser, he doesn't really have the best opinion of him. However, Issei wasn't doing this for Riser. He was doing this for both Rias and Ravel, mostly Ravel since she was the one who came to him for help.

So yeah, while Issei doesn't have the best opinion about Riser; when it comes to Ravel... he was pretty chill with her since she didn't really do anything.

He then looked down at the glowing green gem at the back of his hand.

Issei: "Your right, Ddraig. I dont have the best opinion on the chicken Nugget..."

Just then, a small smile grew onto his face.

Issei: "But I'm not doing this for him... am I?"

Ddraig: ["No... no you are not, Partner"]

Issei snapped his fingers.

Issei: "Exactly! This for both Rias and Ravel! Plus, this benefits me either way"

Ddraig: ["Oh? And how is that?"]

A small grin formed onto the young mans face, his eyes glowing both red and blue.

Issei: "Cause it lets me beat the shit out of that walking turkey"

Ddraig couldn't help but let out a small chuckle of amusement. Sometimes his partner drives him mad, other times the dragon couldn't help but be glad he was with him.

Ddraig: ["You truly are different from all other partners I have had"]

Issei: "Which probably isn't saying much, is it? Considering one of your previous hosts decided to run hands with God damn Shiva"

The dragon couldn't help but grumble a little; clearly not wanting to remember that time in his life.

Ddraig: ["Don't remind me..."]

Issei chuckled.

Issei: "Don't worry, Ddraig. I'm sure you and I will be just fine together"

The brown-haired boy felt the dragon roll his eyes again; this time with amusement.

Ddraig: ["Yes, yes. Now do you remember the plan?"]

Issei nodded his head.

Issei: "Yeah, I remember it..."

(Flashback)

Rias: "Listen closely everyone, we need to discuss the plan"

Currently, Issei was in a room with Rias, Ravel, and the others. The members of the Gremory Peerage were sitting at a table with Asia. Meanwhile, Issei was leaning up against a wall with his arms crossed.

Both Ravel and Rias stood in front of the table and looked at everyone.

Rias: "The rating game has now become a rescue mission; Riser Phenex has been possessed by something and it's up to us to free him!"

Koneko crossed her arms.

Koneko: "I say we leave him..."

Ravel glared at Koneko.

Ravel: "That's my brother your talking about!"

Koneko: "Oh, I know..."

She smirked.

Koneko: "Chicken Wing"

Ravel gasped.

Ravel: "Chicken Wing! How dare yo-"

Rias: "That's enough, both of you!"

She looked at Koneko.

Rias: "Koneko, I know that the Phenex household has not been respectful towards us.... but this is bigger than we can even imagine"

Koneko: "But-"

Rias: "Koneko, please..."

She gave the white-haired girl a small smile.

Rias: "Do it for me..."

Koneko didn't respond but, but she did let out a small sigh and leaned back in her chair.

Koneko: "Fine..."

Rias: "Thank you..."

She then looked at Ravel.

Rias: "Now, Lady Ravel. Does the rest of Riser's Peerage know what's going on?"

The blonde-haired girl nodded her head.

Ravel: "Yes, I informed them before I came to you. But I told them to act natural and not draw any suspicion from whatever is possessing my brother"

Rias: "And your parents?"

Ravel shook her head.

Ravel: "I haven't informed them; I worry that telling them will cause them to confront whatever has a hold of my brother...."

Rias: "I see..."

She then turned her attention back towards the others.

Rias: "Since Riser's Peerage is informed on the matter; I want everyone to find them and meet uo at where "Riser" will be posted..."

Issei: "By then, I should be confronting him..."

Rias looked at the young man.

Rias: "Issei, you sure you can do this? We don't know what's this thing is... plus, it has access to Riser's abilities and that means it has his immortality"

Issei: "Oh, I know, Rias...."

A small smirk grew onto his face.

Issei: "Which is why I have a plan of my own to fix that"

This got everyone's attention as they looked at the brown-haired boy.

Akeno: "My, my. What does our little Issei have planned?"

Issei: "Simple, I'm gonna inflict a lot pain onto it and force itself out of the chicken Nugget's body"

He the turned his attention towards Ravel.

Issei: "Sadly, this will mean hurting your brother, Ravel..."

The blonde let out a sigh.

Ravel: "I know... I don't like seeing my brother in pain but...."

She then clenched her hand into a fist.

Ravel: "If this is the only way then... I'll accept it"

She looked at Issei with a serious expression.

Ravel: "Do whatever it takes to free my brother!"

Issei didn't say anything back; he simply nodded his head with a small smile.

Ravel: "Thank you..."

Kiba: "Forgive my interruption but...."

He tilted his head.

Kiba: "How do you plan on inflicting a lot of pain, Issei?"

The smile on Issei's face shifted and began a grin.

Issei: "That's simple, prince charming. We're gonna give this thing a drink"

(Flashback End)

Ddraig: ["Sounds easy on paper, but anything could happen...."]

Issei nodded in agreement.

Issei: "Yeah, which is a good thing I asked Trish and Lady to come along as back up. Plus, Trish could probably shed some light on what we are dealing with"

Ddraig: ["Indeed, Partner"]

KNOCK! KNOCK! KNOCK!

Issei perked up as he turned towards the bedroom door.

Issei: "Who is it?"

Asia: "It's just me, Issei. Do you mind if I come in?"

A small smile grew onto the young man's face.

Issei: "Not at all, please come in"

With that, the bedroom door opened up to reveal Asia; who was surprisingly wearing her old church attire.

Issei: "Wow, this is a surprise"

Asia: "Hm? What do you mean?"

Issei: "Oh, its just that..."

He pointed at Asia's outfit.

Issei: "It's been a while since I saw you wear that outfit; I honestly thought you threw it away"

Asia: "I may no longer be apart of the church, but I could never throw this away...."

A smile grew on her face.

Asia: "I've had it for a long tim now, I couldn't throw away all those memories. Plus, it's very comfortable"

Issei let out a chuckle.

Issei: "Well, if your comfortable in that attire than I see no reason for you to get rid of it then"

Asia smiled.

Asia: "Thank you, Issei"

The brown-haired boy simply waved it off.

Issei: "Eh, don't worry about it. You look incredible in that anyways"

Hearing those words caused a blush to appear on Asia's face.

Asia: "You're so sweet... Do you mind if I have a seat?"

Issei smiled.

Issei: "Not at all"

With that; Asia walked over and sat next to Issei on the bed, hugging onto the young mans arm. It was only then that Issei took notice of Asia's worried expression.

Issei: "Hm? What's wrong?"

Asia: "Oh, nothing..."

Issei: "You sure? You seem worried"

Asia: "Yeah, I'm just a little nervous about the upcoming battle"

Issei: "Never been in one?"

Asia shook her head.

Asia: "No, I've never been in any sort of fight before but...."

She looked up at Issei, smiling at him with a small blush on her cheeks.

Asia: "I know that as long as I have you here next to me... I know everything will be fine"

Issei's only response to the blondes words as a simple headpat of reassurance.

Issei: "You got that right, Asia. I'm gonna kick that possessed chicken Nugget's tail feathers, you can count on that!"

Asia giggled as a result of Issei's words, making the young man smile. The two would then seem to have a but of a moment, Issei's brown eyes locked onto Asia's green ones as the two stared at each other.

However....

???: "Ahem!"

Both Issei and Asia perked up, turning towards the door and saw both Trish and Lady standing in the doorway.

Trish: "I hope we're not interrupting anything?"

Asia was shocked by the two's sudden appearance; meanwhile Isseu just blinked with slight surprise.

Issei: "Lady? Trish? How long have you two been there?"

Lady: "A while..."

She crossed her arms.

Lady: "We saw that you and the blonde were having a moment and didn't want to interrupt"

Issei: "Oh, no. It's time, we were just talking"

He looked at Asia.

Issei: "Right, Asia?"

The blonde slowly nodded; but Trish and Lady could see the blush on the girls face and they didn't know why but they felt.... jealous?

Trish soon cleared her throat.

Trish: "Anyways! We just came to tell you that it's time to meet up with the others"

Issei nodded as he proceeded to stand up from the bed; a confident smile on his face.

Issei: "Alright! Let's go kick a walking KFC bucket!"

Asia couldn't help but giggle at Issei's words; meanwhile, Lady burst out laughing and Trish simply grew a small smile.

However, little did any of them know; they were being watched by something or rather... someone. Just outside the house, across the road and standing next to a tree was an all-to familiar hooded figure; the same one who "helped" the two-headed demon.

The figure remained hidden in the shadows as he observed Issei and the girls through the window. Their crimson red eye seemingly locked onto the brown-haired boy the entire time.

???: "And so, the battle to save Riser Phenex has begun..."

A chuckle escaped the figures throat.

???: "I hope you do not disappoint me, Issei...."

They then narrowed their crimson red eye.

???: "Show me the strength of the one who took everything from me..."

Everyone was in the Occult Research Clubroom; waiting patiently for the "rating Game" to begin. Kiba was sitting on one of the couches, checking on his sword. Koneko was sitting on the other couch, putting on some fingerless gloves. Akeno was sitting next to Koneko, drinking some tea that she had made to calm any nerves. Asia was sitting next to Kiba, mentally preparing herself for what was to come.

Rias was sitting at her desk, drinking some tea as well. But after taking a sip, she glanced over to a nearby wall where Issei, Trish, and Lady were.

Lady was doing a quick maintenance check on her guns; since she didn't want one of them jamming on her while in battle. Trish on the other hand was simply reading a book that Rias given her to pass the time.

As for Issei, he didn't appear to be nervous whatsoever. In fact, he was doing the complete opposite.... he was relaxing. The young man was leaning up against the wall, his hands behind his head and his eyes closed.

It honestly baffled Rias at how calm Issei was; she needed some tea to calm her nerves while Issei was chilling like he was some main protagonist in an anime.

Rias: "Unbelievable..."

She placed her tea cup down.

Rias: "How are you so calm, Issei?"

Issei opened one of his eyes; keeping the other one shut as he glanced over at Rias. The moment he saw her bewildered face, he couldn't help but let out a small chuckle.

Issei: "The reason I'm calm is very simple, Rias. I know that our plan will work"

Rias: "Really? How do you know that?"

Issei shrugged.

Issei: "I just do"

Rias was about to retort back, but she was interrupted when the ORC door opened up and revealed both Sona and Tsubaki.

Sona: "Sorry for the interruption"

Rias: "Oh, it's no problem, Sona. Please come in"

As the two girls walked into the room, closing the door behind them; Issei couldn't help but raise an eyebrow in confusion and curiosity.

Issei: "Um, what are they doing here?"

Rias looked at the young man.

Rias: "They're here to help with the broadcast"

Issei: "Broadcast? You saying that this is being viewed live?"

Rias nodded.

Rias: "Yes, the family members of the Phenex and the Gremory Household should be attending; along with a few other devils families"

Lady; who was done with her maintenance, couldn't help but let out a whistle.

Lady: "Damn, good thing none of us has stage fright. Otherwise, we would be goners"

Sona: "Besides, this is Rias's first rating Game. I wouldn't miss an event like this for anything"

Rias smiled.

Rias: "Well, I promise to do everything in my power to make it interesting for you"

Sona simply nodded.

Suddenly, a silver magic circle appeared behind Sona and Tsubaki; getting everyone's attention as they turned and saw Grayfia appear from it.

Grayfia: "It's almost time, is everyone ready?"

Rias: "Yes, Grayfia. We are ready"

Grayfia simply nodded before she took notice of Trish and Lady.

Grayfia: "And who are these two? I don't recall you telling me about them?"

Issei: "Don't worry, silver Queen. They're with me"

Grayfia briefly raised an eyebrow.

Grayfia: 'Silver Queen?.... an interesting title I will admit'

She then cleared her throat as she looked at Issei.

Grayfia: "Very well then, if they are allies of you than they're allies of Lady Rias"

She then shifted her attention back towards Rias.

Grayfia: "In a few moments, we will use this magic circle and transport you and your team to the battlefield"

Issei tilted his head.

Issei: "What battlefield?"

Akeno looked at the young man.

Akeno: "It's a neutral alternative space that was created just for the game; since its not real, we have the license to do some damage, even burn it to the ground if we want"

She giggled, causing Issei to sweatdrop at her words. Seriously, what was wrong with that woman?

Issei: "Rrright...."

Sona looked at Rias.

Sona: "Tsubaki and I will be in the student council office to broadcast the game. We'll be cheering you on, so good luck"

With that, the two turned and began making their way towards the door.

Rias: "Thanks a lot, just keep the play by play fair"

Sona stopped and looked back at Rias.

Sona: "Oh, I'll keep it clean. Though if I was a betting girl, I would say that your gonna beat that scumbag seven ways from Sunday"

Issei whistled.

Issei: 'Damn, talk about hardcore...'

Sona glanced over at Issei; their eyes briefly meeting each other as the black-haired girl gave him a small smile. He returned the gesture and with that out of the way, both she and Tsubaki soon left the clubroom.

Grayfia: "There's something I forgot to tell you"

This got Issei's attention as he turned to Grayfia, who was looking at Rias.

Grayfia: "I thought you'd like to know the Devil King, Lucifer will be watching the game"

Rias was surprised by this; but then she grew a slightly annoyed look.

Rias: "Oh... Brother dearest"

Issei was taken aback by this unexpected news. Did he hear that right? Did the maid just say that Rias's older brother was.... the Devil King, Lucifer!? As in the king of hell!?

Issei: 'I can't believe it, Rias's brother is the head hancho of the underworld...'

Just then, Issei heard a chuckle.

Ddraig: ['Honestly, I'm not surprised. It's only natural considering Sirzechs potential']

Issei raised an eyebrow.

Issei: 'You knew him, Ddraig?'

Ddraig: ['I've never met the man in person; I've only heard of him through the rumors that spread long ago... before my death, there were tales of a young devil with crimson red hair that possessed potential that could rival even that of dragons']

Issei had to say, he was pretty impressed by what he was hearing. In fact, he probably wouldn't mind meeting Sirzechs if he got the chance. After all, it wasn't every day that you hear or meet someone who gets such respect from a dragon; especially one like Ddraig.

Ddraig: ['What does THAT mean, Partner?!']

Issei: 'You know why, Ddraig'

Ddraig: ['I believe I dont, so please.... ENLIGHTEN ME!']

Issei rolled his eyes.

Issei: 'Well, you aren't exactly one to say how proud you are; especially to me'

The brown-haired boy felt Ddraig deadpanned.

Ddraig: ['That's cause you keep doing stupid stuff like Dante']

Issei: 'Hey! I do impressive things! Such a-'

Ddraig: ['Eating 10 boxes of Pizza at once or learning how to lift a Pizza slice with your mind doesn't count...']

Issei grew an annoyed look as he began silently grumbling to himself. This caused Ddraig to let out a small sigh as he was about to say something to his partner; but before he got a chance, a large red magic circle appeared next to Grayfia.

Grayfia: "It's time, everyone"

Rias stood up from her chair.

Rias: "Alright then"

She looked at Issei.

Rias: "I'm counting on you, Issei"

Issei smiled at her.

Issei: "Don't worry, Rias. I got this!"

With thay, everyone got uo and made their way onto the magic circle. Once they were on it, the magic circle began glowing brightly and one by one; everyone began teleporting away with Issei being the final one.

After a couple of seconds, Issei and the others soon reappeared from the magic circle; only to be greeted by the sight.... of the clubroom, with the only exception being that Grayfia was no longer in it.

Issei blinked.

Issei: "Um, why are we still here?"

Asia: "Is our magic circle broken?"

Lady crossed her arms.

Lady: "Man, talk about a total let do-"

???(Voice Over): "Your attention, please"

Lady was briefly startled by the unexpected voice, causing her to cling onto Issei while grabbing onto her gun and aiming it at nothing.

Lady: "What the hell was that!?"

Issei blinked.

Issei: "Ummm, Lady"

Lady: "Hm?"

She soon realized ehat she was doing and let go of Issei's arm, a small blush appearing on her cheeks.

Lady: "S-sorry about that..."

She cleared her throat.

Lady: "P-pretend that never happened, you got it!?"

Issei: "Rrright...."

Grayfia(Voice Over): "Welcome everyone, my name is Grayfia. I am a servant of the house of Gremory. I will be the referee during today's match. To create the battlefield you'll be competing in, I have taken suggestions from Lady Rias. You may recognize this place as it's an exact replica of Kuoh Academy"

Issei raised an eyebrow.

Issei: "The hell does that mean?"

Rias glanced back at Issei.

Rias: "Take a look outside"

Deciding to do that; Issei turned and walked over to a nearby window and opened it. Once he did, he saw that everything in Kuoh Academy looked the same; the only difference was the sky which was currently green.

Issei: "Woah! Would you look at that!"

He then glanced over at Akeno.

Issei: "I'm guessing this is ehat you mwant by alternate space?"

Akeno smiled and nodded.

Issei: "Huh, neat"

Grayfia(Voice Over): "Each time has been given an area to serve as home base. Lady Rias's is the Occult Research Clubroom at the old school house. Lord Riser's is the principal office in the new school house. Pawns will be promoted if they manage to reach the opposing teams base. Good luck to all"

Issei chuckled.

Issei: "Well then..."

He turned to the others and began cracking his knuckles.

Issei: "Let's get this party started!"

"Riser" could be seen walking through some woods, making his way towards a location. His golden eyes scanned the area as he continued walking. He had to admit that this place this... artificial dimension intrigued him.

To think that such a weak race; inferior to REAL demon's were able to make something such as this.... It made "Riser" wonder if he should keep some of the weaklings alive. After all; while he may be following orders from another... that didn't mean he would continue to do so forever.

He was simply biding his time; waiting for the perfect opportunity to free himself from the "King's" control. Once he was free, he will personally make sure that he got revenge on-

Suddenly, a small rock struck "Riser" in the side of his head; snapping him out of his thoughts.

Riser: "Huh!?"

Another small rock hit "Riser".

Riser: "Hey!"

Another rock hit "Riser".

Riser: "Stop that!"

Another one.

Riser: "Grrrrr!"

Another one.

At this point; "Riser" was getting pretty angry as his eyes started glowing with a menacing golden glow; followed by small flames appearing in his hands.

Riser: "WHO DARES THROW ROCKS AT THE GREAT LORD RI-"

???: "Yeah, you can quit it with that; I know you aren't the chicken Nugget"

Perking up at the voice, "Riser" turned his towards the source; looking up and was greeted by Issei Hyoudou, who was sitting on a tree branch.

Issei: "Yo, how's it going"

"Riser" briefly stared at Issei before he narrowed his eyes.

Riser: "You...."

Issei: "Oh?"

He tilted his head.

Issei: "You know of me? Despite the fact this is our first time meeting?"

Riser: "I could never forget..."

He clenched one of his hands into a fist.

Riser: "That power.... the power of the one who nearly killed me..."

That got Issei's attention.

Issei: 'Nearly killed him? Is he a demon that Dan-"

Before Issei was able to finish his thought; the young man noticed "Riser" summon a large fire ball in one of his hands.

Riser: "DIE, SPARDA!!"

He threw it towards Issei; who quickly avoided the attack, resulting in the tree he was on bursting into flames.

Landing onto the ground, Issei narrowed his eyes at the blonde.

Issei: 'Yep, this thing is definitely from Dante and Vergil's world..."

"Riser" summoned another fireball.

Riser: "I will kill you boy.... Once I do, I will finally rid the world of the presence of Sparda and his spawn!"

Issei chuckled.

Issei: "Well then..."

He raised one of his hands and did a "Come here" gesture.

Issei: "Come get me!"

"Riser's" eyes flared with the same menacing golden glow as he charged towards the brown-haired boy, his hands engulfed in flames.

Meanwhile with the others.

Rias: "Alright, is everyone here?"

Currently standing outside the old school building was Rias and her Peerage. However, they weren't alone because Ravel, Riser's Peerage, and finally both Trish and Lady were also with them as well.

After the rating game started; Issei left to go and confront whatever was possessing Riser. Meanwhile, Ravel managed to get the rest of Riser's Peerage over to Rias's home base.

The crimson-red-haired devil girl knew that everyone watching the rating game right noe must be incredibly confused on what was going on; since this was originally meant to be a battle for Rias's freedom.

However, none of that currently mattered at the moment. Rias would deal with the consequences at a later date because she had more important things to worry about right now.

Ravel: "Yes, Rias. Everyone is here"

Rias nodded.

Rias: "Good, that means our job is done. All we gotta do is wait for Issei to do his part..."

???: "Forgive my rudeness, Lady Rias"

Rias turned and saw that it was Riser's Queen; Yubelluna.

Yubelluna: "But are you sure that boy will be able to save Lord Riser?"

Rias stared at the Queen with a serious look on her face; she was about to say something when...

Lady: "Oh, Issei will save your precious Riser..."

Everyone turned and looked at Lady and Trish; the former standing with her arms crossed and a confident grin. Meanwhile, the latter was staring off into the distance.

Yubelluna raised an eyebrow.

Yubelluna: "And how do you know that, Human?"

The grin on Lady's face grew.

Lady: "Simple, Issei still had some tricks up his sleeves"

BOOOOM!!

Everyone; with the exception of Lady and Trish, jumped from the sudden explosion that happened. They turned their heads in the direction that the explosion came from and saw a huge smoke cloud.

Ravel: "What the hell was tha-"

BOOOOM!!

Another explosion appeared out of nowhere; causing another huge smoke cloud to appear.

Kiba: "Another explosion!?"

BOOOOOM!!

A third smoke cloud appeared, a little ahead of the other two; seemingly making a line.

Akeno: "That's three explosions"

BOOOOOOM!!

Another one appeared.

Koneko: "Make that four..."

BOOOOM!!!

Koneko: "Five...."

Everyone stared at the line of smoke clouds that was being created; surprised looks on their faces as they couldn't believe what they were seeing right now.

The only ones who weren't shocked by what was happening was Lady and Trish; who shook their heads with amused looks on their faces.

Lady looked at Trish.

Lady: "Looks like Issei's got the party started"

Trish nodded.

Trish: "Seems like it..."

She would then raise an eyebrow.

Trish: "Shall we go and observe?"

Lady simply smirked.

Lady: "You read my mind, sister"

And with that; both Trish and Lady began sprinting off in the direction of the explosions.

Rias: "H-huh?! Hey! Wait up!"

Rias began chasing after the two; her Peerage soon following closely behind her. This left only Ravel and Riser's Peerage who watched them get further and further away from them.

However, this didn't last long as Ravel soon turned her attention towards her brothers pieces.

Ravel: "Well, don't just stand there. Let's go!"

Riser's Peerage: "R-right!"

And with that, they began to chase after Rias and the others; all of them heading towards the source of the explosions.

They ran, they all ran with haste as they ran through the nearby woods for around a solid minute or two before exiting the other side. When they did, they saw that they had arrived in the sports field and saw that both Issei and "Riser" were locked in combat with each other.

Well; that is what it supposedly looked like at first. However, upon further expectation... the others just saw that Issei wasn't taking the battle seriously. In fact, it appeared to be that he was actually messing with the thing possessing Riser's body.

Issei: "Come on! At least try to hit me!"

Riser: "BE SILENT!!"

He summoned another fire ball and threw it towards Issei; who effortlessly avoided the attack once again.

Issei: "Miss me!"

"Riser" growled and summoned another one, throwing it at the young man again... who avoided it again.

Issei: "Miss me again!"

"Riser" summoned yet another fireball; this one much bigger and threw it towards the boy... who once again avoided the attack easily.

Issei: "Seriously! Are you even trying?"

At this point, "Riser" was getting very angry. No, that didn't describe how he felt... he was absolutely furious at the fact that none of his attacks have even touched the brown-haired boy.

Riser: "You.... DAMN YOU SPARDA!! I WILL DESTROY YO-"

Sadly, he didn't get a chance to finish as a bullet flew through the air and grazed "Riser's" left cheek. Thr blondes eyes widen a little as he looked down at Issei, seeing him pointing Ebony at him.

Issei: "Yeah, can we just skip all the evil monolog?"

He then took out Ivory and proceeded to twirl both of his guns in his hands for a few seconds before aiming them at "Riser".

Issei: "Let's dance!"

He began rapid firing bullets at "Riser", who tried his best to avoid the in coming fire. However, the bullets were moving so fast that a lot of them struck the blondes body which caused several wounds to appear.

"Riser" gritted his teeth in a mixture of pain and anger; summoning flames to fix his injuries.

Riser: "How dare you! I'll make you pay for doing that to me!"

Issei simply rolled his eyes.

Issei: "Yeah, yeah. Keep talking"

Riser: "Are you mocking me!?"

The brown-haired boy tilted his head.

Issei: "Of course not..."

He would then smirk.

Issei: "To mock you, there would need to be something to mock you about. But you're so pathetic that I don't need to do it"

Riser: "HOW DARE YOU!"

He held up his right hand and summoned another fireball; but unlike the previous ones... this one was easily triple the size and from how intense the flames were looking, it was clear that "Riser" was looking to end this quickly.

Riser: "YOU HAVE MADE A MOCKERY OF ME LONG ENOUGH MORTAL! I WILL SHOW YOU THE TRUE POWER OF A DEMON!"

Issei: "Well then...

He reached into his pocket.

Issei: "Looks like it's time i move this plan along!"

Before "Riser" had a chance to say anything; Issei took out a vial and threw it towards the blonde-haired man. At first he thought nothing of it, but that would soon be his biggest mistake.

Issei aimed Ebony at the Vial and fired; sending a bullet towards the glass vial. "Riser" watched as the bullet made contact with it and shattered the vial, releasing its contents all over "Riser's" body.

The moment it touched his skin, "Riser" began to feel immense pain coursing throughout his entire body. This resulted in him to unsummon the fireball as he collapsed to the ground in pain.

Riser: "AAAAAHHHHHH!!"

The sound of his screams filled the entire alternate space; being so loud that one could hear it from the other side. Issei and the others watched as the blonde began rolling around on the floor in agony, his body covered in flames as he tried to heal himself... but was failing.

Ravel flinched at the sight of her brothers suffering; a small part of her wanted to help him... but she knew that she couldn't. She couldn't help him, not as long as that thing possessing him was still there.

Ravel: 'Brother...'

"Riser" kept screaming as he gripped his face; his golden eyes full of nothing but confusion and pain before they locked onto Issei.

Riser: "W-WHAT DID YOU DO!? WHY AM I IN SO MUCH PAIN!?"

Issei tilted his head.

Issei: "Why? Your asking why?"

Riser: "YES! WHAT WAS THAT STUFF!? HOW IS IT HURTING ME!? I AM THE DEMON GOD!"

Rias and the others perked up when "Riser" said those words.

Everyone: 'Demon God?'

Trish and Lady on the other hand narrowed their eyes; being familiar with the term.

Lady: 'Is it him?....'

Trish: 'Dante said he killed him... How is he alive?'

Trish soon took a step forward.

Trish: "It's you, isn't it... Argosax?"

"Riser's eyes widened in shock, his gaze shifting from Issei and onto Trish.

Riser: "How... how do yo-"

He soon cut himself off as realization soon struck him. He didn't feel it at first, considering he was struck with a weak body. But being this close to her... he could finally sense it.

Ruser: "You... you're a demon! You're the one that fool made!"

Trish crossed her arms.

Trish: "So what if I am? What's the legendary Demon God doing possessing a mortal body?"

Issei glanced at Trish.

Issei: "You know this guy?"

The blonde nodded.

Trish: "Yeah, his name is Argosax. Many called him The Demon God, he used to rule the underworld... well a part of it anyways and he was always battling it out with Mundus"

Issei: "Argosax.... Mundus..."

The young man would then turn his attention back towards "Riser", who was still trying to heal himself.

Issei: "Why don't you do us all a favor, Argosax.... Stop hiding in the chicken Nugget's body and face me!"

"Riser" gritted his teeth as he glared at Issei; who stared down at him with a serious expression. It was at that moment that "Riser" saw the young mans eyes glowing with the same red and blue color from before.

Riser: "You want to see the Real me?..."

A wicked grin soon formed onto his face.

Riser: "You got it... Sparda!"

At that moment, a torrent of flames erupted from Riser's body which created a small shockwave throughout the area. Trish, Lady, and Issei managed to hold their ground, but the others needed to support each other.

The flames grew bigger and bigger, rising up into the air and forming into a sphere. Many looked up at the sphere, while Ravel noticed that her brother; whose appearance returned to normal... laying unconscious on the ground.

Ravel: "Big brother!"

She was about run over to him; but was cur off by Issei holding out his hand.

Issei: "Stay back! This isn't over!"

Ravel was confused; but then heard chuckling from the flaming sphere above.

Male Voice: "Now that I no longer need to hide behind that pathetic flesh suit..."

Female Voice: "I can finally fight as the real me!..."

From the sphere, a flaming hand burst through and with one swift motion; the hand forced away all the remaining flames and revealed the Demon's true appearance.

Argosax: "THE DEMON GOD, ARGOSAX!!"

Everyone; minus Issei, Trish, and Lady, stared at Argosax with shocked expressions. The mere sight of the demon felt so unreal to them, he looked like a flaming angel. However, they knew that he was dangerous and they werent even taking about the sheer pressure they were currently experiencing right now.

Issei narrowed his eyes at Argosax.

Issei: "So, that's your true self?..."

Argosax: "Indeed it is..."

He slowly floated towards the ground; his feet burning a spot the moment they touched the floor.

Argosax: "And it shall be the last thing you will ever see!"

Issei smirked.

Issei: "I would like to see you try... matchstick"

Deposit not having eyes; Issei could tell that Argosax was glaring at him.

Argosax: "Mock me all you like boy... It won't matter in the end..."

He then held out his right arm and Issei watched as it began morphing into a weapon that resembled a great sword.

Argosax: "NOW, DIE!"

With that, he launched himself towards Issei with incredible speed; leaving a flaming trail as he charged forward. Issei quickly avoided Argosax's attack by dodging to the right.

Once he did that; he would then put his guns away and bring out Rebellion.

Issei: "If it's a sword fight you want..."

He twirled the blade in his hand before pointing the tip towards Argosax; who was giving the young man a glance.

Issei: "Then it's a sword fight you shall receive!"

He smirked.

Issei: "Show me your motivation!"

With that, Issei dashed towards Argosax very quickly; the demon barley reacting quick enough to block the attack with his... blade? Arm? Question mark?

Either way, the others watched as the two began clashing against one another. Both trying to get the upper hand over the other as they moved around the area with incredible speed.

CLANG!

Spark.

CLANG!!

Spark.

CLANG!!!

Spark.

CLANG!

Spark.

That is all the others could see and hear as Issei and Argosax were locked in combat. At some point during their class, the demon attempted to get the upper hand by summoning a wave of flames.

However, Issei was able to avoid the attack easily and got some distance by back flipping.

Issei: "Hey now, that's cheating!"

Argosax: "I do not care about rules! I will destroy you! There is nothing that will stop me from doing that!"

He spread his angelic-like wings and from the tips of them... laser beams began shooting towards the young man. Issei was briefly caught off guard by this attack, but he quickly recovered and began either dodging or blocking them with Rebellion.

Issei: 'He has laser beams?! That's cheating!'

Ddraig: ['Agreed, I think its time we level the playing field...']

Issei grew a small smirk.

Issei: 'I like the way you think, Ddraig...'

After he blocked the final laser beam; Issei snapped his fingers.

Issei: "Doppelganger!"

A clone of Issei appeared next to the brown-haired boy.

Argosax: "Hmph, you think that will save you?"

Issei shrugged.

Issei: "Who knows, but you know what they say?.... Two is always better than one"

He glanced at his doppelganger.

Issei: "You ready?"

The doppelganger nodded its head before its arms and legs began glowing; summoning Beowulf and getting into a stance.

Issei: "Well then..."

He gripped his sword tightly.

Issei: "LET'S GO!"

With that; Issei proceeded to bolt towards Argosax extremely quickly, his doppelganger following closely behind him. The scene that soon unfolded before the others eyes was something that they would never forget.

Issei and his doppelganger worked incredible well together; the way that the two moved with such team work, such synergy... it was almost like they were all witnessing a dance right before their eyes.

They worked in tandem, throwing Argosax off balance by basically forcing the demon to either defend from one or the other. If Issei attacked and Argosax blocked it; the doppelganger would be there and unleashed a furry of punches upon the demon.

If Argosax blocked any of the doppelgangers attacks; Issei would punish him by slashing the firey demons body with Rebellion. At one point, Argosax tried to do something smart and turn its other arm into a blade as well...

Issei proceeded to slice that arm clean off.

Argosax: "ARGH!"

He glared at Issei.

Argosax: "Damn you! Sparda!"

Issei just smirked.

Issei: "On your left~..."

Perking up, Argosax quickly turned towards his left.... being greeted by the doppelganger who proceeded to uppercut the Demon God into the air.

But the doppelganger wasn't done yet; after he sent Argosax into the air, he followed after him by jumping up and... spin kicking the demon back towards the ground.

Argosax: "ARGH!"

Getting back up to his feet, Argosax summoned a torrent of flames and sent it towards Issei; who avoided the attack and began clashing with the one armed Argosax.

CLANG!

Spark.

Issei: "What's the matter, Argosax!?"

CLANG!

Spark.

Issei: "You struggling?!"

CLANG!

Spark.

Argosax: "GRRRRR! I'LL SHOW YOU STRU-"

The demon was cut off by the doppelganger; who appeared behind him and proceeded to unleash a barrage of punches, followed by a swift kick that sent Argosax tumbling forward.

Issei unleashed a kick of his own, directly into Argosax's head which broke one of the Demons horns.

Argosax: "ARGH! DAMN YOU!"

He attempted to stab Issei by thrusting his blade forward; but the brown-haired simply smirked and.... disappeared.

Argosax: "Huh!?"

He quickly looked around and didn't see any sign of Issei; neither him nor his doppelganger.

Argosax: "Where did they?!..."

He growled as he spreads his angelic-like wings, flames erupting around him.

Argosax: "SHOW YOURSELF COWARD! FACE ME LIKE A DEMON!"

Silence.

Silence.

Silence.

Click.

Click.

If Argosax had eyes right now, they would be very wide because to his right was Issei Hyoudou and to his left was his doppelganger; the two aiming Ebony and Ivory towards his eyes.

It was then that some good old PTSD began to set in upon the Demon God; after all... this has happened to him before. He ended up in this exact situation, right before the son of Sparda, Dante pulled the trigger one him.

And now it was happening again.... but this time it wasn't from a child of Sparda. No, it was cause of a human... a human who had Sparda's power.

His successor.

Issei: "Tell me, Argosax..."

He stared at the demon with a serious expression, his eyes glowing blue and red once again.

Issei: "Any final words?..."

Argosax: "Y-you...."

He growled.

Argosax: "IF YOU THINK YOU'VE WON, THINK AGAIN! YOU MAY OF BESTED ME! BUT THERE IS NO WAY YOU WILL BE ABLE TO DEFEAT P-"

BANG!!

BANG!!

Issei and his doppelganger cut the Demon God off by pulling the triggers; blasting Argosax's head clean off, which resulted in his firey body shattering into millions of firey pieces.

Issei: "....You talk too much"

Unknown to the successor of Sparda; or anybody really. A certain hooded figured had been watching the entire fight against Argosax and they were currently observing Issei from the nearby woods.

???: "So, he was able to defeat Argosax... Can't say I'm really surprised by the result, him and Mundus were always the cocky ones"

The figure chuckled to themselves.

???: "But this is good, this just proves that you really have gotten strong, Issei...."

The figure looked down at their hand.

???: "It means that when we finally meet each other face to face...."

They then clenched their hand into a fist.

???: "We will be able to fight and the moment that I crush you, I will finally have my revenge on you!"

The figure slowly lifted a hand towards their hood.

???: "So make sure you train hard.... get stronger, Issei. I would hate for you to be weak..."

The figure would then pull their hood back, revealing their faces for the first time and it was.... a white rabbit?

White Rabbit: "Wouldn't you agree, Br-"
