Issei: 'Hey Ddraig'

Ddraig: ['Yes, partner?']

Issei: 'I don't like this dude...'

Those words right there; Those words were the nicest way for Issei to describe his first impression of the man who had just appeared from the orange magic circle.

Normally Issei isn't the type of person to outright dislike someone upon first meeting them. He tries to be friendly with them and would normally go from there, that's how he and his two buddies ended up being a trio.

However, the same cannot be said for this "Riser" fellow. Like, Issei could say with full confidence that he did not like him a single bit. From the moment he arrived in the clubroom and the few words he spoke, it was more than enough for Issei to have a negative opinion of him.

That was also ignoring the fact that Riser referred to himself in the third person, which just confused Issei more than anything. Like why? Why do that?

Ddraig: ['Bad first impressions, Partner?']

Issei: 'He looks like an absolute douche-bag and it makes me wanna kick him in the nuts'

Hearing this, Ddraig couldn't help but let out a slight chuckle of amusement.

Ddraig: ['Oh trust me when I say this, partner.... He'll give you more reasons to kick him in the balls']

Issei: 'Oh goodie!'

As Issei stood against the wall with his arms crossed, Asia looked at both Rias and Grayfia with a slightly confused expression.

Asia: "Um, who is he?"

Grayfia: "This man is Lord Riser Phenex, third son of the house of Phenex and fiancé to Lady Rias Gremory"

This surprised both Issei and Asia that Rias was engaged to such a man. However, Issei soon realized that this was probably why Rias showed up in his room to try and have him take her Virginity.

Her actions that night were a call, a cry of desperation in getting her out of an arranged marriage that she didn't want to be a part of.

Riser walked into the center of the room, looking at Rias with an arrogant smirk on his face.

Riser: "Come now, Rias. Let's see the ceremony hall, the date has been set and it's better to check it out"

Rias glared at the man with Issei also doing the same thing.

Issei: 'And another reason I wanna kick him in the nuts'

Riser was sitting on the couch beside Rias; playing with the girls' long red hair, much to her annoyance. Aleno soon walked over to Riser and served him tea, which the man happily took.

Riser: "The tea made by my Rias' queen is delicious"

Akeno had a neutral look and bowed slightly.

Akeno: "Thank you for the compliment"

With that, she walked away and joined the others. They all watched as Riser played with Rias's hair and put his hand on her hip.

Issei narrowed his eyes at this, now having yet another reason to kick Riser in the balls. The list was slowly growing and he was sure that there would be more things to add to it.

Rias soon stood up as she looked at Riser with a serious expression.

Rias: "That's enough Riser! I've told you already, I won't marry you!"

Riser: "Rias, you must understand that the Devil world has been struggling to preserve the lineage of Pureblood Devils after the last war made them a rarity"

Issei couldn't help but raise an eyebrow in confusion and curiosity.

Issei: 'Pureblood Devils are rare? That's surprising...'

Riser then grew an arrogant smile.

Riser: "Our fathers made this marriage for the good of our race"

After Riser said those words, all the curiosity that Issei once had was immediately replaced by disgust as he glared at him.

Issei: 'This bastard... he's using the "Good of our race" card to try and guilt Rias into this marriage...'

Rias simply glared at Riser.

Rias: "My father, my older brother, and the rest of the family members are rushing it! I don't want to marry you, no matter what!"

Riser let out a small sigh.

Riser: "You know, Rias..."

He stood up from the couch.

Riser: "I am the face of the Phenex family, I can't have you sully my honor"

He grabbed onto Rias' arm which got her Peerage and Grayfia to glare at the blonde-haired man.

Riser: "I will take you to the underworld even if I have to burn every one of your servants!"

Things were getting out of hand, Grayfia was about to put a stop to Risers' nonsense. However, before she could say anything a hand grabbed onto Riser's wrist and began crushing it a little. This caused Riser some pain as he, Grayfia, Rias, and her Peerage all looked to see who was holding onto Riser's wrist.

The person was none other than Issei; whose eyes were glowing with the same menacing dark blue and crimson red color. That along with the cold glare that he was giving Riser, sent a shiver down the man's spine.

Issei: "I am going to say this once and only once..."

He narrowed his eyes, the blue and crimson red glowing brighter.

Issei: "Let. Her. Go...."

Hearing the tone in Issei's voice caused Riser to flinch slightly, letting go of Rias who stared at Issei with a speechless expression.

Rias: 'Issei...'

Issei: "Good..."

The brown-haired boy let go of Riser's wrist, his eyes returning to their regular chocolate-brown color and he made his way back over to the wall he was originally standing at.

Riser held his wrist, which was a little sore from how tightly Issei held it.

Riser: 'Even with Risers' regeneration, Risers' wrist is still sore...'

He then secretly glared at Issei, who leaned back up against the wall with his arms crossed.

Riser: 'He isn't a Devil but... no human could have such strength... who is he?'

He wasn't the only one thinking that because Grayfia was basically wondering the same thing. That was now the third time she had seen Issei's eyes change color, but what just happened just now was only the second time she saw them change to blue and red.

She wondered if it was the result of some sort of Sacred Gear. Then again, it could not be one because while it would explain his eyes suddenly changing color; it doesn't explain anything about the sword he pulled on her when they first met.

Grayfia: 'This boy....'

She then narrowed her eyes while looking at Issei.

Grayfia: 'He's definitely not ordinary and Lady Rias says that he's her friend? Just who did she make friends with?'

She let out a silent sigh, calming herself down a little.

Grayfia: 'I'll worry about that when I notify Lord Sirzechs later; but for now...'

She turned her attention towards Riser and cleared her throat.

Grayfia: "Lord Riser, please calm down. This is a peaceful meeting, I am here on Lord Sirzechs orders and I will not stand idly by"

Riser: "Well, if it's the strongest Queen then even I'm afraid"

After hearing those words, Issei couldn't help but let out a chuckle which caught the attention of everyone else in the room.

Riser glared at Issei.

Riser: "Is something funny, human filth!?"

This caused everyone except for Asia and Grayfia to glare at Riser. Issei, on the other hand simply shook his head.

Issei: "Oh, don't mind me. I'm just thinking about what I'm gonna have for dinner. I was thinking either steak... pork..."

A small grin formed onto his face, one of his eyes flashing red for a brief second.

Issei: "Or some spineless Chicken..."

This caused everyone's eyes to widen in shock at the fact that Issei had just insulted Riser; who glared at the brown-haired boy.

Riser: "What did you just say!?"

Issei: "Oh, I'm sorry, I'm sorry. Actually, what is meant to say was..."

Issei would then pull a random Megaphone and cleared his throat as he talked into it.

Issei: "HOW ABOUT I FEAST ON A DEFORMED TURKEY WITH A BLOATED EGO NAMED RISER MCCLUCK!"

After he finished saying those words, he tossed the Megaphone away and silence took over the room. Everyone who was surprised before was now left absolutely speechless from what Issei had just said.

However, that didn't waste long as they all soon began reacting in their different ways. Both Rias and Akeno began giggling a little, Kiba and Koneko smirked, Asia tried to hold in her giggle but failed, and even Grayfia grew a small smile but no one seemed to notice it.

As for Riser, it was safe to say that if he wasn't already mad at Issei then he certainly was now. No, being mad wasn't the right word....

He was furious.

Riser: "Y-you...."

He gritted his teeth in fury as an orange aura covered his body.

Riser: "HOW DARE YOU INSULT THE GREAT RISER!!"

He held out one of his hands, conjuring up a powerful fireball in mere seconds. Issei saw the flame and prepared to use his Royalguard style just in case.

Fortunately for Issei, he wouldn't need to use the style because from out of nowhere appeared a small ice wall which surprised both Issei and Riser, who turned to see Grayfia looking at the two with a serious expression.

Grayfia: "That's enough the both of you! This is a peaceful meeting, one more outbreak and I will have to deal with you both myself!"

Issei simply shrugged.

Issei: "Hey, I'm all chill"

He then pointed at Riser.

Issei: "It's Mr. McNuggets over here who can't seem to keep his temper under control"

Riser glared at Issei, his eyes glowing with fury.

Riser: "Why you..."

Grayfia glared at Riser, causing him to pause for a moment. He would then calm himself, making the fireball in his hands disappear.

Riser: "Riser apologizes, Lady Grayfia"

Grayfia let out a small sigh.

Grayfia: "Lord Gremory and Lord Sirzechs knew that this meeting wouldn't turn out well. As such, I have been charged to carry the last resort if no agreement is reached"

This caught Rias's attention.

Rias: "What last resort?"

Grayfia looked at Rias.

Grayfia: "Lady Rias, if you do not agree with this then everything will be settled in a rating Game"

Rias and her Peerage's eyes widened in surprise, while Issei and Asia on the other hand were confused.

Issei: 'Rating Game?'

Rias: "Just how far will they go through with this until their satisfied?!"

Grayfia: "Then Lady Rias, are you declining this as well?"

Rias narrowed her eyes.

Rias: "No, this will be my only chance to get out of this stupid marriage"

Issei: 'Jeez, just what is a Rating Game?'

Issei would soon get his answer as Asia looked over at Kiba.

Asia: "Kiba, what's a rating Game?"

Kiba: "A rating Game is a competition between high-class Devils with their Peerage to show their strength in battle but you must defeat their king in order to win"

Asia: "Like chess?"

Kiba nodded his head.

Riser: "I played the game several times and won all of them"

Akeno: "Originally, only season Devils are allowed to participate"

Issei didn't like the sound of that. If only seasoned Devils are allowed to participate in these "Rating Games" and if what MCnuggets said is true about his winning several of them then.... Rias was at a disadvantage.

One that Riser was surely gonna use as an advantage.

Riser: "Rias, is this all you have for servants?"

Rias: "Besides Asia and Issei, who are my allies.... yes"

She glared at the blonde-haired man.

Rias: "What if they are?"

Riser smirked as he snapped his fingers which caused another orange magic circle to appear in the clubroom. From the circle, flames appeared once again and when they died down it revealed a group of fifteen girls.

Riser: "I have fifteen, a complete set"

The moment that Riser's Peerage manifested into the room, Issei began to scan through each of them and he had to admit that they weren't half bad in terms of strength; though they were no threat to him.

However, while he was scanning through; one of the girls caught his attention mainly due to her appearance which matched with Mr. McNuggets.

Issei: 'Hey, Ddraig. Does she look similar to the turkey?'

Ddraig: ['She does indeed, Partner. Maybe they are siblings']

Issei deadpanned.

Issei: 'He put his own sister in his Peerage?.... does he have a sister kink or something?'

Ddraig: ['Don't you want to ask him if he does?']

Issei: 'A part of me does, merely to piss him off but...'

He used his pinkie finger to clean out his right ear.

Issei: 'I don't wanna lose my hearing from all his Clucking'

Ddraig chuckled at that.

Ddraig: ['Very well, Partner. You know what to do']

Issei nodded his head, time to out on a show.

Issei: "Having more pieces won't make a difference, you KFC reject!"

Riser's Peerage's eyes widened when they heard some random human insult their King. Riser glared at the brown-haired boy before he grew an arrogant smirk.

Riser: "Well then, let me give you a taste..."

He snapped his fingers.

Riser: "Mira, show him what you can do"

After saying those words, one of the girls in Riser's Peerage launched themselves towards Issei; wielding a wooden staff in their hands. The young man watched with an unimpressed look as the girl prepared to strike him with her staff.

Unfortunately for her, that attack would not land because all of a sudden; Issei's eyes quickly flashed blue as he parried her staff with the Yamato, followed by a quick jab to the girl's gut.

This action caused the girl to be sent flying back, collapsing to one knee as she held her stomach. Riser and the rest of his Peerage were shocked by what they had just witnessed as they looked at Issei, who simply stared with a serious look.

Issei: "Is that all?"

This caused Riser to grit his teeth a little.

Riser: 'This human! How dare he humiliate the great Riser like this!'

The blonde-haired girl in the pink dress glanced at Riser.

Girl: 'Big brother. Don't embarrass yourself more than you already have...'

She let out a silent sigh as her gaze soon shifted away from Riser and over to Issei, who had a smug smile on his face.

Girl: 'To think that he's getting so worked up over one human, a not too bad looking one at that'

Suddenly, the girl paused for a moment as she just realized what she had just said; a small blush grew onto her face.

Girl: 'D-did I just... Did I just say that this human looked good!?'

She shook her head, trying to shake the thoughts from her mind.

Ravel: 'N-none of that, Ravel. You're a member of the Phenex Clan! You can't mingle with such lowly humans!'

While the girl named Ravel was attempting to shake the unwanted thoughts from her mind, Issei took notice of her strange actions and couldn't help but raise an eyebrow in confusion.

Issei: 'The hell is wrong with her?'

Riser then turned and looked at Rias; which caught Issei's attention.

Riser: "Rias, I'll give you 10 days to prepare for the game"

Rias raised an eyebrow in surprise.

Rias: "Are you giving me a handicap?"

Riser grew an arrogant smirk.

Riser: "It's not worth it if we face each other now. So I'll be giving you a chance to train your Peerage..."

He would then shift his gaze over towards Issei.

Riser: "Riser will even allow the human to join"

Issei narrowed his eyes at Riser, who turned his attention back to Rias and the smirk on his face grew larger.

Riser: "But if Riser wins, you will marry me immediately!"

Rias simply stared at Riser with a serious expression on her face. She didn't want to drag Issei into her mess, but she guessed that it was well past that point now.

Rias: "Alright then, Riser. I'll accept your challenge. We will blow you away"

Grayfia: "Then it's decided, in 10 days we will have a rating Game match that will decide if Lady Rias shall go through with the marriage or not"

Riser smirked as he made his way over to his Peerage, standing with them as she looked over at Issei and pointed at him.

Riser: "You. What is your name"

Issei: "Who?"

He pointed at himself.

Issei: "Me?"

Riswr: "Yes. Tell Riser your name, human..."

A small grin formed on the brown-haired boy's face as his eyes flashed red and blue.

Issei: "My name is Issei Hyoudou. I'm Rias Gremory's ally and I'm also the successor of Sparda!"

Both Grayfia and Riser perked up when Issei mentioned the word "Sparda" because as far as they knew; they had never heard of any supernatural being with such a name before.

Grayfia decided to inform Lord Sirzechs about it when she delivers the report; as for Riser well....

Riser: "It doesn't matter what you are, Human. You better be ready because Riser will pulverize you for insulting him"

Issei simply rolled his eyes.

Issei: "Yeah, yeah. Just hurry up and leave already you bloody dyslexic rooster"

He used his pinkie finger to clean out one of his ears.

Issei: "Hearing anymore of your annoying ass voice is gonna cause me to go deaf"

This angered Riser, causing him to glare at Issei with fury in his eyes. However, both he and his Peerage would soon disappear in a burst of flames that came from a magic circle that appeared underneath them.

A couple of seconds after Riser left the clubroom, Grayfia would soon turn her attention towards Rias.

Grayfia: "I will inform the other houses about the result of the meeting"

She bowed to Rias.

Grayfia: "Good Luck"

With that; the maid gave one last glance to Issei before she soon disappeared in a flash of light from a silver magic circle.

Issei: "Well..."

He crossed his arms.

Issei: "That went well"

Rias pinched the bridge of her nose, letting out a small sigh.

Rias: "Indeed..."

She then looked at Issei and gave him a gentle smile.

Rias: "Thank you for stepping in for me, Issei"

Issei waved it off.

Issei: "Don't worry about it, Rias. There's no way in hell that I'm letting that Colonel Sanders rip off take ya away"

A small blush grew onto Rias's face; which Akeno, Koneko, and Asia noticed.

Akeno: 'Oh, Rias. You sneaky skank...'

Koneko: 'Cow...'

Asia pouted.

Asia: 'I won't lose!'

Kiba simply stood where he was; a blank expression on his face like there were absolutely zero thoughts in his head.

Issei: "Well!"

He clapped his hands together.

Issei: "What's the plan?"

Demon Head 2: "Are we there yet?"

Demon 1: "No..."

Demon Head 2: "Are we there yet?"

Demon 1: "No..."

The two-headed demon walked down a path that would hopefully take them to their destination. Originally, they believed that it would take long with how enhanced their senses were compared to lesser life forms.

However, they made one fatal error on their part which was arriving in a forest that had small flames that replaced the leaves on the trees.

It turns out that having enhanced senses like smell isn't good in such places because all that the two-headed demon has been able to smell for the past couple of hours is nothing but burning wood.

Because of that, they simply decided to pick a random direction and prayed that they would arrive at their target's location. If they don't manage to complete their mission; their master will punish them and it will make death look like a mercy.

Another negative to talk about is that because of how long it's been; the second head had unfortunately become... bored.

Now the first one is suffering because of it.

Demon Head 2: "Are we there yet?"

Demon 1: "No..."

Demon Head 2: "Are we there yet?"

Demon 1: "No"

Demon Head 2: "Are we there yet?"

One of the eyes on the first head began twitching slightly.

Demon 1: "No"

Demon Head 2: "Are we there yet?"

Twitch.

Demon 1: "No"

Demon Head 2: "Are we there yet?"

Twitch.

Demon 1: "No"

Demon Head 2: "Are we there yet?"

Twitch.

Demon 1: "No"

Demon Head 2: "Are we there yet?"

Twitch.

Demon 1: "No"

Demon Head 2: "Are we the-"

Demon Head 1: "OH BY THE PRIMORDIAL!!"

He looked at the second head with pure annoyance in his eyes.

Demon Head 1: "WILL YOU SHUT THE FUCK UP!"

Demon Head 2: "Huh?! Why are you yellow at me?!"

The first head glared.

Demon Head 1: "YOU HAVE DONE NOTHING BUT ASK THE SAME THING OVER AND OVER AGAIN!"

Demon Head 2: "I'm asking a questio-"

Demon Head 1: "THAT'S EXACTLY THE PROBLEM!"

He lifted the arm that wasn't holding the fiery orb and pointed at all the trees that were around them.

Demon Head 1: "YOU CAN CLEARLY SEE THAT WE HAVEN'T ARRIVED AT THE TARGET'S LOCATION! YET, YOU KEEP ASKING THE SAME THING OVER AND OVER AGAIN!"

The second head glared at the first.

Demon Head 2: "Well, it's all your fault!"

Demon Head 1: "MY FAULT!?"

The second nodded.

Demon Head 2: "YEAH! YOU'RE THE ONE WHO PICKED THIS DIRECTION!"

Demon Head 1: "WHY YOU LITT-"

Before the first head could finish his sentence; he was suddenly cut off when the sound of an annoyed sigh filled the air.

???: "Must you both bicker like children?"

The two-headed demon turned both their heads in the direction of the voice; being greeted by the sight of a cloaked figure who stood up on one of the nearby trees branches with a single glowing red eye being shown.

???: "We are on a tight schedule after all"

The sight of the cloaked figure caused the two-headed demon to forget about their past annoyance with each other as they turned and faced the figure.

Demon Head 1: "What are YOU doing here?!"

???: "Who?"

The figure then gestured to themself.

???: "Me?"

The second head growled.

Demon Head 2: "Yes, you!"

They would then point at the figure with their free clawed hand.

Demon Head 2: "Our lord didn't order you to be in this area!"

???: "You're right, he didn't"

Demon Head 1: "Then why are you here?! You better have a good reason for disobeying our lord's command!?"

???: "Oh, I do..."

The figure would then jump down from the tree branch they were on; landing perfectly in front of the two-headed demon.

The figure looked up at the demon standing before them, their one single glowing red eye fixated on them.

???: "I overheard your conversation with the Master and knowing that you two can't go more than five minutes without being at each other's throats..."

The two demonic heads growled after the figure said those words.

???: "Gentleman, please. We all know it's true..."

They then cleared their throat.

???: "Now, as I was saying. Since you both can't go more than five minutes without being at each other's throats. I have decided to come and assist you on your mission"

Silence filled the air as the two-headed demon stared down at the figure, then at each other, then at the figure once again.

After another couple of seconds of nothing but pure silence, the two heads soon began laughing loudly.

Both: "HAHAHAHAHAHAHA!!"

The figure simply deadpanned at the two.

???: "I'm being serious..."

Demon Head 1: "Oh, we know that"

Demon Head 2: "But the thing is..."

The demon would then point at the figure with one of its clawed fingers.

Demon Head 2: "We don't need assistance from an insignificant pretender like you!"

???: "Oh?"

The figure tilted their head a little.

???: "You don't?"

Demon Head 1: "Of course not! We were given this task by our lord and Master. If we needed assistance from someone as weak as you then we would've gone to that false King; Mundus!"

Demon Head 2: "Now then, if you excuse us..."

The two-headed demon turned away from the cloaked figure.

Both: "We have a mission to complete!"

With all that done, the demon continued marching down a pathway as the cloaked figure watched. They didn't need their help, they could find the target's location easily.

After all, this was a task given to them by their master. Clearly, they were the most capable for such a tas-

???: "Uhh, guys"

The two-headed demon glanced back at the cloaked figure.

???: "The mansion would be that way"

He then pointed behind them and the two-headed demon looked to where the figure was pointing, being greeted by the sight of their target's location; The Phenex family house.

The two heads blinked in surprise, neither one saying a word as they looked at each for for a moment.

The first would soon chuckle nervously.

Demon Head 1: "W-we knew that!"

The second one nodded in agreement.

Demon Head 2: "Y-yeah, we just wanted to see if you were paying attention"

The cloaked figure simply deadpanned at the two-headed demon.

???: "Rrrright.... let's go with that"

The figure would then let out a small sigh as they glanced over at the Phenex household with a serious look in their crimson red eye. They didn't care about the person who lived in the household; nor did they care about their master's plan.

They had their own agenda.

Their own goal.

Their own target.

One that they were certain they were gonna see really soon; after all, they are the one that the figure despises the most.

???: "We will meet each one soon and when we do...."

They clenched their hand into a fist.

???: "I'll make you pay for what you took from me all those years ago..."

The figure's single crimson red eye burned with a fierce aura.

???: "Wait for me.... Issei Hyoudou"
