"Where the hell are you, Eun Chae? You owe me an explanation." Maria sounded unhappy. Did she found out about something. "Maria, a simple Hi would be nice. Well I'm at work. Hospital. Whatever explanation you need we can discuss it over lunch later on if you want." I said and Maria huffed. "Hmm I am not free now. Running errands for my wedding. How about you come over to The Royals tonight after work?" I look at my work schedule for tomorrow. "I'm fine with that. I'll see you tonight, Maria." Just like that she hang up. What an attitude. I scowled at my phone before hearing the door knock.

"Dr Eun Chae welcome back." I smiled a little and thanked, Jiwoo, the nurse. "Here's an update on a few of your patients. So far all of them has no issue."Jiwoo hand me the patients file and I go through them one by one. "Thank you, Jiwoo. I'll go and check on the patients after I settle down. You can go now." I smile and she left my office. I groaned and lay my head on my desk. I was only away for awhile and so many things happened. If this is a nightmare, I plead that someone out there to wake me up. What does Maria want though? Explanation about what exactly. Did Taehyung actually betrayed Yoongi's trust? I have no Taehyung's number so I can't simply call him and asked him what is going on. If I tell Yoongi about this, he won't allow me to go The Royals tonight and meet Maria. He already warned me not to hang out with any of them at the moment. For my own safety.

I got up from my seat and decided to do rounding and check on my patients. Grabbing the things I required, I made my way to the first ward. An old lady who suffers from lung cancer. "Good afternoon, Yoon Hee-ssi. How are you doing?" I asked as I enter the room and saw the lady was just laying down, facing the window. "Doctor, you're back. I'm doing fine as always." She smiles and I check her IV drip ensure it is the right one and get her reports from the clipboard at the front of the bed. "How's your chemotherapy?" I asked as I signed to acknowledge the treatment done on her by the nurse. "I hate it but I do not have a choice do I? I still have to do it." I let out a soft laughter as I sense the pain in her voice. "Don't worry Yoon Hee-ssi, you're going to be alright." I said before sensing something presence in the room. "Either way, I am going to die soon. I'm old and sick." She said as she hold my hand. "This could probably be my last time seeing you, Doctor." She mumbles. Her cold hand says it all. I try my best not to cry. "Shhh don't say that. You need to rest, Yoon Hee-ssi. Dream of all the beautiful things. The pain will go away eventually." I said and she nods before I placed the blanket over her body.

I hold her hand and close my eyes, I recite a spell that will allow her to have a blissful dream. The sound of her monitor beeping made me let go of her hand. I press the emergency button for the nurse to assist me. "Doctor..." A few of the nurse walks in. "Park Yoon Hee's time of death..." I look at my watch and then write down on the patient's file. "13:16" I then acknowledge the death letter and hand it to my nurse. "Call the funeral service. I'll handle the payment." I said before watching the nurse cover Yoon Hee's body. I leave the room and accidentally bumped onto Irene. "Eun Chae, everything alright?" Irene asked and I just huffed. "No...my first patient visit for today just passed on." I said before she pulled me into a hug. "Aww, Eun Chae, you did all you can to save her life." Irene said and I pulled away from the hug and smile. "Eun Chae-ssi.." A deep voice called my name and I turn around and see Taehyung standing a few meters away from me. "Taehyung.." I smile at him and Irene immediately leave.

"Are you free right now?" Taehyung asked as he walk towards me and look at the time. " It's lunch time. Can you accompany for lunch?" I look at him and nod. "Yeah sure as long it is human food." I replied sarcastically and heard him snickered. "You should thank me." Taehyung said as he walks with me to my office. "For saving your life." I rolled my eyes and ignore his nonsense. "By the way do you have any idea why Maria called me?" I asked as I enter my office and takes off my white coat. "Maria called?" He sounded surprise and frown at the same time. "Yeah she said I owe her an explanation. Did you told her about me and Yoongi being together?" I asked and Taehyung shake his head. "Nope. I swear in the name of Lucifer, I did not expose you two." Taehyung his face turned serious. "Whatever. Where are we going to have our lunch?" I asked. "I know a good restaurant nearby. Let's go." He opened the door and allow me to walk out first before he does.

"Can you drive? I need to text someone." Taehyung hand me his car keys and I look at it. "Wow you're expecting me to drive a Ferrari, Kim Taehyung?" I raise my brows and he just smirked. "Well witch, you drove a Bugatti here. To be exact, Min Yoongi's Bugatti." He smirked deviously and get in the passenger side as soon I unlocked the car. "Pray for your safety to the satan then, Taehyung." I said as soon I get into the driver's seat and start the engine. The Ferrari roar to live and I hold onto the steering wheel. "Seatbelt, witch." He reminded and I roll my eyes. I put on my seatbelt and begin to drive.

Teahyung POV
As soon Eun Chae begin to drive, I take out my phone and decided to text Yoongi hyung. His lady here is in danger I assume since Maria is looking for her. I close my eyes and let out a sigh before glancing at Eun Chae. "Where are we going again?" She asked. Right I did not tell her. "Ermm just drive to Hongdae." I said and she just listen.

Me: Hyung, I think Eun Chae is in a deep trouble.

Yoongi Hyung: ???

Me: Yesterday was the eve night of Lilith Sacrifice. The event that occurs every year. Maria took over your place and she consumed the virgin's heart. Today, she called Eun Chae and told her to meet up at The Royals tonight.

Yoongi: ....

Me: Hyung, are you dumb or just lazy to reply? Eun Chae is a witch. She might also be Lilith cult worshiper.
