Newly moved into their urban house, the Pews family were enchanted with the idea of a new start away from the shadows of their dark past. At their previous neighborhood, a beautiful 3 year old girl mysteriously disappeared on halloween but the police investigation lead nowhere so local media labelled the case as "the phantom homicide".

Sarah and John Pews, the  parents of Emma who is an outgoing kindergarten kid, breathed a sigh of relief the second they opened the front door to their new covenant for the first time. Like a symbol of hope, they felt liberated and quickly got absorbed in the tedious task of unpacking their boot rammed with bags. Whilst they were distracted, Emma decided to snoop around the house which is a decision that changed their lives forever.

Down a raggedy ladder, Emma climbed excitedly into a hidden basement.

After composing herself, Emma was on edge but she was too curious to turn back now. The ground was sticky with a musky aura that nearly made her gag. Holding her nose, she anxiously walked towards a dusty dressing table that had a broken vintage mirror. Something about this mirror was enticing her closer. Hypnotised by its beauty, she approached the dressing table and noticed a note.

The note read "Skin and bones, fresh and raw will feed the entities within these walls"

Unnerved, Emma quietly read the note aloud then briskly left the basement and ran into her new bedroom. Slamming the door, she slid into bed and tried to sleep.
