❝Lonely Me❞
___________
I
T'S BEEN TWO DAY. I SIGHED, SITTING ON THE COUCH beside my father's hospital bed. He was asleep, we didn't even talk much because he was tired, but he wasn't confused over why I suddenly divorced him nor did he ask any questions about it.
I was confused, now what will I do? I'll have to make a living of my own, I can't just sit here unemployed and there's no way I'm relying on him anymore. I feel like a burden, but I'm going to pay it all off. I glanced down at the list of bills of what I used while being with him, it wasn't much to my eyes now, but to pay it off, I'll have to work for like the whole year.
"Thank God it's not over one million." I muttered, sighing. It was surprising that the price didn't reach up, it was just $90,000. But it was still so expensive.
I got up from the seat, ready for my first job interview. I could work part time all day long, I fixed my clothes, cracking my neck as I stepped out of the hospital room, abruptly stopped by the doctor. I blinked, greeting him as he smiled. "Your interview is today?" I nodded, smiling.
I'd told him a little bit of my interviews because at that time, my father would be completely alone. I wanted to tell them so that no confusion is created. "Yes." He nodded, "Do your best." I nodded with a grin, he patted my shoulder and walked in the room.
I sighed, this was going to be a long day.

"Are you listening sir?" Jungkook's secretary asked, feeling annoyed as it's the eighth time he's zoning out. He flinched a little, blinking as he nodded. "Yeah, um. You can leave." She sighed, nodding as she left.
He laid back on the seat, fishing out the ring he had snatched out of your finger. "I shouldn't have taken it back though." He muttered, sighing.
In these two days, he's realised that he missed you a lot more, every now and then, he thought of you like a habit. It made him think that he didn't even miss Seran once, didn't think of her once, he didn't even bother anymore. Is he moving on?
He shrugged the thoughts off.

"Thank you." I smiled at the interviewer. Rejected. That's all I've been hearing. I sighed loudly, it was already afternoon and
I didn't even find a job yet. It's like I've been looking forever.
Part timer needed. I read out of the board, blinking. I entered the shop, "Is anyone here?" I asked, a young woman looked up from her magazine. "Welcome, what would you like?" She asked, bored. "Um, I saw the board out there. I'm here for a part timer interview."
She nodded. "You're hired." I stared at her, blank. "You're hired. Go and change your clothes." She said and closed her magazine. "No interview?" She shrugged. "No one comes to our shop anyway, maybe seeing some beautiful chick they'll come."
I gulped, nodding. "Ah...thank you." She nodded and waved her hands in the air. "Just go already. You need to hurry." I nodded, walking to the room she pointed at her with her magazine.
I looked around, it was a decent room. I felt nice and relaxed, no luxurious feeling, smell or anything, it was a vanilla smell that filled the room. It was relaxing, as if finally I was out of a trance.
"Um. The last locker can be yours!" She yelled from outside, and I looked at the line of lockers, there were five lockers, and two of them were empty. I walked to the last one, opening it and taking out the apron, there was a weird styled t-shirt. I pressed my lips in a this line as I saw its vulgar shape. "What kind of place is this." I muttered, not bothering much as I changed into it.
I felt quite uncomfortable at how tight it was, my body was in whole shape, and it seemed weird. However, it was less weird with the apron on.
I walked out, and she nodded. "You're good." She said, pulling me towards the counter. "So, you may have to do my shift sometimes because I..um, my mom's sick and I take care of her sometimes."
I nodded. "So, I'll tell you beforehand. Wish all the costumers with a smile, ask their order and tell them to sit down, well, you already know that. And please clean the tables after the customer leaves. And yes, keep the whole place cleaned. Make sure to see every customer pays before leaving, nd greet them when they're leaving too. And if they give a tip, just take it. I know it's a lot of work, but I'll be here with you, so don't worry. When I'm here, you'll just serve the customers and clean the tables, I'll do the rest."
I nodded. The bells near the door rang, and a man came in. "Here comes our first customer. Good luck." She said, putting a hand on my shoulder and giving me a smile.
