(Y/N) PoV

Alright so things got a little crazy yesterday and I somewhat got into a bit of a fight. It wasn't as crazy as the incident with the mermaids but things were flying pretty damn quick. The girl, who is actually my cousin that San warned me about, began to attack me as a frickin test! Why? Why now of all times? Now I have to become some kind of Devil Hunter because our parents want us to kill demons for a living.

Knock! Knock!

In Your Room

You were broken out of your train of thouhts when you heard someone knocking on your door. This left you confused since it seemed a little too early for Tsukune to arrive. Once you opened the door, there was nobody in sight as you looked both sides.

(Y/N): *sigh* Assholes... Hm?

You looked down to find an envelope sitting directly in front of your door. After grabbing the envelope, you made your way inside your room to reveal it's contents.

(Y/N): A flash drive? Wonder who left this in front of my door...

You found a letter as well which lead you to read the sheet of paper.

I wasn't sure what music you'd like so I compiled a lot of different genres.

You were stunned that someone took the time to give you a set of music. Although, it made you a little cautious since it may be a prank.

(Y/N): It'll have to wait till my laptop comes in.

You placed the envelope inside your desk drawer before another set of knocking was heard. Opening the door, you discover Tsukune so you quickly grabbed your bag before leaving for the day.

Timeskip

(Y/N): *groans* I really wish we didn't have to attend a club. Especially one with more *shudder* paperwork...

Moka: I'm sure it'll be fun (Y/N)! Besides, there are four of us!

Meanwhile, you watched as Tsukune was literally being smothered between Kurumu's breasts.

(Y/N): Make that three if he dies from suffocation... Weren't there two others?

The door opened to reveal the white haired teen, Snow, quickly make her way inside the club room.

Snow: Oh good, I'm not late! Hello everyone!

(Y/N): Speak of the devil.

The other girl, Lucius, calmly entered the room before taking a seat in a nearby desk.

(Y/N): Literally...

Moka felt the same as the girl quietly took a seat but she eased once Ms. Nekonome entered the club room.

Ms. Nekonome: Ah! Everyone's here!

Tsukune: Umm, everyone? Are we the only ones that registered for The Newspaper Club?

(Y/N): Holy shit no wo- OOOOWWWWW!!!!

Your words were interrupted when you felt sharp claws scratch your face. The intense pain made you jump from your seat as you felt blood slowly run from the multiple cuts.

Ms. Nekonome: Please watch your language, (Y/N)!  And no, we're stilling waiting on our leader!

(Y/N/): MOTHER OF HELL!! WHY?!?!

Everyone sweat dropped as they watched you practically stumble around the room in pain. Even the teacher was quite annoyed from your outburst as you were crashing into the desks. Although, you quickly fell to the ground as Lucius pinched a nerve on your neck that rendered you unconscious.

Tsukune: *in thought* No way, that actually works?!?!

Lucius: If you don't mind, I'll take him to the infirmary.

Ms. Nekonome: O-of course, just return once he's in and Tsukune will bring him up to speed.

Timeskip

Your eyes quickly shot open as you awakened from your sudden slumber.

???: Oh, you're awake! How do you feel Mr... (Y/N).

Your eyes turned to the side to find a female nurse with red, shoulder length hair.

(Y/N): Decent? Why am I in the infirmary.

Nurse: Oh, you were just another poor victim of Nekonome's claws. Happens more than you think, especially when they ask about her age.

You sighed as you felt the woman slowly remove the bandages that were wrapped around your head. As soon as she removed them, you felt a sense of relief as the pain from before was no longer present.

Nurse: Huh, your scratches healed quite fast! It's as if you weren't even scratched in the first place! And those cuts were pretty deep!

(Y/N): Guess I heal faster than other monsters...

Nurse: Obviously! If that's the case then you're free to go.

(Y/N): Sweet, guess I'll see you on the next one!

The nurse lightly giggled from your joke since it is quite possible for you to return from your teacher's claws.

The Next Day

Moka: Sorry, Tsukune! But I don't like perverts!

Tsukune: Wait, Moka!

(Y/N): Wow, I didn't think you of as that kind of guy.

Tsukune: What?! It was an accident!!

You chuckled as he desperately defended himself from yesterday's incident. You weren't present at the time since you were unconscious but the club president, Ginei Morioka, filled you in on the details when you arrived near the end of the session. It was rather difficult to believe since it was coming from somebody you have just met.

(Y/N): How is it an accident?

Tsukune: Because...

The brown haired teen looked around to ensure that the coast is clear.

Tsukune: I saw Gin crouched over and he was looking directly up the girl's skirts! You have to believe me (Y/N)! I honestly didn't mean to, I was just trying to catch Gin in the act!

You looked into the human's eyes to find that his words were true since he was quite scared in his position. He was also shaking you by the shoulders as if he were in some form of cartoon.

(Y/N): Alright alright, I believe you! Sheesh, I didn't think you were panicking this much.

Tsukune: I just don't want the others to hate me...

(Y/N): Right, I get it, you just don't want to lose your precious Moka.

He blushed from your words since he knew it was the truth. You snickered before giving him a light shove as his whole face was practically red.

(Y/N): Come on, we'll find a way to fix this... Hey what happened to your forehead?

You barely noticed the bandage on your friend's forehead as he sighed.

Tsukune: Moka, Kurumu, and Snow slapped me from the incident while Lucius threw some kind of blue sword at my forehead... It just appeared out of nowhere...

(Y/N): Wow... We're making them make this up to you once this is over! And I have just the plan!

Tsukune: Are you also trying to get something out of this?

(Y/N): Just Kurumu's cookies. Seriously man, they're frickin' awesome!

After Classes

Nurse: Already?! What'd you do this time?!

You we're currently sitting on the infirmary bed as the nurse placed a few bandages on your face.

(Y/N): ... I tried to pet her ears.

The nurse couldn't hold in her laughter as she practically fell back from her seat.

Nurse: That's the first time I've heard somebody trying to pet her ears! No wonder she got you good this time!

(Y/N):  Right... Is it done yet?

Nurse: Yup! You're free to go! Just try not to let it happen again today.

(Y/N): I'll make sure it won't... Anyways, thanks for patching me up!

Just as soon as you exited the infirmary, you quickly noticed the president of The Newspaper Club, Ginei Morioka.

Ginei: Yo (Y/N)! Heard about what happened! How you holding up?

(Y/N): I still feel like I want to scream.

The older teen simply laughed as he slapped your back, much to your annoyance.

Ginei: Glad to hear it! Listen, I'm onto quite a lead and I need your help! Trust me, you're going to love this!

You grew quite suspicious of his words as he practically threw his arm over your shoulder for a huddle. Especially since you've only met him once, although you were a little annoyed by his charm.

(Y/N): I'm not exactly up for it. Besides, isn't time for our club?

Ginei: I dismissed it for the day to ease the tension. So how about it? It'll be the first big project by The Newspaper Club!

(Y/N): Sorry, I'm going to pass if the others aren't involved. Wouldn't feel right if they're not around for this "big project".

With that, you decided walk away from the black haired teen as he watched you retreat. He was quite angered by your words before he decided to move on towards his intended target.

Small Timeskip

(Y/N): *sigh of relief* Something about that guy is really getting in my nerves. He knows how to talk but it just doesn't feel genuine...

As soon as you finished your can of soda, you disposed of it in the proper bin before walking away from the resting area. Unfortunately, as soon as you walked out of the area, you witnessed a scene that made your blood boil. There were practically girls wearing their gym uniforms as well as a few with undergarments revealed while they held Tsukune captive. What made the situation worse was the fact that the poor boy was on his knees while practically beaten to a pulp.

(Y/N): Alright... I'm only going to ask once. Just what in the hell did you?!

The girls were caught by surprise when you were suddenly face to face with their prisoner.

Tsukune: He tricked me....

Girl: Quiet, pervert!

The girl beside him swung her wooden sword at the brown haired boy but you easily blocked it with one hand. Crushing the weapon with your hand, you brought fourth a fiery staff that you easily impaled into the ground. It shot lightning, fire, and frost as the weapon reacted to your anger. The surrounding girls slowly backed away as you rose from your kneeling position.

(Y/N): I'm pretty sure I get the idea of what happened. So, I'll cut you a deal. If I don't prove his innocence, then I go down with him.

Girl #2: You're siding with this pervert! He was totally peeping in us!!

(Y/N): Or someone manipulated him. Who knows? I'm a little pissed off from looking at him like this so it's best not to push it!

The fire from the staff reacted even further as your anger built up even further.

Girl #1: O-okay fine... What if you prove his innocence?

(Y/N): I'll let you to decide on how to make up for this guy!

They were quite frustrated from your answer but they hesitantly accepted the offer. They released the bindings from Tsukune and walked away from the scene.

Tsukune: T-thanks...

(Y/N): Don't worry about it.

A sudden blur rushed by which left you surprised as a piece of paper appeared in your hand.

Rooftop, Tonight at 9pm
I'll eliminate you there, punk!

Tsukune: Who's it from?

You crumpled the paper in your hand before casually throwing it into a nearby trash can.

(Y/N): Someone that needs an ass kicking. Just get yourself healed up and bring Moka to the rooftops tonight. We're going to need her help.

After grabbing the staff, it slowly disappeared in embers and you walked away to think about your plan.
