The young witch laughed as your hair was practically a mess from the recent events that involved someone blackmailing Kurumu and stole every single bit of data on the latest project. At least the succubus was able to defeat the person blackmailing her and even returned all of the work.

Snow: I understand how you feel (Y/N), it was quite the mess. Don't worry, it was quite easy once every single bit of data was returned.

(Y)N): I know... Least we get to finally take it easy before deadline.

Tsukune: Yeah... It was quite a hassle.

(Y/N): Alright, so we're all in agreement. Club's dismissed!

The club president grew a tick mark on his head before he looked up from his desk.

Gin: Hey! You're not the one that makes the calls around here!

Unfortunately, nobody listened as they began cleaning up the club room and put away the equipment. Once everything was finished, all of you exited the room leaving the werewolf alone with his thoughts.

The sounds of Snow drawing your attention made you look towards the hallways to find the girl waiting for you. The others have already began returning to their rooms so you took the opportunity to speak with the white haired girl.

She approached with her hands behind her back and a small blush on her face.

Snow: I-I know it wasn't you that actually saved all of us.

Snow: W-well, I might have been awake when you carried me to infirmary. So I overheard Moka and the others talk about giving you the credit...

You felt your face slowly warm up which made you realize that you were blushing.

Snow: D-don't worry! I won't say anything but I did appreciate the effort in carrying all of us to safety! So I just wanted to give you this for your troubles!

She then quickly brought fourth a small plushie in the shape of a purple haired girl.

Plushie: Nepu!

(Y/N): *in thought* This is oddly familiar...

Snow: One of these days, I'm sure you'll have your moment! A-and maybe, you'll actually save me if I'm ever in trouble!

Meanwhile, a certain person overheard your conversation and has begun to accidentally unlease ice around her position. At the same time, Snow was massively blushing from her own words before handing the plushie and quickly ran away.

Snow: I'm sorry! I was thinking out loud!!

Plushie: Nepu!

(Y/N): ... Alrighty then.

Three Days Later

Moka: Alright, the new issue from the Newspaper Club is finally here!

Everyone from the Newspaper Club were standing outside of the school handing out latest issue. You had to admit, it was kind of fun doing this activity with your friends. Although it was rather odd when you began to notice a sudden increase of girls quickly flocking to your side while the male population were surrounding the girl's side of the table.

(Y/N): Huh, kinda weird how it somewhat split like this.

Tsukune: Have you even read the front page?

(Y/N): Huh?

Local Student Saves Missing Girls

(Y/N): HEY!  I didn't give the okay to this!! How'd you guys get this published behind my back!

The human teen laughed as gave him a playful shove.

Yukari: Don't worry, (Y/N)! You can find your loved in this crowd!

(Y/N): Alright, Tsukune. What'd you tell them?!

???: Can I have one?

(Y/N): Huh? Oh, right! Here you go!

???: ... Thank you.

You felt a chilling aura as you handed another copy to a girl with messy purple hair and a lollipop in her mouth. This one stood out among the crowd since she didn't wear the standard school uniform for you so Academy. Unfortunately, you had no time to speak to her as the crowd worsened for the club and she quickly walked away.

Snow: (Y/N)?

You turned towards the white haired girl to find her slightly looking away to hide her blush.

Snow: A-after this, would you like to come with me to the cafe that recently opened?

You lightly blushed from her sudden invitation but you tried your best to keep yourself collected in front of the girl.

(Y/N): Of course!

Just as you replied to Snow, everyone felt the air grow even colder than usual.

Gin: How's it going? Are you giving out lots of copies?

(Y/N): Oh, hey Gin.

Moka: We've already passed out half of them!

The club president couldn't help but release a genuine smile from Moka's enthusiasm.

Tsukune: Speaking of which, why don't you help us out?

Gin: *laughs* Yeah right! Don'cha know boring work like is a job for the underlings!

Tsukune was quite shocked to see that even the club president didn't have any interest in helping the others. Although, you weren't surprised since the werewolf barely helped with any of the other work.

???: Move aside at once! Make way!

Multiple students from the crowd we're quickly shoved to the side by a group wearing black uniforms.

Tsukune: What's going on?

Gin: Crap... The black suits are here!

Random student: It's the Youkai Academy Guardians, The Public Safety Commission.

The one leading the group simply bowed as he approached the table. He had blonde long hair and small dark eyebrows as he also wore a black uniform.

Kuyou: Salutations...! I am Kuyou, the Manager of the Pubic Safety Commission. I'm pleased to make your acquaintance.

Moka: Public Safety Commission... So you're the ones maintaining the peace of the academy? What can we do-

The vampire was stopped when Gin moved his arm directly in front of her to keep her from speaking.

(Y/N): *in thought* Damn, it's gotta be really serious if Gin's stepping in... May as well keep my mouth shut.

Kuyou: So you're the Newspaper Club...

He grabbed one of the newspapers and began to take a quick read.

Kuyou: Well, your work is quite good... However, who gave you permission to hand out these newspaper with these contents? We don't recall having inspected this!

He quickly crumpled the paper and easily broke the table with a swift kick.

Kuyou: Do you understand that it causes problems for us?! When a gang like you selfishly does whatever it wants and disturbs the peace and order of this academy?!

The rest of his gang quickly joined as they began to toss aside the rest of the newspaper and trash your setup.

Kuyou: We will continue to severely crackdown on any unapproved activities!

(Y/N): Hey, why are-

Just as you were about to step forward, a clump of silk thread wrapped itself around your arm.

(Y/N): The hell?

???: I see the Newspaper Club is filled with lowlifes, just like always.

You turned your head to find andark purple haired girl, with a black uniform, wiping her mouth.

???: You look like a stupid little boy, The Newspaper Club hasn't changed a bit since last year!

Your form turned a little demonic as you grew angry from the woman's words, even your arm began to slowly change as you kept your eyes locked onto her.

(Y/N): Willing to bet on that?

Kuyou: You dare raise a hand against the Public Safety Commission? Well? Mr. Hero?

The tall blonde man stood over you as he kept a smirk while slowly radiating his own aura. You had to admit, he terrified you as you felt an overwhelming weight on your shoulders. So, your power quickly retreated as you looked away.

(Y/N): ... No...

Purple Haired Girl: *giggle* And as usual, nothing but cowards!

Kuyou: Keep in mind, if you ever do anything without our permission again... We're not going to let you off easy!

Just as he was about to walk away, he turned towards two individuals in your group.

Kuyou: You two! You are to come with us at once for questioning!

Snow and Lucius's eyes widened as he pointed at the both of them. They only turned their heads to each other in slight confusion.

Gin: Woah, haven't you done enough already?

Kuyou: Are you also wanting to challenge us? Might I remind you of what happened last year?

Gin's eyes widened is shock before he only stood quiet.

Gin: ... Just go...

Snow: What? You can't possibly-

Kuyou: I don't need to tell you again, move!

His face grew fierce from annoyance as he kept his glare on the two girls. Two of his subordinates simply grabbed the by the shoulders and forced them to walk.

Snow: (Y/N)!

Kuyou: QUIET!

You could only watch as they took the two girls away from the group as Snow desperately pleaded at you with her eyes. Even Lucius was quite terrifyied in her position as they eventually disappeared from sight.

Yukari: How horrible... How could they do such a thing?

(Y/N): I'm going after them!

You felt a strong hand grab your shoulder, halting you from progressing forward.

Gin: No you're not! Picking a fight with those guys is going to get you killed! All we can do is wait and hope they return safely.

(Y/N): Safe?! You mean these guys could hurt them?! Even Snow?!

Gin: I'm sorry, (Y/N). Just as long as we get rid of the rest of the copies and meet their demands, then there may be a chance that they won't hurt them... That's probably why those two were taken...

Tsukune: I don't get it. Why are we only hearing about The Public Safety Commission until now?

Gin: That's because they barely ever do anything. They've become corrupt. Today they're just a yakuza gang, making their force do the talking while they collect money and tributes. They that if we're going to hand out the paper we have to get their permission, right? That means they were truly asking us to pay them off.

The club president simply rubbed his neck as he gave a defeated sigh.

Gin: As I said.... Best way to appeal to them is to burn the rest of these copies.

Meanwhile, Moka watched as you practically stormed towards the school in order to clear your thoughts.

Kuyou: Snow Adrastea, from what I've learned, you're a pacifist. In fact, you were recently involved in an incident regarding a male student. Hmm, my you've done quite the damage.

Both girls, Lucius and Snow, were currently bound to a couple of chairs while the leader of the student police readied a few tools on a tray. As he placed the sharp objects, he read a few files containing information on the two.

Kuyou: Now what kind of pacifist would do such a thing?

The girl was shaking in her chair as the tall male kept his piercing gaze on her.

Snow: ... I-it, I didn't mean to!

Kuyou: Oh? Then why-

Snow: b-because...

Kuyou: The teachers reported that when you would arrive to class, there have been quite the bruises and cuts... Quite the relationship... Now I see why one of my former members was expelled so swiftly.

Snow: P-please! No more! I was just protecting myself!

Kuyou simply let a soft chuckle escape as he listened to the girl sob before switching his attention to Lucius. Although, the girl had a collar around her neck which prevented her from using any of her power.

Kuyou: Now, I'm going to ask you two some questions. Assist me and the both of you will walk away unharmed. However...

He picked up one of the sharp torture tools and placed his finger under the blade. A small fire began to burn rightly at the tip of his finger and allowed the blade to slowly glow red.

Kuyou: If you don't tell me what I want to know, then poor little Lucius will have to endure quite the torture.

The white and black haired girl simply struggled to break free from her bindings only for the collar to respond and quickly seal away her energy.

Lucius: Why are you-

Kuyou: Shall we begin? *Ahem* Is the Newspaper Club harboring any humans?

Both girls grew even more nervous from the sudden question since they knew of Tsukune's status as a human. Unfortunately, the girl quickly received a slow cut on her hand from the heated blade and screamed in agony.

Snow: Stop! Don't do this to her!

Lucius: Don't tell him anythi- AAARRGH!

Kuyou: Just think! You can end this right now if you simply give me the correct answer or... You can choose to challenge me!

Tears streamed across the white haired girl's face as she watched her friend.

Outside the Door

A girl with red hair and a staff by her side, winced as she heard the dreaded screams from inside of the next room. In front of Kuyou, she keeps an act of another one of the Public Safety Commission. Although, she can barely stand acting as a simple crook victimizing others for simple cash.

???: Deshiko! Your shift is over. Assist Keito in watching over the Newspaper Club.

The red haired girl nodded in reply before grabbing her bo staff and walked away from the door.

Deshiko: *in thought* I could care less if they're harboring a human, this is just wrong!

Meanwhile

(Y/N): So this is the place...

You were currently standing outside of the building that was occupied by the Public Safety Commission. You held.an envelope filled with every cent of your money before making up your mind.

(Y/N): *in thought* Hang in there, you two...

Just as you were about to enter the building, a certain red haired girl walked out and immediately spotted your presence.

Deshiko: Hey, you-

With all of your courage, you simply approached the girl and held out the envelope. She was quite surprised when you bowed as well for your plea.

(Y/N): Please... Accept this in exchange that you'd let Snow and Luci free! It's all I have so just... Let them go!

Deshiko: ... Eh? U-umm.... Please put that away! I'm not exactly who you think I am!

(Y/N): What?! I saw you with the others! Damn it! Don't make me get on my knees and beg!

Deshiko: I said...

Thwack!

You felt the bo staff whack you on the side of the head which nearly made you fall.

Deshiko: Keep your stupid money! I don't want it, nor do I want to be in this damned student police!

(Y/N): ... Ow...  You could have just said that in the beginning...

Deshiko: *sigh* Just follow me... Something like this wouldn't even save your friends. We can think of something else... Besides, the others may see us.

You simply blinked from her words, especially since it was coming from someone within a corrupt group. Although, you began to rethink since she genuinely didn't want to accept your payment.

(Y/N): O-okay...

A/N: So... I know Deshiko's name was only introduced in the anime (From what little memory I've had when it first released). I don't believe she had any character other than constantly smiling and carrying her staff sooooo, we're bring her in as a party member boys!

I just really liked her design when I saw her in the mange/anime sooo I decided to bring her into the group of friends.

Im also trying to use certain picture from the anime whenever a character is introduced to bring in a better view of them since it's fully colored. Eventually, it'll end up being from the manga caauuuuse the anime barely covered anything else.
