A/N- Just wanted to post the random picture of Far Harbor because I love Fallout!(Crazy thing I never played the game XD) And a ton of this is based off of Fallout, and a few different things. Anyways, I've been so excited to write this book I'm gonna update it again!

I ran outside to see her surrounded by a pack of Spugs. Oh no. I hastily prepare my bow and arrows and shoot one. It yelps and turns around, its glitched fur spiking in different directions. Ignancy closed her eyes and pulsed out a sword.

"Wait! " I screamed. Running,I shot more arrows  into the beasts. They screech and tten pairs of glowing green eyes chase after me. All I can hear is Ignancy shaking. She's crying.

Wielding my sword, I slice into a Spug. It falls down, and wimpers. Quickly I finish off the others. As much as I want to help them, Slugs can regenerate skin cells a little quicker than humans. So I leave them there. They won't die. Just be in pain for a while.

Walking over to Ignancy, I ask"Are you okay?" She looks at me through tears and says

"Yeah. I'm fine."

I look back at my house to see it on flames. WAIT WHAT!

"Uh! What the heck!" I scream. Looking for a cause, I rush up to the site. The roof falls in and sparks fly. I take a step back. While I do this, I noticed a bunch of people running away. Raiders. Man I should've saw this coming. Turning to Ignancy, I ask her a simple question.

"Were you working with them?"

"What? Who!" She immediately says.

"Oh you know. Those raiders. " I point to the hooligans.

"No. " she answered.

I nod suspiciously and watch as my house, my everything, burns to the ground. Ignancy also watches. What seems like Hours and Days goes by as I watch the death of my little hut.

"I'm sorry." I break the silence.

"For what?" She asks, sitting down by me.

"Well, I should've been more generous and let you stay. Instead I was kinda harsh and stuff. " I rub my neck awkwardly.

A crackle of fire comes from my hut.

"Its fine. I was a little rude to." She looked to her right, away from me. I can tell she's being legit.

"Well its fine. At least you don't have to stay in that classy five star hotel." I hatefully joke. She looks away. Moments of silence pass. A tear falls from my left eye. Sighing, I look down.

"Ignancy. Why did you come to Square?" My muffled voice speaks.

"Well I was going to loot for supplies. I just wanted some food to keep me going through the night. I haven't had a single meal in three days. Your cake,though, helped me. Sorry I kinda stole it in the first place. " she answered.

I instantly felt a lump in my throat.

"Here." I hand her a granola bar."Its all I have. But you need it more than me."

She swivels her red hair away from her face and her orange eyes go huge. Thanking me, she swallows the whole thing.

"Ignancy. Your a pig." I laugh.

"Hey! I'm not a pig!" She glares.

"Yes you are."

"No I'm not"

"Oink Oink"

"Moooooo"

"Cakaw Cakaw"

"SSSSSSSSS"

For an awkward moment, we keep making animal sounds until I accidentally.......fart.

"What. Do you call that the human?" She laughs.

"No. That would be rhetorical. Its called a gaseous emission." I slyly smile.

"OK. Gross!" She gets up. I also stand up. Looking at the  of my house, I sigh.

"2 years. 2 years I stayed in that house. And now its gone." I stare at the ground.

She walks over and pats me on the shoulders.

"Well Shelties. Your now in my shoes. " She looks around. "Its getting dark. We should probably head over to Oakton. I hear that there's a refuge camp inside called Fort Cobbleville. Maybe we can stay there? I mean its only a walk down the road north " She pointed to a distant city type thingy.

A moment and pause ensues.

And finally I decide.

"Okay . Let's go."

Sorry this one was shorter. But don't worry! I think I'm gonna try daily updates but its hard to keep this story updated and The Crafting Dead. I'll try to balance it out somehow. Anyways, I am so excited! I figured out who your characters are going to be
