The next morning Sonakshi woke up. Her cheeks were red and her eyes had a different sparkle. Today was her engagement and she saw the clock . Still two more hours before I get engaged to my prince charming. She was just about to stand up when
"Sona!!! Di " came running a cute toddler saanjh.
"Are Mera baccha kaisi ho"

"You did not tell me that you found dev bhaiya as my fufa "

Ishwari was busy scolding the servents and dev was in his room lost in his dreams of a girl got distracted by ishwari's scolding

"Are why are you doing ..... Are you tortoises . Ek ghante mein sagaai Hain and abhi Tak flowers hi nahi lage "

"Accha theek Hain theek Hain jaldi lagao...bohot kaam Hain "
"Dev jaa tu bhi jaake taiyar ho jaa I will handle this "
"Whoof whoof "
Dev looked down and saw that furball had curled herself on his foot and was in no mood to let him get ready . He somehow got her of his foot and went into his room. He took a warm shower and applied all those face packs . After a good half an hour shower he came out in his towel and was wearing his sherwani. He looked in the mirror and said
"Perfect"

Soon the guests arrived . Devs eyes were constantly roaming around when finally they settled somewhere. There she was all dressed up in blue. Her eyes too roamed around and settled upon the man in orange. She was lead onto the stage where he awaits . On her approach he stood up  and gave her a hand . Soon everyone was seated and and sourabh took the mic
"Who is up for a little bit of dance ... So hear comes the elders of the family who shall perform first"
On the stage came ishwari aasha and bijoy but they were not alone a furry creature too came up without their knowledge . The song began and everything was going smoothly . Furball did not cause any trouble till now. After their performance came up the children who danced on udi udi jaaye from raees. During their performance the dog did not cause any hinderence .
The next dance was of our beloved couple suman and sourabh who did a perfect couple dance on the song Tere sang yaara.
Soon came the chance of our favourite and hottest couple devakshi who were busy dancing on the song dekha hazaro daffa aap ko ....and this was the time where the fun begins .

The two love birds were lost in each other's eyes and were swaying to the music . Soon their dance came to an end . Dev was thinking that how come furball did not cause any trouble as she was his greatest enemy and never allowed anything between him and sonakshi to go smoothly. Their first kiss was also spoiled by her and she also gave the biggest shock of their lives as she was a female and dev had kissed a female dog. He chucked these memories away and silently prayed that she would cause not trouble in their engagement and other functions . But I guess God took the prayers wrongly . It was soon time for dinner. Everyone had settled down .
Dev and Sona were alone and were sitting opposite to each other .
Dev felt a leg go up his leg and thinking that it was sonakshi's he glanced towards her who was busy helping herself and also filling his plate with his favourite. Sonakshi looked up and through her eyebrows questioned him and he just smiled coyly. He then again felt a leg go up his leg and he again glanced up at sonakshi who was just making the cutest face while she had her first bite of pasta. Now dev too thought of doing the same with her and so he too ran his foot up her leg when
"Are yeh iska pair itna thanks kyon Hain and why is it wet."
He then just took a glance below the table and
"Aah"
All the guest turned their heads towards him
"Dev beta Kya hua . Chilaye kyon"
"Maa nothing just that the coffee spilled on my hand and it was hot so..."
"Accha theek Hain theek Hain"
Everyone resumed eating
"Dev tumne coffee toh liya hi nahi then how did it spill"
"Sona it was not coffee ....it was furball who caused me to scream "huh"
Dev explained everything and sonakshi started laughing softly
"Has mat "
"Dev tumhara kuch nahi ho sakta"

Soon it was time for exchanging the rings. Sonakshi held his hand and slid the rings through his finger and everyone started to clap. Soon it was dev turn he too did the same while everyone started to clap.

The photographer was busy taking pics of the guest and then their eyes laid upon dev and Sona . They scurried up towards them and asked for a photo
The two of them stood beside each other and just as the camera flashed furball jumped infront of his face and
"Noooo"
Dev woke up with a jerk and realised all this was a dream.

"Dev tu abhi Tak taiyar nahi hua.....sagai nahi karna tujhe sonakshi se"
"Karni Hain"
Saying so he got up and went straight for a bath . He got ready and came downstairs and just like his dream his eyes were searching for Sona. Finally he saw her , surrounded by the media their the stood ,looking as beautiful as a fairy was his Sona . He took quick steps towards her and and snaked an arm around her . The press took a few photographs and dev then lead her towards the stage and both of them sat down on the sofas. Everyone was giving their performance and so did they. The difference was that no dog came in between them. Soon they exchanged their rings and settled down for dinner. The whole family was seated and so was furball . He took a place just next to sonakshi's chair .
"Sonakshi " he whispered
"Hmm"
"Did​ I tell you that you are looking extremely beautiful."
Sonakshi just blushed
"Sona di aisa Kya bol Diya bhaiya ne Jo aap Sharma gayi"
This made Sona and dev blush.
Soon their engagement came to an end and now was the toughest thing for devakshi as they can not meet before their wedding
