Artemis Moon crawled over a small group of rocks overlooking a small RAT compound defended by a few turreted transports and about several dozen infantrymen, looking through the scope of her unique sniper-rifle "The Remover", a large rifle heavily modified to fire 75caliber Rounds and paired with a magical gem inside the gun itself which turned the rounds it fired into half-magical-half conventional anti-tank rounds.

As she peered through the scope she spied an open vent on the rough of the outpost-building and noted that to be her entry point.

Most people would note this attack to be suicide attack on her own-but Artemis was what was referred to as a "Neko", she had large cat-like ears on her head that gave her hearing far superior then any regular human, and she had other natural gadgets such as night vision and great sense of smell, she also had a large bushy tail, if she needed she could use some minor magic and hide her ears and tail, she could even use magic to turn herself invisible for a period of them.

Her sniper wasn't silent when firing by a-pardon the pun-but by a long shot, so she used it to scout the outpost as she made her move. Using her agility which was far higher then any mortal human she quickly and quietly leapt down from the rocks and landed softly and rolled forward once before landing in a knelt down position as she noted a pair of RAT guards in front of her.

Placing her rifle gently on the ground beside her she flicked her fingers and extended her other primary weapon-a pair of curved wrist-mounted claws that were enchanted to be magical weapons themselves, as they flicked forward and she waited for a truck to pass before she reached out and stabbed her claws into the upper spinal cords of the two former RAT guards, quickly ending their lives as she dragged both of them back into the shadow and out of the public eyes.

Picking up her rifle she blinked as she turned invisible and dashed across the front yard to the outpost before racing past the frontal-most guards, causing them to suddenly shoot their heads up as the air moved around them, for a moment they watched then shrugged and went back to their guard duties.

Smirking to herself Artemis strapped her rifle to her back again as she turned around and gently grasped a few small handles and leaped up the curved side of the building, rapidly scaling the walls in a few seconds, as she reached the roof she turned invisible again as she crept over to the open vent system.

Peering down she saw that it was empty, and she sensed no-soldiers within the facility so she leapt down and landed with a light "thud" as she fixed her skirt before turning to the power cell.

It was moderately sized and somewhat looked like a massive triple A battery as she glanced around and gently clasped the carrying handle on the top of the power cell.

Her strength wasn't supernaturally high, but it was still greater than that of most humans, it felt around 40-50 pounds so it wasn't overly heavy to her.

Glancing to her left she found an exit door that seemed to branch out onto a small lot holding a couple of small transport vehicles that should give her the capability to reach the underground hideout quickly, the only problem was she'd need support or a distraction to get out of here in one piece..unless....

She picked up the power cell and placed it beside her and as she figured alarms began to blare within the facility and she whipped around and drew her sniper rifle as the first few guards from before came rushing into the room-they met a sudden end as a large sniper-rifle round blew through both of them and shredded their bodies in half by the force alone.

Shouldering her rifle she turned and picked up the power cell and dashed out the small exit side-door.

She quickly found a vehicle resembling that of a Humvee and quickly opened the door-strange how it was unlocked during this point in time but she didn't stop to think as she placed the powercell in the seat beside her she reached down and tried to find any keys-she couldn't find any after a few moments so she sighed and set to hotwiring the vehicle.

"Artemis come in what's your status?" asked Jackal.

"I got the cell and in the midst of acquiring enemy transport, be advised-I'll probably have a hot exfil, they know I got the cell and they ain't happy about it!" she said as sparks began to appear out of the wires.

A few seconds later the vehicle began to rumble it's engine as she gave a small smile.

"I'm mobile-try to have some guys to help keep RAT off of me at the drop zone!" said Artemis as she shifted the gear and hit the gas just as the first few guards began to open fire on the vehicle, pinging off a few rounds here and there.

The vehicle rolled forward at first somewhat slowly, but quickly sped up and Artemis rammed the first few guards out of the way as she turned onto a street and quickly hit the gas, the tires screeching slightly as she sped down the road.
"I'm mobile-I should be at the DZ in about five minutes!, How did Specter and Shadow's part go?" asked the neko as she knocked aside a pile of garbage and turned a left corner.

"Specter is on his way back as we speak and should be at the point in roughly two-three minutes, Shadow was the first one back apparently he just teleported in grabbed it-and teleported out" said Jackal.

"Sounds like him for sure-ack!" said Artemis as bullets began to ping off of the vehicle chassis.

"You okay-?" asked Jackal.

"I'm fine I just got some RAT's on my tail now" said Artemis as she banked to the left and side-checked another truck into a parked car causing it to flip over after a few moments.

"Artemis you got an enemy Helo bearing down on you!" said Jackal.

Sure enough a small RAT attack helicopter had appeared with a pair of machine guns and rocket pods mounted on its small wings bearing a resemblance to that of a Euro copter Tiger gunship with a few alterations.

"Well-this ain't good." she huffed as she narrowly avoided a stream of machine gun fire from its machine guns.

"I'm one minute out now!" said Artemis as the second truck pursuing her rammed into the side of her own vehicle as she tilted the steering wheel to push back against her aggressor.

The Helicopter suddenly fired a pair of rockets and sent up explosions on both sides of her-ironically taking out the truck that was just attacking her.

"Well-it ain't all bad news-" she commented as the helicopter pulled back on it's stick to aim it's machine guns at her again.

Suddenly she noted a new sound of twin propellers making themselves known to her as a new aircraft swooped in from the side, this helicopter was largely a darker green with an open bay for passengers and two large engines like that of an Osprey VTOL that tilted as the aircraft pulled behind the RAT gunship and seemed to track it before a automatic cannon mounted on the chin of the aircrafts cockpit opened fire.

Firing in what seemed to be synchronized bursts the cannon fire quickly ripped into the gunship and shot off it's tail and the gunship rolled forward and smashed into the streets below.

"Thought you could use some cover," said Alisa from her Falcon Helicopter.

"Better late than never" said Artemis as she turned a corner and breathed a sigh of relief as she hit the brakes as she reached the destination point.

Alisa flew off to land elsewhere as Artemis grabbed the power cell and rushed to the tunnel leading down underground into the underground facility.

"Good work you three, now we just gotta get these installed.

An hour went by and the group finally got the power cells installed as interface wiped her forehead of sweat, she had done most of the internal tech work.


"Phew..thank god, now time to get this to..." Interface began as her voice suddenly trailed off.

"What is it now?" asked Grey, folding his arms together.


"I sense a large number of mortals heading in our direction" said Ghast suddenly as his hooded head peeked up.

"Adding onto that-we got a large RAT force heading straight to our location-it seems they finally found us" said Interface.

"Shit..alright, take your positions, we need to buy some time." replied Jackal.

"time for what?" asked Ivan

"I need to make a call"
