Backstory:(after the black goku arc zamasu survived Zeno destroying the universe, he traveled to another universe just on time, but he traveled to the timeline where gohan first turned ultimate gohan, he stole his body right then and there and instant transmissions to king kais place, he made sure king kai told no one about his presence yet and he trained there for until he got more powerful then black goku and became black gohan. )

Extra: (black gohan had a slight change in heart, he hasn't destroyed planets and cities and instead he only killed whoever tried destroying planet earth or harming it, but he still has some evil in his heart.)
