Piece of work

Unsurprisingly, the two woke up the next morning long before the alarm clock rang.

Felix had become very used to waking up in Jisung's arms in the morning. It felt like he arrived exactly where he belonged.

But he was pretty sure that Jisung felt safe and secure with him, but had no interest in a romantic relationship.

Sighing, he opened his eyes and thought about getting up for a moment, but he felt Jisung's warm breath in his neck and he loved this feeling. It send shivers all over his body.

Jisung's arm lay over his hip and held him tight. Smiling, Felix closed his eyes again and decided to wait until Jisung was awake.

A few moments later, far too early in Felix opinion, he felt Jisung slowly wake up and stretched.

Jisung gently stroked Felix's arm with his fingers and then carefully buried his hand in the blond hair.

He loved waking up next to Felix. He would give a lot to ensure that this state of affairs would last forever.

Somewhat frightened by his own thoughts, Jisung pulled his hand away. He really liked Felix, but so far he hadn't had any romantic feelings towards him.

Something seemed to have changed and he couldn't really explain how this had happened.

Moaning, he buried his face in the pillow. It was just missing that he fell in love with Felix. The blonde liked him, after all he was allowed to sleep in his bed and Felix let him cuddle with him, but Jisung had also seen how Felix and Chan treat each other.

The two seemed to be very close and also touched more often. If Jisung was not mistaken, Chan had even cuddled up to Felix when they had watched the film.

Maybe physical contact was simply part of Felix's friendship.

"Good morning Ji. Are you all right?" Felix asked gently as he stroked his back.

Jisung raised his head embarrassed and looked at Felix.

"I... um.. Yes, everything is fine. I only dreamed of strange things."

"Oh, from your father again?" Felix asked anxiously.

Jisung just shook his head. He didn't want to come up with a story about his excuse, so he steered the topic to the next obvious one.

"Do we want to get up now? I mean we still have time, but then we could have breakfast and go together with Haneul."

Felix stretched out, yawned and finally sat up.

"All right. Do you mind if I take a shower first? Then I'll make breakfast while you're in the shower."

"It's alright. Then I can rummage through your wardrobe for so long," Jisung replied laughing and stood up.

Felix also got up, fished fresh clothes out of the closet and ran into the bathroom before he could succumb to the temptation to stare at Jisung, who once again stood in front of his wardrobe without a T-shirt.

After Felix had finished showering and dressed, he went down to the kitchen and first set up the coffee machine - he knew Jisung liked to drink coffee in the morning - and then took eggs from the fridge to make scrambled eggs.

Together with some bacon, this would be a simple but quick to prepare breakfast. And since they still had to go out with Haneul before they could leave, there was no time for something elaborate.

Jisung came into the kitchen just when Felix turned off the stove.

"I love it when you cook," he said with a smile and stood behind Felix.

Felix leaned against him with a grin. "So that's how you get into your heart. Good to know."

Jisung immediately turned red, but still held the blonde so that he did not fall over. "Ugh... yes. Let's eat."

After the two had breakfast and shot their morning round with Haneul, they went to work together.

Arriving at Chan's music studio, Felix parked and got off together with Jisung. He knew that Chan often stayed all the nights here. He had not really made the breakthrough yet, which frustrated him quite a bit. Felix secretly hoped very much that Jisung and Chan would work well together and that they could both benefit from it.

Smiling, he took Jisung's hand, who rocked nervously back and forth while waiting for the elevator.

"You can do it Ji! I believe in you!"

Jisung tried to smile back, but he didn't really succeed.

"I don't know Lix... I haven't done that for so long..."

"If Chan didn't believe in you, he wouldn't have invited you here. And now come."

Together they entered the elevator.

Arrived at Chan's studio, Felix knocked on the door and entered without waiting for an answer.

Shaking his head, he stopped in the door.

Chan sat sunken at his desk. His head lay on his arms, his eyes closed.

He quietly closed the door again.

"Come on, we'll go to the canteen and get breakfast for you. As I know him, he was here all night and will certainly not have eaten anything since dinner..."

Jisung looked at him with big eyes and then followed him to the elevator.

"Does he stay here overnight more often?"

"Much too often when you ask me."

Silently, they went to the canteen and bought breakfast.

Back up in Chan's studio, Felix put the tray on the desk and then went to Chan to wake him up.

"Channie..." he gently stroked the elder's arm. But he didn't move.

Jisung looked at him doubtfully.

"Bang Chan, wake up!" Felix shook him gently, but still noticeably.

"Lix... let me sleep..." Chan murmured tiredly, Felix didn't let him soften this time.

"Jisung is here and we brought you breakfast!"

"Breakfast?" Chan rubbed his eyes tired, but he sat up.

"Yes, breakfast." Smiling, Felix pushed the tablet in front of him and brushed his hair out of his face. Then he knelt next to him and looked at Chan directly.

"I have to go now Channie. My boss is already angry. The last few days have not exactly gone according to plan. I'll leave Ji with you. Get in touch if anything should happen. Otherwise I'll pick him up again after work."

Chan nodded tired and put his hand on Felix cheek for a moment.

"I'll take care of him. Don't worry, little one."

"Thank you Channie."

He got up and walked over to Jisung, who had undecidedly stopped in the door frame.

"I have to go. If you get along well, I would pick you up when I get off work. If anything should happen, get in touch with me. See you later, Ji."

He pulled the black-haired into his arm and pressed him firmly against him for a moment.

"Thank you Lix. For everything..." he murmured and leaned his head against Felix's shoulder.

Felix gently detached himself from him, pressed his hand and then ran to the elevator. It was difficult for him to leave Jisung alone. Even though he knew that Chan would take good care of him. But he would have liked to have taken him to his work.

Felix got out of his car sighing and went over to the studio. Today would be a damn busy day.

He fervently hoped that Jisung and Chan understood each other and got along well.

He would probably have to stay at work longer than usual to make up for the work of the past few days.

With another sigh, he sat down at his desk and started working.

~~~~~~~~
Jisung looked after Felix undecidedly for a moment, but then finally went back to Chan's studio and closed the door behind him.
"Hey Chan," he said quietly and let himself sink into a chair next to the older blonde.
"If you want, you can also continue to sleep. I don't mind.
Chan rubbed his eyes resolutely and looked at him. "It's out of the question. Felix wouldn't find that funny at all. Besides, you are here so that we can both make music together."
He sat upright and inspected the tray Felix had put in front of him. He took a bowl of fruit and then nodded to Jisung. "Take something, it's going to be a long day."
Smiling, Jisung took a bowl of yogurt and fruit and started eating.
Meanwhile, he had Chan explain the studio to him and couldn't get out of amazement.
Then Chan led him around the building, showed him the various rehearsal rooms, the gym and the green area.
When they arrived at the studio again, a black-haired young man sat there and looked at them upset.
"Chan, didn't you want to work?! You know that we only have a few days left until the next evaluation and you play Tour Guide here."
Chan raised his hands apologetically, but still looked a little angry.
"I've been here all night! And I only had breakfast for a short time and showed Jisung the building. No reason to freak out right away."
He dropped on a chair next to the black-haired and meant Jisung to sit next to him.
"Jisung, may I introduce, Changbin. Bin, this is Jisung. Felix friend."
Jisung said to see from the corner of his eye that Changbin rolled his eyes, but was not quite sure.
"Felix, was clear..." he said to hear him murmuring, but since Chan simply ignored the sentence, he decided to do the same.
"Can we start working now?" Chan asked slightly annoyed and turned on the computer.
"Right... let's start," Changbin murmured.
Jisung watched the two for a moment, but then turned to what alluded on the computer.
And despite all his fears, he joined the team incredibly quickly and easily and they really managed to work on the already existing tracks.
The longer they sat together and the more he could contribute really helpful things, the more Changbin thawed and actually talked to him while giving Chan only short, concise answers.
And although Jisung certainly noticed the tension between the two elders, he could not change anything about it. He knew the two too little for that and didn't know why they behaved like that.
He wanted to later addressed it before Chan when they were alone again.
Chan Jisung toasted around noon. "Do we want to go to lunch together?"
"Sure, gladly," he turned around "Are you coming with us Changbin?"
"No, go without me, I'd rather work a little further."
Shrugging shoulders, Chan got up and pulled Jisung behind him. Once in the canteen, they chose something to eat and then sat down at a small table where you at least had some privacy.
"Chan, it's none of my business, but since we're working together now and I really hope it stays that way, what's wrong with you and Changbin? I don't know how you otherwise behave, but I saw you with Lix. And with him you are not so cold and short-bound."
Chan frowned and first wanted to dismiss the question with an innocuous answer, but then everything poured out of him.
"To be honest, I can't tell you why it is that way between us. Until a few weeks ago, everything was fine. But suddenly he is so dismissive to me and somehow mean and condescending. Which in turn leads me to behave accordingly. In addition, he constantly badmouth about Felix. Although he knows exactly what Felix means to me, he just can't stop stinging against him."
Sighing, Chan lowered his head. He had clenched his hands into fists and looked really desperate.
With a slightly tilted head, Jisung looked at him and didn't really know what to say. The situation seemed really tricky. But he decided to talk to Changbin at a quiet moment, if he allowed it.
He put his hand on Chans and waited until he had reopened his fist.
After eating, they finally stood together in the elevator again and Chan looked at Jisung a little more touched.
"Thank you for listening Jisung! It was good to get rid of it. I can't tell Felix about it. He and Changbin are actually friends and I think it would hurt him very much if he knew how the idiot behaves here..."
"Don't worry, I won't tell Felix anything. If we really want to work together, then we should be able to trust each other... so if you need someone to listen again, let me know."
A moment Chan thought about whether he should hug Jisung, then followed his impulse and was rewarded with a happy smile.
"This also applies to you if you ever need someone to talk to."
Back in Chan's studio, they continued to work together with a grim Changbin and suddenly they were so in the flow that they didn't even notice how time was entangled. They startled when it knocked hard on the studio door.
~~~~~~~~~

Felix rubbed his temples tired. Actually, he had slept enough during the night, but the paperwork just tired him. He also had a headache and wanted to get home. Well, home to cuddle with Jisung.

After spending so much time with the black-haired the last days, he now missed him all the more.

He carefully peered over to his boss, who had come by to support him with the paperwork, but Felix actually only had the feeling that he was here watching him.

Sighing, he clicked through countless pre-registrations and tried to arrange them according to the corresponding courses.

When he had just decided to tell his boss that he didn't plan to squat here until midnight, he heard him push his chair back.

With an innocence, he raised his head and looked at him questioningly.

"Let it be for today Felix. Tomorrow is another day. And on Friday around 10 am the other three coaches will come so you will get to know each other."

Felix jumped up, bowed to his boss and took him to the door.

After putting the used dishes in the dishwasher and turning off the lights, he locked the door and ran to his car.

It was already quite late and he just wanted to go home and spend the evening with a certain black haired person.

A little later he parked in front of the building where Chan's studio was. With a grin, he ran to the elevator. He had been here so many times and had picked up Chan or spent time with him here. But picking up Jisung here was a completely different feeling.

Once at the top, he ran the short way to Chan's studio and then knocked exuberantly on the door before opening it seconds later.

Three bewildered faces looked at him.

"Felix?" asked Chan confusedly, who was the first to get composed again.

"What's up guys." Felix let himself fall on the dark leather sofa with a grin. "I wanted to pick you up Ji. Would you like to come home with me?"

Smiling, he wrapped his arms around Jisungs, who slowly realized what time it was and dropped next to Felix.

"Oh yes, going home sounds good."

Felix notices how Changbin squinted over to them, but he first left it alone. The rapper had been quite reserved the last times Felix had been in the studio, but Felix had not yet found an opportunity to talk to him about it.

To his surprise, he now turned to them with a smile. "Well, then go home, you two. Jisung really deserves the break. See you tomorrow?"

Jisung nodded happily, got up, first took Chan and then Changbin briefly in his arms.

"Thank you! It was really fun! See you tomorrow."

Felix also got up and hugged Chan. The older blonde kissed him on the cheek and pressed him against himself. "I think your Jisung is the best thing that could happen to all of us," he whispered to him with a grin and then let him go.

"He's not my Jisung!" Felix whispered back.

Then he went over to Changbin. And although the elder looked at him with a frown, he took him in his arms.

"That gives wrinkles Binnie," Felix teased him laughing and then disappeared from the studio with Jisung.

Once home, they decided to first go for the evening round with Haneul and then make themselves comfortable on the sofa.

The evening was cool and the sky was clear. And although the two were tired, they enjoyed the walk in the quiet forest very much. They ran hand in hand next to each other while Haneul jumped around them.

Finally arrived on the sofa, they ate the food they had bought on the way home and watched some series. But neither of them really looked.

Jisung told about his day in the studio and Felix about what a slave driver his boss was. Laughing, they cuddled closer to each other.

"Come Ji, let's go to bed. Tomorrow will certainly be another busy day."

Yawning, Jisung sat up and pulled Felix with him. "Well then come."

Haneul ran up in front of the two and lay down in her basket while Felix and Jisung went into the bathroom.

Felix stood behind Jisung while brushing his teeth and did not realize that he could see Felix staring at him.

Only when Jisung took a step back and pushed him did he startled.

"Hmm?" Jisung looked at him through the mirror asking.

Felix took a step towards him and put his free arm around him. After they had finished brushing their teeth, Jisung turned around and pulled Felix into his arm.

"Thank you for persuaded me to go to Chan! The day was great!"

Smiling, Felix buried his hand in Jisung's hair and pressed him against him. He really would have liked to kissed him now. But Jisung had looked so shocked when Felix kissed him to wake him up. And Felix don't wanted to jeopardize what was between them because of a kiss.

Although the memory of the kiss was still very present and it had felt incredibly good to kiss him, Felix did not dare to give in to the need.

Finally, he broke away from Jisung and after they had both washed themselves, they went to bed.

Felix first lay in bed and waited for the Jisung to come to him, while he knelt basket in front of Haneul and stroked the dog.

"Jii, come on," Felix murmurs.

Laughing, the black-haired man lay down in bed with him and cuddled up to Felix.

"Here i am, you impatient. Sleep well, Lix!"

"Sleep well Ji," Felix muttered tiredly.
