Nightmare and shopping

"Aaaah please help me.....!!!"

Felix sat in bed straight and tried to get to know what had just happened. It was still dark outside, he couldn't have slept long.

Tired, he rubbed his eyes and got up. He could hear whimper from downstairs. Felix went down and into the living room with worries.

The small lamp on the sideboard just provided so much light that Felix could see enough.

Jisung was still lying on his sofa, but he seemed to have a nightmare.

Felix carefully sat next to him and gently caressing his arms to wake him up.

Trembling, Jisung open his eyes and tried to shrink back.

"Sssschh, it's all good, it's me, Felix," he gently put his hand on Jisung's arm again.

Tears ran down his cheeks.

"I'm so sorry. I didn't want to wake you up... it's just... I...", he shook his head and the pressed Felix hand agains his chest.

"Could you maybe stay with me?", Jisung asked without looking at Felix.

"I have another idea. Would you like to come upstairs with me...?"

Felix looked at him. As he finally saw the hesitant nod, he clamped the blanket and pillow under his arm and reached out for Jisung to support him.

When they arrived at the bedroom, Felix put down the bedding properly and then helped Jisung.

Just when he lay down himself and turned off the light, he felt Haneul jump on the bed and lay down to their feet.

"Sleep well Jisung!" he said with a tired smile.

"Sleep well Felix."

The next time Felix opened his eyes, it was already bright and the sun was high in the sky. He wanted to turn around yawning, but it didn't work. Cuddled closely to him, Jisung lay behind him, his arm loosely over Felix's hip.

Shaking his head, Felix closed his eyes again. He didn't want to wake up the other, nor think about why it felt good to lie in his arm.

A few moments later, Felix felt Jisung begin to move and quickly pulled his arm away.

Felix turned around with a slight grin.

"Good morning."

Jisung had buried his face in his hands. "Good morning," he mumbled, embarrassed by the fact that he had cuddled up with Felix.

"It's all right, Ji! I don't mind cuddling," Felix said with a smile and pulled his hands off his face.

He had a red head and chewed embarrassed on his lower lip.

"I'm sorry. I don't know how that happened either. I didn't want to bother you."

"As I said, it doesn't bother me. I would like to offer you something for breakfast, but I'm afraid we have to go shopping first. Do you want to come along?"

"If we don't have to walk far for that, then yes. My foot feels better, but I think I should leave long hikes for now."

Felix sat down laughing. He had the feeling that Jisung came out of himself a little more and that made him very happy.

"Don't worry, we're going by car. Feel free to help yourself with my wardrobe, I'll take a quick shower. And if something should happen, call me."

After a short look, he grabbed black skinny jeans and a white T-shirt and disappeared in the bathroom.

Jisung sat dressed on the bed when Felix came out of the bathroom. He had also chosen black trousers, but took a blue, white, red striped sweater, which Felix hadn't even known he still owned.

'Sweet' was the first thing Felix thought.

"Great, you're already done, let's go then," was what he said.

A short time later, they were sitting in the car. Felix had turned on the music of his best friend and hummed quietly.
He felt Jisung's gaze resting on him from time to time, but for the moment he concentrated on the street.

It was not far to the supermarket. After Felix parked, he got a shopping cart so that Jisung could lean on it.

"If you see something you want, pack it up," said the blonde, starting to roam around the store

Unlike usual, a lot of fruit and vegetables have now ended up in the shopping cart. Felix rarely took time for himself to cook something elaborate. Most of the time he lived on ramen, cereals and yogurt.

Even if he was well aware that it was not the healthiest way to eat.

When he was finally finished, he discovered Jisung in front of a shelf with baking ingredients.

"Would you like to take something?"

After a short hesitation, he turned to Felix. "Do you know how to bake? Cake, for example?"

"Sure, my mum taught me when I was little. What kind of cake would you like to bake?"

Jisung's eyes began to shine.

"Can you also bake cheesecake?"

"Of course. But then we still need cream cheese and cream. Come with me, the refrigerated shelf is on the way to the checkout."

After cream and cream cheese had also landed in the shopping cart, they went to the checkout. Jisung got big eyes when he heard the sum, but Felix paid without hesitation.

His boss knew what he had in him and paid him accordingly.

Back at the car, Felix stowed the shopping in the trunk while he asked the black-haired boy to sit in the car and rest his foot.

After taking the shopping cart away, he sat down in the car and looked at him attentively.

"Do you think we can still buy dog food? Or will that be too much for you?"

"I think I can barely do that"

A short time later, Felix parked in the parking lot of the pet shop.

Haneul always got the same food, which was why Felix didn't take long to load it to the shopping cart.

Jisung ran next to him with big eyes.

He couldn't remember ever being in a pet shop.

He stopped in front of a shelf with toys and stuffed animals.

"May I choose something for Haneul?"

"Of course," Felix couldn't help but watch him try to find the right toy.

Finally, he opted for a squeaky, light blue dragon and pink chewing bones. In addition, several packs of treats ended up in the shopping cart.

"Well, you seem to have plans," grinning, he left it to Jisung to push the shopping cart to the checkout and followed him.

Here, too, Jisung got big eyes when Felix paid. He didn't thought that dog food and some toys would be so expensive.

"Is it really okay that I chose something for her?" he asked doubtfully.

"If I say it, I mean it that way. Don't worry!"

Again, Felix invited the shopping into the car, while Jisung was already sat down.

On the way back to Felix's house, Jisung was very quiet and seemed to have sunk into thought. Felix left it for the moment, but decided to talk to him about it at home.
