Anika slowly unwrapped his hands from her shoulder with a constant fake smile in her face. She felt very disgusting when he touched, Her inner organs throbbed in disapproval. But there was a constant smile in her face. 

"Oops, I forgot... Dad called you for some ritual in the garden..." - Anika said and he left the place. She didn't bother to introduce him to Khushi. She moved towards the car where shivaay was waiting along with Gauri and om. 

Seeing her coming towards him wearing her traditional costume, Shivaay, Om and Gauri emerged out from the car. She exhaled looking at him after four long years. She felt her existence when she felt his presence, That too, Close to her. But she couldn't cherish the moment. 

"Hi" - Gauri greeted her while forwarding her hand for shake hand. But Gauri had some inner motive in it. She wanted to check what exactly going inside her mind. But Anika ignored her. 

"Come with me" - Anika said to shivaay and walked towards the terrace. She was walking fastly and Shivaay followed her. She didn't even turn back at him once before getting into the terrace. 

"I still didn't get it... How can you even come before me after trashing my heart before four years?" - Anika busted off while turning towards him. Their eyes met, But Anika didn't melt in his gaze this time. 

"I know it's an unforgivable sin... But you can't punish yourself for this..." - He said after many failed attempt. But for a minute, Anika was surprised, How he can correctly guess that, whatever she was doing causing more pain. But she wasn't ready to accept it before him. 

"What? Are you out of your mind? I am punishing myself... I think you need a doctor..." - She said in a cold tone with a blank expression. 

"You might have guessed it, I don't need any doctor, But I need you, And you need me, Why can't you accept it?" - He said while coming close to her. Her feet rooted, Her lips sealed, She couldn't able to say anything. Her eyes automatically stared at the ground when she felt his breath. He gently cupped her face and made her look into his eyes. 

"I know, I accept it, But look at yourself, You're not happy, That too, Definitely not with him... From the start, I always wanted you to be happy, Peace and Alive..." - He started, Anika clutched her fist tightly and jerked off his hands from her cheeks and moved away from him. 

"Stop, Shivaay... Just Stop... It's not working... These poetic lines..." - Words slipped from her mouth along with the tears. She scratched her head frustrated. 

"Ani... Listen to me... Once" - He said and tried to go close to him but she went backwards. 

"It's over, Shivaay... Don't know in which courage, You came here. But it's over. Officially, I guess" - she said while raising her ring finger in her hand. Shivaay tried to say something but she cut off the conversation. 

"I think, You got the answer... You should leave, shivaay..." - She said and made her way out. But Before she could leave, He pinned her in the wall and confronted her. She was shocked for a while. 

"Can't you listen to me once before taking decision for both of us?" - He asked her in a little high tone. 

"Both of us! Where this equality went when you decided for both of us about ending this relationship? Where you went when you called off the wedding and disappeared from the city? After doing this much, How could you even take me and you as us? You have no idea, What i have gone through in these four years? Suddenly, You came and saved me, For that, I should forget my sufferings and get back as nothing happened in these four years" - She asked, Tears crossed from both of their eyes. Tears ran out from her eyes because of the anger and for him, he cried because of the guilt. 

"I know you know everything... But then too, You made up the courage to convince me... Can't you sense, You lost me?" - Anika asked him, He stayed silent in guilt. Her words started to shiver when she literally went through the days. He could even sense the chillness in her palms which he pinned. He left the grip. But she didn't escape.  She stayed close to him. 

"There were no days went without shedding a drop of tear thinking about my helpless condition... I was staying alone, Nobody was there, Not even my family to hold my palm to give me courage, I was fighting on my own... What they even do? Our society was like that..." - Anika signed. Thinking about her past. 

"I don't know anything about it..."- Words slipped from his mouth. 

"Did you leave me to complete my sentence? Did you attend my calls?" - She asked him with teary eyes. He couldn't able to see her. She was too weak, she had no idea when her hands moved towards his waist and held it for support. He had no idea when he cupped her face and wiped off her tears. 

"I was a complete idiot, I know, By merely saying sorry, It won't heal your wound and Your loss... But Going away from each other won't be a good decision, Please don't be a jerk like me... It only increases the pain, It won't heal the wound... Please, Consider it, Anu... please..." - Shivaay said while kissing their forehead. Anika shut her eyes, But his eyes were widely open looking at her. 

"Slap me, Beat me, Do whatever you want but please don't go away from me... You once said remember, It's our souls which connected with each other... Whichever way we take, Ultimately we have to reach the same destiny..." - Shivaay added while cupping her face. 

"I know it's hard to take in but i just want to tell something, We didn't loose anything in our life ani..." - He said, She opened her eyes in a jolt and stared at him. He nodded yes, But didn't give any clarification. Because for him, she wasn't in the state to listen or believe everything. But he wanted to tell her, Everything. Before he could tell her anything further, She pushed him away. 

"Just go, Shivaay... You can't repair this... Leave love, Now i am not even having respect for you... I think you should accept that nothing exists between us and I am engaged to Ne (she stopped) Daksh...So I am telling you calmly... Stay away from me..." - She said and left the place. Her face went blank when she remembers the lady she met in the village took her dead daughter in her hand and went from the hospital. She literally ignored Gauri, om and Khushi who came in her way. Shivaay stayed in the same place, Complete blank. Gauri and om ran upstairs and saw his standing at the same place with a blank expression. 

"Did you tell her anything?" - Gauri asked him. 

"I was about to tell her everything, But she left... She didn't leave me to explain anything" - He said. 

Anika couldn't able to ignore Daksh when he came towards and asked her whereabouts. She masked a smiley face and gave him an excuse of the restroom. He got convinced and took her to introduce her to his friends while holding her waist. she gulped the lump and tried to come out of his grip but she couldn't. She stayed with the same discomfort until they left her house. She didn't tell about her emotions to anyone. 

"Since morning, You didn't have anything anika... come here..." - Her father called her. 

"Let me refresh, First... Pappa, Khushi ma'am..." - She told when she saw her leaving without having a proper conversation. 

"Khushi..." - Her father called her and stopped her from leaving. Anika pinched her ears and whispered sorry when she looked at her. She knew She's behaving like this because of her ignorance, But she couldn't suppose to share this particular thing to her. She smiled at her when she saw Anika like that, Anika smiled at her.

"Uncle, Sorry, I am getting late..." - She said but her mom forcefully made her sit in the dinning and serve her food. Anika excused herself. She closed her room door, The emotions which were hidden in her heart poured out. Tears escaped from her eyes along with her sobs. She pulled the ring out from her finger and threw it away in frustration. She couldn't help herself from crying badly. 

She recalled the moment When shivaay dragged her out from that nightmare by hugging her. She not only got her breath back but also the memory. But when she recalled that the character named neel following in this birth as daksh. And also she defined the reason behind their birth,  God made everything to her and now it was her turn to take control. She wiped off her tears and went to the shower. She scrubbed her body wherever daksh touched her. But she still felt the burning effect in her body. 

Her legs gave up when she saw shivaay's helpless face before her eyes and his words that they didn't loose anything in their lives. Even though her brain processed everything. Her heart didn't want to believe anything. Then she recalled the symbol in her daughter's forearm, Came as a birthmark. Then she remembers how her mother-in-law took her from her hand and went to Bury her. Everything coincides each other with shivaay's words which eventually led her to the dream, where she saw Jahaan's body along with Avi's and Aru's body. Her breath hitched. 

She quickly turned off the shower and emerged outside wearing a bathrobe. And searching for the engagement ring in every corner. But she couldn't find it. 

"Are you searching for this?" - Khushi asked while holding her engagement ring in her hand. 

"It was loose... I dropped it somewhere..." - Anika gave an explanation. But Khushi smirked. 

"I caught your lie..." - Khushi said. 

"Lie... I am not lying..." - Anika protested. 

"Don't know why are you doing this?" - Khushi said while placing the ring in her hand. 

"First tell me, Why are you doing this?" - Anika asked. 

"What am i doing?" - Khushi asked her. 

"Marriage... You got ready for the marriage, I understand that... But when you're in trouble, Pab (she corrected)   Avinash was the first person whom you contact... And you couldn't even able to see him in a heartbroken state... But then too, You're getting married..." - Anika asked. 

"First ani, My case and your case aren't the same... Shivaay at least, Confessed his feeling and broke your heart, But Avinash broke my heart multiple times with his confused state and not even confessed his feeling... I didn't wait for him But gave time to myself to get rid of him" - Khushi said. 

"But you didn't succeed it, Yet..."  - Anika said. 

"It's not only hard, but It's also impossible to forget your first true love, Even though i didn't get anything in return, I loved him without any expectations... And you didn't even give time to yourself to overcome the situation..." - Khushi said. Anika sat on the bed without spelling a word. 

"After four long years, ani... I found the old self in you... You accepted everything... You need time to move on... Don't take anything sooner. If you want, I will talk to uncle and aunty about this... They will understand..." - Khushi sat next to her and tried to console her. 

"Okay, Leave everything... Shall i ask you something?" - Anika asked her in a cherished tone. 

"Ask!" - She permitted. 

"If Avinash comes back and confessed his true feeling for you, What will you do?" - Anika asked. Khushi was stuck. 

"Hey, I asked you something..." - Anika nudged her. 

"I hallucinated it many times in my mind... Sometimes i accepted him, Sometimes i denied him, Well, Ask me something which will happen in real life, I don't want to expect anything and get hurt in the end..." - Khushi said in pissed off tone. 

"He completely has gone by his father... Fool Pablo, How can you leave a girl like her?"  - Anika thought but she didn't say anything. 

"Life is full of unexpected events... Wait for the magic..." - Anika said while side hugging her. 

On the other hand, Shivaay and others went back to his house in Khushi's apartment with a blank expression. He tried to open the door but he was shocked to see it was locked from inside. Before he could press the calling bell, Avinash opened the door with a smile. 

"You haven't changed your password..." - He said while showing his 32-teeth. 

"Avi...!?! You..." - Shivaay exclaimed. 

"Not only me, but Di and Jahaan also came... Where did you guys go without us?" - He said with the same tone.

"Today was your mom's engagement with..." - Shivaay stopped. Avinash shocked.

"With whom?" - He asked. 

"Neel" - Shivaay said.
