NOAH'S POV:

I saw her face turn pale when she got to know about the truth. How sad. First, she didn't know how her friend died. Second, I, her only friend didn't completely be honest with her.

"To be honest, I thought I knew everything happening around me but I was wrong.

My friend was murdered, I didn't know about it, and knowing that it was done by my uncle is more devastating" she said wiping her tears but still there were many things she needed to know.

"But nevermind continue your part of the story." she said pointing towards me wiping her tears.

"My father James Carter, took care of me until I was 5 after my mom died, but then suddenly he started getting threats from his enemy businessmen about me so he faked my abduction and gave me to a middle class couple to be bought up.

They were a very sweet couple, raised me like their own son, my father used to send them money to raise me but suddenly one day those enemies found out about me and they came searching for me and in order to save me, the father who raised me lost his life recently, just two months before I met you." I said in one breathe.

"That's when one day my father called me telling me about Tom's issue, and at that time I was studying about criminology and my father told me this would be a test for my study. It would be my first practical case.

That's when me and Tom found out your family history and why Suzie died.

First of all we simply hacked your aunt's phone to check her call records etc etc but then we saw a surprising thing, actually, a video which showed the recording of a long time ago like when your parents were alive, a big fight happened between your uncle and father, and the recording was of your uncle, Arthur saying

I'm gonna kill that idiot Jason (Astoria's father). How dare he do that?

That's it, then the video ended and we thought, as expected, that Arthur killed your father. Then we called him and threatened him about the video, and then he agreed to meet us.

We met up and asked him about the reason behind killing your mother and father. The next thing he told us took us aback. He told that the person who killed your parents was not him.

Your father's sister and your uncle's wife, aunt Marie. She killed your parents which was very shocking for us, we just wanted to find about Suzie's death but we also found out about your parents.

Then Tom said that you would be of great help to know as to why she did that." I said to her.

"Wait, why didn't uncle tell you that too?" She asked gulping her urge to cry.

"He himself didn't know about it. And he said one more thing. So, once your friend went to your house, didn't she?

She unintentionally went to your aunt's room instead of yours because it was a big house and she was confused. There she heard your aunt and uncle fighting

"I'll tell the police that you killed them, I can't stay with a criminal, I already feel very guilty." David said.

"Don't you dare and even if you confess, I'll show them this video in which you very openly mentioned that you want to kill Jason." Marie said.

"But it was you, you know that, at that time I was just angry on him, so I told it and you recorded it, so that when you actually kill them, you can just put my name right?

Let's just tell it, I can't endure all this torture, it's enough." David begged falling on his knees.

"Just shut up and sleep." Marie said leaving the room.

That's when she saw your friend listening to all this and she planned all along and later killed her."

"What the hell" Astoria said gasping keeping a hand over her mouth.

"How could she-" saying that she bursted out in tears. Now she was crying very badly. "So, all of this happened, and I'm knowing it right now?

I don't deserve this shit, my own aunt killing my own friend, that's just so wrong. I need to find that bitch first."

Saying that she stood up and was about to walk out when I reached for her hand "Not now, we need a plan." I said determinedly.

We sat there for sometime and she cried for a while "By the way Tom, you still didn't tell her about that baby thing." I asked him out of the blue to enlighten her mood.

"Oh about that, I was just scared that your aunt might be checking my phone calls, so just to be safe." He said scratching his head.
She chuckled with tears on her face.

To be honest I really feel bad for her, she has already gone through that much and now she knows all the truth, which makes it worse but we had to tell her.

She might think I just came to her just for more clues about her family, but that was not true, I loved her way before it all started.

"OK guys I think, I'm going to take a leave we will discuss the plan or whatever tomorrow, now I've to sleep bye." He said winking at me and then left.

He knew about my crush on her. During the case, me and Tom became very close just like brothers. So I told him everything and he did the same.

After he left, Astoria also was about to leave when I held her hand only to be smacked away by her another hand.

"Why are you holding my hand, it's not like we are friends, you just met me because you wanted to know about my family right? She said angrily realizing that I only met her because of her family.

"Hey, the meeting might have been fake but the emotions and the feelings are still the same and still you are my friend." I said to her.

"Friend huh, just friend? I might sound too selfish, but the first time when you kissed my cheeks, I felt butterflies in my stomach, but it might be nothing to you. First time when I clinged to you during the movie, I felt my heart racing, it would have been nothing to you. First time, when our hands were intertwined during the Rollercoaster ride, I felt safe and protected, that also might be nothing to you. I guess I'm just not satisfied by the words just friends. I like you more than a friend, but it's okay if you don't, I've seen worse situations in life."

Her eyes filled with tears and she was about run away in embarrassment when,

"Oh, you wish." saying that I pulled her arm, put my hand on her waist and connected our lips.

At first she was shocked by my sudden action but after a second or two of realization, slowly she snaked her arms around my neck and deepened the kiss.

We both just melted into the kiss without caring about the audience in the cafe. Tears streaming down her eyes in the middle of the kiss. I kissed her tears away.

After a long kiss, I opened my eyes only to see her beautiful brown eyes which I never observed.

"Is this enough for your satisfaction miss or would you like some more?" I said chuckling and showering kisses all over her face.

"Okay enough enough I'm very much satisfied" she said wiping her tears away and interrupting my kisses.

"It's okay you can tell me, I have ways of keeping you satisfied." I said winking, teasing her.

"Noah, you idiot. Now what does this kiss mean? I hope you are not pitying me". She asked seriously.

"How about we go to a quiet place and talk about it?" I said pointing to our surroundings where everyone was gawking at us

"Yep, sure". She said and we left.
