LUCAS'S POV

We landed in Bangalore at 6am which is too early,well yeah whatever,. As we were exiting the international airport, my pathetic excuse of a best friend Michael Elijah Romano was looking at the airport as if he has never seen anything like that in his life. And to think that he uses his private plane atleast twice every 20 days, he is just unbelievable. So I dragged him with me, he surely is going to make us look like some creepy weirdos.

As i was searching for Luke, Eli once again was astonishingly looking at the entrance of the airport. It is good,I admit it, but there was no need to overreact on that,oh god! If Luke doesn't come in another 3 minutes,I am going to murder my so called best friend.

Chill,Lucas till then we will pretend like, we don't know him at all.my conscience said to me.

Hmm, good idea. So I stood a little farther away from him, and pretended to look at some other direction. But Alas! We are speaking about Mr Romano here, he only loves three things his parents,his job and torturing me.

"Yo, Lucy, see what I got, come over here, no on the other hand stay there, you might scare these poor animals to death." My idiotic Bestfriend said to me or mostly everyone here I don't even know about that now, And all the people coming from outside the airport looked at me as if I was really the devil. A old lady even looked scared of me,no no mam I am not here to take your life, I thought in my mind.

Where the hell is this stupid twin of mine? Just as I said this,I heard him calling my name.

Ah! Speak of the devil and the devil is here.

So I once again dragged my weird best friend who was looking at the baby squirrel as if he was seeing it for the first time in his whole life,and he is the one who stays in a villa, if anything I should behave like that,he bloody hell has so many trees in his yard.

Just as I reached near Luke,he flung right on me and clung to me as if he was a koala, and believe me if it was anybody else I would have beat their asses,but this hear is my twin, my brother and even if I never admit it,I missed him like hell and by seeing him,and having him in my arms it really feels amazing and by the looks of it he is very happy that I am here, atleast someone is happy about my marriage.

Finally he let go of me,and hugged Eli.

"Mikey, it's too good to see you bro." Luke said to Eli while still hugging him,and I gave him a look of disbelief, didn't he just say that he was crazy and all. But he sent me one of his glare, which said keep- your- bloody- mouth- shut- or - I - am- going to- kick- your- ass. I just opened the car door and sat inside the passenger seat, not that I was scared of Luke or anything. I was just tired and didn't wanted to argue.

Yeah, yeah you totally are not scared of Luke's warning, it's not like when you were sleeping without a care in the world,he dyed your hair to dark blue and green,and neither did he sprayed your newest Black Porsche into hot pink. And no he definitely didn't paint your whole bedroom a bright rainbow,,oh no no. Right Lucy.and------ That annoying voice remained me.

Ok--ok I was a tiny bit scared about the pranks my twin plays on me,I definitely didn't forget any of the pranks he plays on me,I mean come on are we kids right now, but apparently my arrogant and manly twin becomes a little kid , especially when he decides to prank me,so yeah I am safe like this...... This is the reason I don't let people get close to me,I freaking can't stay mad at them,and they get away easily by doing anything they want.

Awww, you are such a softie Lucas. My conscience mocked me, yeah yeah whatever.

After the hugging session between my twin and my best friend, which awfully seemed like a couple hugging for the first time after a year or something like that, but I knew better,they were more like Tom and Jerry and Luke was always irritated when I brought Eli with me,and they only become besties ,any guesses...when?
Whenever they have to prank me, I wonder why that is?

So Luke sat in the back seat ok,... What why?

Then I saw that Eli sat beside Luke,.
Ok so is this car going to drive by itself, by the looks of it and the logo outside it is mercedes,and I have the same model then how come these people don't need to drive this?

Just as I was about to ask Luke,a middle aged man came and sat on the driver seat.. thank god I didn't ask anyone,the great Lucas Xavier Knight would have been a laughing stock.

As we were still in the car,the driver was very weird,if I tell you,I mean that person was glancing at me every 10 seconds,and it looked like he was waiting for me to do something, what do I look like some Anaconda that is going to devour him,if he doesn't look at me. And Luke and Eli were sleeping without a care. I can relate with Eli, but why was Luke sleeping?

I just looked outside the window,yeah the place is good, but it's completely different from London.

Ofcourse it will be different you monkey,this a different country,a different city, different culture, different language, different cuisine and many more things. That annoying voice replied,as if I didn't know about those things.

And when I was arguing with my inner annoying voice,the driver seemed to be fed up of his curiosity and finally asked me.

"Mr Knight, you look exactly like your brother I mean except for your eye colour and hair colour, so you are not his older brother are you? Oh! You are the twin , yeah yeah right. Oh! Ok then you can enjoy the weather." He questioned and answered both by himself,wow! Then why the hell did he ask me?

I just say quietly, apparently different peoples who are already starting to annoy me.

We finally reached and I looked at the mansion infront of me, or shall I say mini palace, why do a family of 4 people need this much big house, wouldn't they get lost or something.

Lucas, please I beg you please behave like the fifth richest man in the world you are, by the way you are behaving anyone will
think that you are some normal worker or something. You can have yourself a real palace too, you donkey. That annoying voice again said to me.

Ofcourse I know that I bloody made my precious company with blood and sweat. I was just stating the obvious. I just rolled my eyes and finally entered the you know what I mean.

Apparently it seems that no-one knew about my arrival,as the people speaking in the living area dramatically stopped discussing and looked at me as if I am an alien landed in their home straight from Saturn.

And I recognised most of them or more like everyone, The tall, handsome muscular,fair bearded man is going to be my future father in law he is Ranvijay Rai. And the young,tall I mean he might be an inch taller than me and that offended me, fair and handsome man is Ram Rai, The Beautiful lady now gaping at me is Sanjana Rai as my sister has mentioned loving the dresses made by her company.
Next to them was a person,I knew and just acknowledged each others presence is Ace Martinez,oh so even he is related to them. and next one was my favourite but due to my strict and hot headed billionaire persona I couldn't openly over exaggerate myself. I mean I the great Lucas Xavier Knight is a fan of Neel Martinez. He is also shocked on seeing me, same here brother same here, and at that time I glanced at Eli to look at his condition, because Eli bloody worshipped Neel Martinez more than me, but he looked extremely calm,and I snickered at that, because I knew better than that, inside him there was no calm, only a turmoil. Well now let's focus on Neel.

Stop bloody looking at him LUCAS and please stop being a fangirl over him,I can literally hear you squeaking in my mind,I mean yours,...no ours, but yeah ours. Please for the love of ourselves please behave. That thing exclaimed,ha! I was not even showing any kind of emotions to begin with and what a man can't appreciate his favourites now,that is hypocrisy.

My thoughts were cut off by Mrs Rai as she called my name and welcomed me home with a big smile.

"Oh my goodness, Lucas, what a great suprise,and here we thought that we could only see you during the wedding. I am so happy you could cut short your important meetings,... and you should I mean it's not like it's your brother's wedding,it's your own so yeah you should attend, and are you fine? How was your journey? How did you like this city? And did you like our house?oh so sorry have a seat Lucas and you too Michael and did you both eat anything? And what about sleeping and d--" Mrs Rai's rant was cutoff by Mr Rai

"Breathe love, breathing is very important and let Lucas answer your questions first ok. Welcome Lucas." Mr Rai said, but even if he welcomed me it looked like he was not as happy as he pretended to be. Ok now what did I do to piss my future father in law .

And by the looks of it no one except Mrs Rai was happy on arrival, I didn't really mind them as much I should have, but I was Really worried about my impression on Neel and he looked as irritated as his brothers.

Shut your bloody mind Lucas and for god's sake leave your obsession on Neel. That annoying voice remainded me again,I didn't even said anything loudly to begin with.

"Hello Mrs Rai,I am absolutely fine and thank you for your concern." I said to her, now everyone looked at me, like they were expecting something. Now what.

LUKE'S POV

I sighed at Lucas's answer, atleast Uncle, Ram and Ace should have known that, this is the most they were going to get from Lucas,if anything I will surely say that they are lucky, because he spoke to them, some people only receive a bored stare and a nod.

And now my hopeless twin looked confused by everyone's expecting faces,so as a great and awesome twin I took the initiative to save my brother from the situation he created, and poor him as he doesn't even know what he did .

"Uncle, aunty ,I think Michael and Lucas should rest as they traveled a lot and it's still 7am and the ceremony starts in the evening, so do you mind if I show them their rooms." I said and just like that everyone seemed to like my suggestion and aunty give me a nod.

Before I could take them Aunty stopped me.

"Luke, sweetheart I know I shouldn't ask you this, but can you shift in the room next to Ace's and Neel's and please let Lucas stay in your room as it's near sanu's room." Aunty asked and I really really didn't wanted to let go of the room, but I couldn't give her a single reason for why not. So I half heartedly gave her a nod with a fake smile and asked Lucas and Michael to follow me.

SANVI'S POV

I woke up startled by another one of my dreams, and suddenly for the first time, I really wanted to speak to someone,I thought of Eddy, but no I can't he will be more stressed than me, I know that he is already struggling about something important which he doesn't wants me to know or anyone for the matter of fact.

Yes! Luke, I could just express my thoughts with him. I mentally sighed and got up from my bed and just brushed my teeth and went out, it's luke so no need to be presentable or anything.

I stood near his door and opened it,see he is my best buddy and his doors are always open for me,so I went in and he screamed,

Ok why on earth was he screaming right now? I have seen him in his boxers briefs and even in towel,now suddenly he is feeling shy, this was so unlikely Luke I thought, and I laughed loudly at his attempts to cover his head,why the hell was he covering his head ? Shouldn't he cover his upper part,ok so I just turned towards the opposite direction to give him his so called privacy which by the way he never needed.

I heard some shuffling and he gruffly said me to get out, what the heck?

LUCAS'S POV

I went into my room and I was about to go to the cloakroom when Eli barged in,of course why the hell would you give him a separate room, when he would just ditch his own room and barge into my room as if it were his.

"Lu, I can't believe this, Neel Martinez is here like,here here, and it's not like I didn't know about his brother or family, but, yeah whatever, but you are damm lucky you devil, you bragged Neel as your brother in law,I mean that's not fair at all."he accused while glaring at me, really, bragged Neel . Real mature.

"Really Eli, bragged seriously,what is he? Some kind of award and for your kind information I am marrying his cousin sister and not him."I said to him while giving him a irritated stare.

Which he dodged expertisely ,of course he was immune to all my glares.

"Might as well as marry him Lucy it's a great offer, idea, Lucy I say let's just kidnap Neel and drug him, and then you could just marry him and live your happily ever after and even though it's a crime,I will support you in your marriage. What say?" I just stared at him in disbelief was he kidding me? I was half tempted to record his words and shove it in the face of the person who thought it was a good idea to give him a lawyer's degree.

Before I could hatch my evil plans,Eli shoved me inside the cloakroom, and closed the door.

"Go have a shower Lucy, you stink like a rotten egg and I'll have one after you, even though I smell great." He said to me as a matter of fact, I can't believe this crazy chimpanzee,why would he have a shower here, and not in his room.

I showered and came out with a towel on my waist and another one on my neck,as I forgot to take my clothes with me because of this idiot,so I shoved him inside the cloakroom and was air drying my hairs when someone barged into my room and I screamed when I saw that it is my future wife, great and why would she barge into my room like this.

Wow! What a first meeting,I was completely flustered and embarrassed, so I covered my head with the towel.

You idiot, you are supposed to cover our body and not your head,stop behaving like a blushing bride,she is the bride and you are groom you fool.that annoying voice  said to me and I could really feel my conscience shaking its head at me.

So I gruffly said get out. But instead of going out she laughed, she bloody had the audacity to laugh at me. Me the Lucas Xavier Knight.

Before I could say anything else she spoke.

"Oh god lukey,out of all the times you are embarassed right now, come on Luke I have actually lost the count about how many times I saw you in towel and in your boxers, you always love to roam around half naked, and suddenly you are feeling shy, and by the way why are you covering your head, don't tell me you dyed your hair. Luke are you going to answer me or not." She said still chuckling, now I don't know why, but I didn't like the fact that she was not at all uncomfortable by seeing me half naked or in her eyes luke,I knew they were close but this much I didn't know about that.

Are you by any chance feeling jealous Lucas,of your twin being so comfortable with your future wife. I seriously felt like that voice was smirking at me now .
Ha! Me jealous no way,I don't even know her for god sake.

"I am not Luke, have some decency and get out." I said to her rudely, while rolling my eyes. She just left,and slammed the door so hard that I thought it was going to break,..... This girl surely is strong more than she looks.

After getting ready, me and Eli just stayed in my room. My granny Bella and Dad came to my room to check up on me, and by the looks of it, they thought that I was going to run away from here or something, like wow! Thank you everyone for putting so much faith in me and Eli was now Cackling like some dying donkey .

"Wow! You are so bad you know that,oh! No,no you are downstraight evil,ha! You didn't even come to visit me you hippo. I freaking hate you." Ah! Here comes my wonderful sister and before I could answer, my kid brother came barging behind her.

"Oh! No, no Rose he is that type of person,who thinks that he is some type of king and we are some poor peasants who are here to see your majesty,so your majesty,how is your majesty doing? " He said sarcastically.

"I thought that you guys were sleeping,so I didn't disturb you, nothing else." I said to them and the icy glare they returned me was enough to make icecream.

"Oh! So now we look like a polar bear in hibernation to you" Liam said,wow! He is in the mood of Sarcasm today isn't he?

"It's freaking 12'o clock Lucas and it's going to be lunch time soon, try a better excuse next time, and you Mikey what is your excuse." She asked Eli,I mean after scolding me.

"Ok,so first I will start with how sorry I am,I am really really sorry Rosey and Liam,and second is I missed you guys so so much. And last but never the least,this was all Lucas's fault,so please spare me." He said to both of them and I smacked his head.

He is such a bad friend,who the hell does shits his friend like this?

And when myself and Eli started bantering with eachother Rose and Liam joined us.

Soon we had our lunch in the dinning hall and much to my surprise Sanvi was absent along with her friends and shockingly Luke was here with us.

Then me and Eli settled in my room and I think it was around 3:30 pm Mrs Rai came to my room. She had something in her hands which looked like some type of attire. Ok I think I have seen this it is called something like Sha..... Yeah whatever.

"Lucas,I brought you this sherwani especially made by one of the best designer in India. It's for today's Haldi actually. Do wear this and I will send Luke to bring you downstairs when it's time for ceremony." She said that and gave it to me.

And as if she suddenly realised something and abruptly stopped and turned in Eli's direction and said"Michael, actually I didn't know you were in Lucas's room,so I kept your sherwani in your room. If you want it I can ask someone to bring it here." Mrs Rai said and Eli politely declined.

I did really like the fabric and the she---wani something so yeah and what was this function anyway.. hal... Yeah..

But what the hell is Hal... whatever. What type of ceremony is it?

Ok let's just get ready.

After that I got ready and lastly brushed my hair and applied some cologne,just then Luke came and whistled.

"Wow! Brother you look really handsome in sherwani,well anyway are you ready for Haldi? And where is that crazy best friend of yours?" He asked while rolling his eyes, and just then Eli came looking handsome as well, and no I was never going to compliment him.

"Oh! Mikey you look absolutely gorgeous now you two follow me, hurry up humans." He said to us already going downstairs.

"See I said you that your twin was a bloodsucking vampire, you didn't believe me right, now look at it he is saying hurry up humans." Eli said while glaring at Luke from behind. I just shook my head at him and followed Luke downstairs.

I was just about to place my foot in the living room when I was dragged by Rose and Liam towards a beautifully decorated place ok,so this ceremony consisted of flowers,so what am I supposed to do? Are they going to shower flowers on me or something.

Yeah Lucas then they are going to feed you and bath you too. What do you consider yourself Lucas that annoying voice said to me.

When I was about to ask a question,I was once again dragged to the cushions placed near by and I noticed that there was a curtain sort of thing in the middle. Ok why was it placed there?

And suddenly I saw a  antique bowl type of thing with some type of yellow paste,ok..

Then granny came forward and applied that paste straight to my face.

What the hell? Why?

When I asked everyone's response was that it is the ceremony. Wow! Really showering flowers on me would have been better than this.

I was sitting like a rock here,but Eli seemed thrilled by it and when it was his turn he took thrice the amount of paste in his hands and applied it to my face,hands and legs.

Finally after a very long time I was granted the permission to go to my room and I think I literally ran from there and went straight to the cloakroom,and took a shower.

.
And slept. ...... On the bed .
