After what seemed forever, Eli plopped on the chair which was previously occupied by Sanvi,and now he was shooting daggers at me..

What???
I didn't know about all these things.
And how was I supposed to know about that ???

Wow!!! You seriously have some great sense of ignorance don't you Lucas?? How am I suppose to know???? Really, I vaguely remember Sanvi being your wife and you bloody fool didn't know her profession, and leave about that you seemed to have forgotten about Sanvi being the Chief Editor/ main author in our new publishing company...... What the f**k did I do to be the conscience of such a f*****g stupid person.... Ughhhh!!

What the heck???
Now I am wondering if I should consider Sanvi's words of me having a Psychiatrist as my PA...
I am losing my sanity..

"Hello Lucy,are you still with us??" Eli questioned snapping his fingers infront of me ,while his face screamed frustration.

"Yes, yes and you ass**** couldn't you inform me about this whole predicament a little earlier... " I accused Eli, I was frustrated and embarrassed to the core.

Eli shot me a look of disbelief as his mouth fell open a little though.

"You bitch, are you kidding me?? I was the one who was downright pleading you to listen to me,and you ungrateful fool ha!! What did you do? You ignored me as if I was some moth and now you have the guts to accuse me??? Remember this Lucas she is your wife, not mine, so you should know about her and not me. " Eli sneered at me... Ok I think I deserved this..

But what the hell was Joel doing?? He should have atleast known about my schedule for the day,so I shot him a questioning look,

"Mr-- knight, I scr-- screamed no..." Joel shuttered out,is this person kidding me??

"Really Joel ? You couldn't speak like a normal person." I asked in disbelief and he shuttered out an apology.
I rolled my eyes at him.

"Ok Lucy stop glaring at that poor fellow,he is already starting to look like a Vampire with his paleness and he is definitely going to pass out any moment now ,if you don't stop your death glares at him. What's happened is happened,now we have to focus on improvising ourselves and also not to repeat this foolish mistake again." Eli pointed out,and he was right, so I immediately closed my eyes to calm myself and I did that little breath in and out.

I opened my eyes and gestured Joel to take a seat beside Eli, because he looked like he would pass out any moment,for such a smart guy,he gets freaked out easily.
I shook my head and turned towards Eli.

"Eli,I want a detailed information on San--" I was not so politely cut off by Eli.

"Don't stress yourself,I did that already and it's been sent to your mail,if you want then check it out,but for now listen carefully "
Eli started and I gave him a encouraging nod and he proceeded to tell me about my wife. How ironic..

"Sanvi Rai...oops!! Mrs Sanvi Knight is a Psychiatrist in the famous Multi speciality hospital and I think you atleast know her age, like come on Lucy you should know this she is your wife,ok yeah!! She loves writing and has been writing since she is of 15 years old and has started publishing her books, when she was of 16 years old. Her most common gener are Romance, Mystery, Mythology and Sci-fi,along with many more. One of her remarkable book is Alone Girl, which is a Romantic mystery. She is also one of the most famous Authors in India and across the globe too. She also writes for movies and serials. She has received many awards for her writing. And I need not tell you about her educational qualifications as you already looked into it, and I don't think you can forget about that like ever in your life..so yeah as she said your company had sent her a proposal stating if she accepts the post of the Chief Editor in your new Publishing company, which she totally rejected on your face,then you have another serious issue. " I looked at him in complete bewilderment, so indirectly he is saying me that she is not only a psychiatrist, which sure is paying her well enough money to own a apartment in the same Complex as mine, not a penthouse but an apartment of 2 bedrooms ,sure.
But as she is a famous Author too then she is like Richy rich...

Lucas , you fool, you sound like some boy who is looking for a sugar mommy..
Please stop thinking about how rich she is as for one you come under world's top 10 richest man and second concentrate on the fact about your behaviour and how are you going to convince her to think about the offer, she is the best, you heard Elijah and she is our wife.....so

Forget about the deal,she wouldn't even want to look at you, leave all this nonsense ,most important issue you have to bang your head about is your marriage, and how to save your marriage, and on top of that you both have been married for only two f****g days. So go f*****g apologise by holding her legs, begging or by banging your head, just apologise. That's what all the married man do." Oh f*****g hell!!
And how does Eli knows about what the married man's do???

I crossed my hands over my chest and questioned Mr Michael Elijah Romano.

"And how do you know about what the married man's do?? Last I checked,I was the one who is married." Eli scoffed at my question.

"Lucy,I know about married man's because, that's what my Papa does all the f*****g time. He pleads Mamma to forgive him, and most of the time he did not freaking do any sort of thing to apologise to begin with." Eli nonchalantly explained with an eye roll.

But why would I apologise when I wasn't the one at fault??

So let's get this straight, you were planning to offer a job to a psychiatrist,a CEO and an Author,who is supposed to be your wife, and you didn't know anything about her like nil..... And still you are confused that why should you ask her forgiveness....... Wow!! Only you can think like that.....

"Nathaniel Rossi was the CEO of Rossi Enterprises right?" I asked Eli,as I remembered his name... But I couldn't picturise him. I feel like I have met him.

"Yeah!! You are right, he was but no one really knows anything about him,it's like he is some ghost. Everyone in the business know his name but there are quite a few who have really seen him,and there is a lot of rumours about him being a Mafia and leading it too, also some rumours involve about him being a Doctor. Like really the rumours about him are really crazy i kid you not, because how can the paparazzi spread two completely different personalities of him,I mean some say he is the Mafia, while others claim that he is a Doctor,ha!!. He is one of the most mysterious businessman. But nowadays nobody knows where he is or why Sanvi is the CEO it's a mystery on its own... who cares,but I personally think he is in the Mafia,as you know the doctor rumours is quite unfit for him and maybe Sanvi brought the Company. " Eli explained and simply shrugged his shoulders.

Why would he let someone else buy his company, weird...

My thoughts were cut short by Eli groaning.
Joel looked startled by his suddenness.

"What happened? why are you behaving as if this whole mess was your creation?"
I asked him, and he scowled.

"Your Wife hates me or atleast doesn't like me, ofcourse she will not like me,she has reasons for it too ." Ok so now I can officially announce that Eli has gone mad.

"Why would you say that? She is probably cursing the hell out of me, but not you." I asked him now being completely confused.

"Oh!! You don't know, I didn't really like spoke to you about that, do you remember when I said that I have seen Sanvi somewhere, actually I kind of visited her in the hospital to rant about you.." Eli answered sheepishly..

So basically he insulted me infront of Sanvi way before our marriage.

She didn't like me or anything to feel offended by his insults, and now she may just be plotting my murder...

I raised my eyebrow at him and he smiled innocently.

"I may or may not have broken a rule and it may be related to Sanvi... See that was certainly not my intention, but you see,I kinda wanted to rant about you as soon as possible, so maybe I locked one of her patients in the washroom and I myself went in and ranted out everything and I may have flirted with her, and it was just a healthy flirting and before you start throwing daggers at me, in my defense she was not yet choosen as your wife. So it's ok I guess and yeah back to the topic,I fled off from there just in time. So yeah, this is the reason she may dislike me.." Eli explained to carefully,as if I was some kid.

I gave him a look of disapproval and he shocked me by trying to bat his eyelashes and also attempted some ugly ass pout...

I shook my head and finally Joel spoke testing the waters..

"Mr Knight, yo-- you have an appo-- appointment in ano-- another 15 minutes. It's important.." He shuttered.

I nodded and excused him, he literally ran out of my cabin as if he would die if he spent another second with us,do we look like some Carnivore .

I massaged my temples,heck ! I was now sporting a severe headache.

Only two days of marriage and I am already having headaches. Fantastic, I should just expect more of this.

He cursed while rubbing his head, I scoffed at him and inquired about his precipitous ability to daydream.

"First of all ,ouch !! Lucy that freaking hurt and no I wasn't daydreaming or anything and what the f**k do you mean by change of behaviour??

I Was fuming, and I am sure if I was some some sort of anime or cartoon character,I would have had steam coming out of my ears....
Ughhh stupid Lucas... Stupid!!

I can't believe this out of so many sweet boys, he had to be the one...
I don't even want to know,how the heck did that happen???

Ofcourse, I can never have a life free of chaos ,now can I?
Today, I wanted to bash Lucas's head on his own table,but Alas!! His Lawyer bff came to his rescue.

I feel like Michael is Lucas's Knight in Shining Armour or his Guardian angel maybe..

I know for sure that Michael realised,who I was, that was the only conclusion I could come up with, the way he behaved,if not for it then I don't know why??
And what did dear Lucas do, he ignored all the calls and pleads from his Guardian angel....
Tsk,

Now where am I supposed to go ??
I don't want to go to that donkey's penthouse, nor my own ...
I can't really visit Knight's Mansion as everyone are still chilling in my home,in India...
I highly suspect that our marriage was fixed just so that our families could have more reasons to visit each other..
It looks like they needed some permanent reason to come over and they are far more happy and ecstatic than the married couple.

I hurriedly moved towards my room and freshened up ,out of the blue ,I was flashed by a great idea.
To tour this place,I mean it's only fair that I know about the place I am going to stay at...

So I looked around and it was just the same typical penthouse which screamed of a lavish lifestyle.

I started checking out the penthouse of Mr Richie rich, I don't really remember if it was the right name or not,but I think I have seen a cartoon named Richie rich..
When I was a little girl..
Hmmm,.

I know the kitchen and dining area,so I started my tour with the swimming pool, and my my ,he has some exotic pool...
This is fabulous...
I would really like to swim in here,then I was met by a magnificent garden....
Wow!! I never knew he likes gardening..
Then again I don't really know him, expect for the details his family and Luke has been blabbering about..
But anyway,I would love to sit here and write my book.
Because this is so freaking beautiful..
He has that classic and super cosy lounge.
Then the theatre,the playroom,.... Ah!! Ok it doesn't sound so good to me...
It's a game room...
This is all because of Christian Grey, ..
I shook my head at that and started looking around once again..

He has billiards too,hmmm so he likes to play this ha!!

Then he has a gym, which I kind of expected him to have...
This penthouse has a terrace, which I do know...
And this is an office...
Ofcourse,it belongs to Mr Grumpy pants.

Hmmm, this is pretty cosy, cause I didn't really expect a warm and cosy house to begin with..
Don't get me wrong, this penthouse is lavish,in all the sense... But still it has that cosy,homey feeling...

Should I look into the rooms??
It's rude to invade someone's room.
But nobody's in here right...

Let's just check it out, it's not like I'm some burglar...

I entered the room next to me and it was figuratively more bigger than mine...

I was about to go,when something caught my eye,it was a photo frame and now I know whose room it is, this belongs to Uncle Lucien and Aunt Rose.

I checked out the next few rooms, which were all comparatively bigger than mine.
So far I have seen Granny Bella's room, Liam's, Amelia's and Luke's.. well Luke's room was bigger than the rest...
So I take that as Lucas way of saying I love my twin more...

I entered the next room,which was of the same size as Luke's...
And this room belonged to none other than Michael Elijah Romano...

(Suprise, suprise)

Lucy was extremely anxious and I know that because I know him very well,I could see his hands twitching as if to just throw something,I could see the way his eyebrows furrowed,his jaw clenched..
To everyone he was the same ,
But I knew he was extremely pissed and nervous and these were the feelings he was completely unaware of,ok not about being pissy, he is always pissed,but anxiousness was completely new to him,Lucas Xavier Knight was never anxious ...
Oh trust me there were innumerable situations in which anyone would have died out of anxiety,but no not my bestfriend, he would always be furious...

But this situation with his wife,he didn't know how to handle this..
Oh Lucy can act all tough and arrogant, but I knew that he was sweet,pure, innocent and childish from inside..
He loved too much,he cared to much,but he couldn't trust easily and I knew,I knew all the reasons why he was so opposed by the idea of marriage...

Lucy's reason may not seem to be that extreme for some people who knows it..
But I knew where he came from,he was a child that time,and when a child experiences a bad situation while a doctor drawing his blood, then believe me even If he becomes a complete mature person,he can never let go of that fear easily..He will never allow anyone to come near him with a syringe.

And Lucas is just like that...

I knew that Lucy cared about his wife,
oh! Believe me Lucy already has a crush on his wife,I smirked at that...
Oh!! My poor Lucy I wonder how he will react when he will have his first kiss..
I hope he won't faint..
It's just a matter of time that he starts to like her more ....

I am also aware of his guilt which he feels whenever he realises the way he behaved or is still behaving with Sanvi..
And I do hope that Sanvi bears with him, I think she will,as she is a Psychiatrist...

And I have to suck it up with Sanvi too, because, not only she is my best friend's wife she is also my little tigress's best friend.
I do remember Prachi threatening Lucas about behaving nicely towards Sanvi.

"What the f**k is wrong with you??" Right!! How could I forget that he knows me too well ...

So I fired back

"I could ask the same to you?? Why are you nervous Lucy?" He shut his mouth and glared at me,and if looks could kill I would have been now turned into ashes ...

"I am not nervous." Now he resembles a pouting and a whining child.. see this is what I said...

"Ofcourse,and I totally believe you,cause why not?? You are the Lucas Knight who was never nervous... So yeah I completely understand." I teased him ..
And received an eyeroll on behalf...

"Whatever let's go..." I shook my head at this man child and gestured him to go first..

"Ladies first"
To which he crossed his arms over his chest and said

"Shut the f**k up you plank!!and I do think that you know better than to misunderstand between a man and a woman. I miss some major parts to be a woman.. "
I bursted out laughing at that!!!
He smirked and still he was the one who exited first..

"Well,did you inform King about Sanvi?" I inquired him, because he is very very important to Lucas...

"Yes!! I did and he is not so happy about that,and he seems pretty confused too." Ofcourse he would be confused,who wouldn't when you see your dad freaks out if a women comes near him in the radar of 10 feet,he doesn't even shake hands with his woman business associates,but he is very polite and also respects them, that is the only reason those ladies didn't lash out at him at the first place....

But one thing was sure,that Sanvi will never and can never be jealous....
Her husband is some type of women alarm, which rings whenever some lady is close to him,I rolled my eyes at that and smiled...

I am super pissed right now,and now I know why I am not my usual calm self...
Because my periods has arrived with a grand entry, which includes stomachache,
Back ache and irritation and lots of mood swings...
Because I have some of the worst mood swings during periods and it is not even funny...
It gets really frustrating when you don't freaking know why you are crying on a silly reason like not wanting to have a shower at that particular time??

So now I was sitting on the couch in the living area spread out like a cat...I was fully frustrated and waiting for my dear husband to come home,also now I am not responsible for the incidents and destructions that are going to take place, if he decides not to apologise...

After waiting for a 100 years, my dear husband graced me with his presence..

Once my dear-ol-husband realised that I was in the living area, observing his movements like a hawk,he backed out by a full step and turned towards the opposite direction,where his precious room resided and started walking...
Oh hell!! No you aren't going anywhere today..

So I called out my dear husband not so sweetly, because now I am anything but sweet and I know that for sure....
But see,I have to clear out some things with him,he just happen to have worst luck,I can't do anything about that.

"LUCAS XAVIER KNIGHT!!" I called out and he stilled in his place...

"Where do you think you are going,Mr Knight??" I asked him while crossing my arms over my chest,and with an eyebrow raise.

He turned around looking dumbfounded...

"Let's have a talk shall we,and no you don't get to open your mouth,see I will warn you about one thing,and listen carefully,I am on my periods and I am the worst during this 5 days,it will be better for you to listen to me silently rather than, you sporting a black eye in front of your employees, because I have a feeling that you don't know how to apply a concealer. I have had enough of your behaviour ,so now you are going to listen to me..." I think I literally screamed this at him,and he still looked suprised by my sudden outburst,his expression changed suddenly as if just now remembered something,
Wait why is he blushing??

What did I say to make him blush now?
I shook my head in disbelief,but he did respect my wishes and hesitantly moved to stand infront of me... Looking like a lost puppy..

Hmm,
This is going to be interesting...
