Neil couldn't find Avni and so he dails her number. Avni didn't receive the call but messaged him,

Had to leave, some emergency. Don't worry!

Neil didn't wasted more time and left with DD to arrest Case 123. When they reached hospital, they saw that Case 123 hadn't arrived yet. Their team was ready to catch her.

(I will use 'her' because we all know that Case 123 is 'her' not 'him' 😜)

DD : Sir, aaj yeh Case 123 ka baccha Bach nhi pyega.. Hamari team ready hai!

Neil was really tensed. Soon the famous politician, Vidyut R. entered the hospital along with press and his bodyguards. Avni also entered along with media, she disguised herself as a boy. Short hairs, blue jeans and white T-shirt. No one could recognize her as she was a pro at changing her looks.

Neil and team were continuously roaming here and there to arrest Case 123. Today, Vidyut was supposed to donate large amount of money to hospital because he wants people to vote for him. Elections were near the corner and he didn't wanted to loose.

It was Vidyut's plan to give fake money in the hospital and take away the real ones that were already donated by others. The hospital staff was threatened by his men and they couldn't do anything because Vidyut has helped them in illegal works.

Avni collected all information, she knew what exactly was going to happen and so, she decided to rob the real money that Vidyut will take away with him. Avni went into washroom and changed into black jeans and hoodie, she covered her half face with a black cloth. Avni came towards his car where his men were busy keeping the real money.

Avni sprayed  chloroform and all of them fainted for sometime. Avni collected all the money into her car and ran from there. She was running towards washroom but got stumbled with someone and fell over him. Neils eyes widen when he saw her, she immediately pushes him and runs. Because of sudden force, Neil fell down from stairs

Neil : Ahhhhhh...

Avni heard him screaming and looked behind to find him injured, blood was oozing from his forehead. Avni wanted to go near him but stopped when she saw DD helping him to get up. DD saw her and realized she is Case 123 because of odd dressing.

DD : Sir, Case 123!

DD pointed gun towards her to shoot before she escapes while Neil was still in shock, most difficult case of his life was standing in front of him. On the other hand, Avni stood numb. She felt like she is betraying Neil and also DD. She was feeling guilty because of hurting Neil, she didn't wanted to do that.Neil came out of his world when he heard DD.

DD : Sirji aaj isko hum nhi chodne wale! Bohat bhagaya hai isne!

Neil saw DD pointing gun towards her. DD pressed the trigger and before it could reach her, Neil pushed DD because of which the bullet got in contact with wall.

Neil : Woh mar jyegi DD!

Avni heard him saying this, she came out of her guilt and threw a smoke bomb. Everything became unclear and Avni took this as an opportunity to save her life and ran away.

DD : Sir aaj hum usse pakad lete!

Neil : DD, I said I want him alive, is that clear?

DD : Yes sir!

Neil and team returned to their respective houses. Vidyut couldn't do anything because if he reacted to the robbery, then everyone would come to know about his plans. He was hell frustrated to know that Case 123 knew everything.

Later at night,

Neil was lost in his thoughts. Today's scene was playing in front of his eyes again and again, how DD was pointing gun towards Case 123 and if he didn't pushed him then Case 123 would have died today.

(You all can imagine that scene when Neil realized he should confess his love to Avni after Ali died, Juhi track)

Neil : Ek pal, bas ek pal ka fark hota hai zindagi aur maut me.. Agar aaj mene woh na kiya hota toh.. Me kitna bada idiot hu, zindagi ka koi bharosa nahi.. Mene kyu abhi tak Avni ko apne dil ki baat nahi batai? Agar kal kuch.. Nahi! Ab me aur derr nhi kar sakta.. I love you Avni, more than I love myself aur kal me tumse sab keh dunga...
