Unintentionally, Taehyung slept peacefully on the living room sofa all through the night and into the next morning. Knowing the way things have been lately, Yoongi also slept downstairs—so that in the event of a certain Alpha's visit, he could hide Taehyung.

Tae's beauty rest is interrupted by a high pitched scream and feeling arms squeezing him tightly.

"TAETAE IT'S REALLY YOU. YOU'RE REALLY HERE."

Taehyung rubbed his groggy eyes before allowing a huge boxy grin to spread across his face. "Goodmorning to you too, Jiminie!" giving into the hug and basking in his friends floral scent. "I missed all of you guys so much."

Jimin refused to let himself cry in front of Tae so he let it all out this morning on his walk over. He had to sneak out though. He and Jungkook were up late the night before making arrangements for Jungkook's birthday party; they both fell asleep in the conference room of their pack house. So when Jimin snuck out early this morning, he knew Jungkook would ask questions.

"Alright, let's talk. Yoong's go make us some coffee will ya?" Jimin says with a wink, while Yoongi rolls his eyes before heading to the kitchen to do exactly as the beta asked.

Taehyung looks at Jimin while wiggling his eyebrows "Whipped, eh?" They both just chuckle at the sight of Yoongi making them coffee.

They spent several hours talking, laughing and crying. Taehyung had completely brought Jimin and Yoongi up-to-date with his life. Explaining in detail the deja-vu incident in the bathroom with a busker. Taehyung definitely noticed the disappointed look on Jimin's face even though he tried so hard to hide it. He's still Jungkook's bestfriend, I know that. Taehyung managed to make up for it though once he explained the way he left things with Sean...letting him know that he had unfinished business at home. That unfinished business's name was Jeon Jungkook.

Jimin takes a huge breath and a giant drink of his coffee. "Tae, what are your plans? I mean in regards to Kookie. You've had plenty of time to yourself, are you gonna give him a chance to explain?"

Taehyung looks to Yoongi for some type of signal but Yoongi just shrugs, knowing it isn't his place to decide.

"I'm not sure that there is much for him to explain Chim. I mean from Cana to Sana. GODDESS even their names are similar. I bet it's like that with all of them." Tae can feel his heart racing in a way that it hasn't since before he left for Europe. He takes a deep breath to calm himself before continuing. "I'm not angry anymore. I had only know Jungkook for a couple of weeks. We didn't talk about things like that, so how could I possibly be upset with him over something I never bothered to ask about?"

Jimin can't contain his smile at his friends statement. Don't give up Kookie, there's- Jimin's thoughts are cut off by Tae's next statement.

"But.. I-I... I-I just" Tae's voice begins to crack and he can feel tears welling up "I don't know if I can be with him in that way again. He was so quick to run straight to that girl. He didn't waste a single moment. I felt so stupid whenever I saw him carrying her up the stairs. He didn't even look at me. Nothing. I felt so empty."

Quickly snapping out of it when he could see the worry on his friends faces. Tae smiled at them and patted the tears from his cheeks. "GAH! I've already lived this I don't know why I'm still crying over it. Anyways, I do still want to be friends with Jungkook but that's all. Friends. My wolf and I are already prepared to reject him whenever he realizes I'm his mate."

Jimin and Yoongi were shocked. They had already thought in their head that the two were mates but they didn't know that Tae knew forsure.

Yoongi spoke up. "but if you reject him as your mate, then what have you been waiting 20 years for?" raising an eyebrow, hoping to respark that desire Taehyung had just a few weeks ago to find his true mate and be happy.

"Honestly Yoongi. My time with Sean showed me that I don't need to have a 'mate' to be happy. I was perfectly fine the way things were. We ate together, enjoyed each others company—no expectations. Well, except at the end but going forward I will just make my intentions clear with anyone I form a new relationship with."

Bzzz bzzz bzzz

"Crap, it's Kookie. I'm gonna step outside."

"Hey Kookie, good mornin'"

"Chim, where are you. You were supposed to deliver the ingredients for the party food to Seokjin this morning!"

Damn, I knew I was forgetting something. "Haha, it's actually funny. I walked all the way here and then realized I forgot what I came for. Must've been the lack of sleep last night. I'll head back now and get the-"

"Don't worry about it chim. I was planning to visit Seokjin today anyway to discuss other business matters. Head on up to Yoongi's room and get some rest." Jungkook says with a chuckle before hanging up.

Jimin wants so bad to be evil and just let Jungkook show up and see Tae but he knows he'd have two very pissed off wolves ready to chew his head off at any minute.

"Sooooo, Jungkook is on his way here. Like now."

Taehyung jumps up in a panic. "What the hell? Why! Why is he here so much?!"

"*cough* He and Luna Jin have kinda formed a bond while you were gone. Idk Tae I think Jin was just trying to make up for you not being here and Kook was hurting too so he took him in." Yoongi says nervously "He's here a lot exchanged messages between the Solar pack and us."

"Well, I'm going to my room. I don't care WHAT he says. DO NOT, let him come upstairs. So help me goddess, I will chop off your heads and feed them to the rogue wolves if you guys don't keep him away from me." Taehyung growls, it was intimidating but also sounded week and fragile. Jimin and Yoongi could sense the worry that was inside their friends heart.

"Don't worry Taetae. We won't. Yoongi-hyung and I will stay right here. Go ahead." Jimin says with a soft reassuring smile. Knowing that this is about to be a fight because the second Jungkook walks through the door—he will know that Tae is back.

~about 10 minutes later~

"Seokji---" Jungkook begins to speak but suddenly he drops the box from his arms and glares at Jimin.

"Tae is b-back?" he can barely get the words out before he darts up the stairs to the room where he laid Tae when he brought him home. It's locked.

"JUNGKOOK! TAE ISN'T IN THERE." Jimin shouts, trying to alert Tae of Jungkook's presence. Tae already knows. He knew the moment the alpha approached the front door.

"Taehyung, please. Just give me ten minutes to explain everything. If you still don't want to see me afterwards I will never bother you again." Jungkook speaks through his sobs. His wolf is dying to kick down the door and hold onto the Omega inside but he knows he can't do that. "P-please, Tae."

Both Jimin and Yoongi are standing behind Jungkook. Jimin is in tears and Yoongi is fuming. This is exactly why Tae left in the first place.

"Kook, I think you need to wait. You've waited for a month. What's a few more days? Tae JUST got home last night. He's exhausted. Wouldn't you be?"

Jungkook looks up at Yoongi..knowing he's right but he doesn't care. He's so desperate to just see Tae's face and hear his voice. So he pleads again.

"Tae, I'm begging you. I won't touch you. I'll stay on the other side of the room. Just please give me a chance to tell you everything I've been waiting to say for a month." Jungkook says in a hoarse voice. Please Tae. I love you so much. He feels his tears again. Not knowing that Taehyung is just on the other side of that door, also sobbing.

Taehyung wants to slam the door open and jump into Jungkook's arm. He wants to hear all about how it was a misunderstanding and that Jungkook only wants him—but Tae can't let himself give into such fantasies. So he decides to do the only thing he knows best, run. He quickly transforms and jumps out of his window. His movements so swift that it took Jungkook several minutes to realize Tae's scent was gone.

He felt defeated. "He left again." Jungkook stood up from his position in front of Tae's door and descended the stairs. Placing the things he brought for Seokjin on the counter and walking out. Not saying another word to his friends that were just as much a mess as he and Tae were.

Tae didn't know how long he had been running. Nor did he know what territory he was in. The forest went on forever. The only thing he knew is that it had been over and hour and he needed to stop. Tae finally took refuge near a small river bank.

It was only a few minutes whenever he felt a cold chill go up his spine, knowing it wasn't a good sign. Suddenly he could smell wolves.. several of them. He began to feel terrified. He was a male omega, in his wolf form. He could no longer hide his identity and he had no idea who the wolves approaching him were.

Tae prepares himself for what is sure to be an exhausting fight whenever he begins to feel light headed. His body grows so weak that his wolf shys away and he is left in his human form—naked.

He tries to look around when everything goes blurry as it fades to black.

Bzz Bzz Bzz

"Hoseok? What's going on?"

"Namjoon, I need you to meet me at the riverbank just north of the Solar packs base. I've lost Tae's spirit map. That was the last pinpointed location."

Namjoon can tell by Hoseok's urgent tone that this is serious. He also knows that the spirit map can only be broken whenever the holder is unconscious. He quickly transforms into his wolf darting out of his house. Sending a thought transmission to Seokjin, Yoongi, Jimin, JM, Asuna and Jungkook.

Hoseok has informed me that Taehyung could be in danger. I believe this is urgent. Please have all eyes out into the forests. Either look for Tae in his human form or in his wolf form. This is sudden, but I trust all of you and my son's life could be on the line. Taehyung is a male omega. His wolf form is white and he radiates a multicolored aura. He is the only male omega alive currently. If you see that aura it is Tae. Notify me immediately and do not let him out of your sight.

Jimin, Yoongi and Jungkook are currently in the conference room of the solar pack whenever the transmission comes through. Yoongi and Jungkook both immediately transform into their wolves and dart into the woods. Splitting up, planning to cover as much ground as possible. Meanwhile Jimin rushes to find Asuna. If this threat is serious—we are going to need her.

~3 hours later~

W-what? Where am I?

Taehyung is doing his best to familiarize himself with his surrounding but all that he can see is black. There is nothing around him. He goes to get up but feels the shackles on his wrists and ankles. He is chained to a wall. How did this happen? I was just running through the woods?

Taehyung began to cry. Hobi, please. If you can somehow hear my thoughts. Please s-save me. He knew Hobi couldn't read his mind but it was his only option at the moment.

He hears footsteps approaching and immediately feels terrified. He has no idea who is approaching.

"Seems like someone finally woke up?"

Taehyung would recognize that smug voice anywhere. Bogum.

"What the hell do you want with me?!"

"I always knew something was special about you Tae. From the moment I saw you as a young pup." Bogum places a finger on Tae's chin, forcing his eyes to meet his own. "Now with that damn Hoseok and meat head alpha out of the way, you're finally mine."

Bogum licks his lips as he pulls Tae in closer. Forcing a kiss that sends chills down Tae's spine. Memories of Cana's party come flooding back and Taehyung feels disgusted. None of this would've happened if I didn't run away. If I would've just faced my fears and spoke to Jungkook. Jungkook, Yoongi. Where are you?

Taehyung can't even muffle his cries whenever he feels a harsh smack on his face.

"You're seriously going to sit and cry while I'm giving you my love and care?!" Bogum spat with anger.

"All I wanted was to be your mate Tae. Just let me claim you. Then I can set you loose from these shackles and we can go back to normal." Trying his best to put on a sweet smile. Bogum was desperate to mate with and impregnate the ravishing wolf in front of him. Tae was sure to produce a pure blood, hell he may even produce another male omega. Perfect to take build up the Rogue packs with.

Taehyung suddenly felt a burst of confidence. "My mate is Jeon Jungkook. So no, Bogum, you cannot claim me. I would rather die then spend my life mated to a disgusting wolf such as yourself." Tae then prepares himself for another smack or punch.

Nothing. Silence. He is alone again, Bogum left. For a split-second Tae feels relieved until he thinks about his position.

Is he going to leave me here to die?
