As myriad of childhood pictures continued to dance across the projector, he silently stood and watched those beautiful memories while secretly praying that his beloved shows up on time, wearing the dress he so dearly wanted to see her in. Lost in his magical thoughts, he failed to notice that his prayers were magically fulfilled but after a huge effort of her students by convincing her and bringing her to this picturesque location.

Dressed in a breathtakingly exquisite long red gown decorated with white colored tiny beautiful pearls and intricate silver colored stonework, she entered the glamorously decorated garden while her eyes sparkled with amazement and ecstasy as she looked at her surroundings which were dazzling with beauty and magnificence. Her hair were tied into a beautiful messy bun, while few strands kissed her cheeks playfully as she twirled to have a clear glance of the beautiful decorations.

As soon as he sensed something strange in the air, he slowly turned only to experience a layer of numbness spread across his soul as his body stiffened with surprise when his eyes landed on the love of his life.

Her students came running happily by her side and held her hands ready to drag her towards the hall as she watched them with amazement.

"What's all of this for, Shahveer?" She asked, still not ready to believe that what she was experiencing was not a dream.

He smiled and pulled a rope which was dangling by his side, which eventually resulted in a heavy shower of rose petals all over her. She clapped her hand against her mouth while looking at the huge bucket full of rose petals falling all over her from the top.

"Happy birthday, my beloved!" He whispered in her ears as she watched him with amazement.

"You remembered?" Her eyes widened with shock.

"Of course my Marshmallow!"

He smiled and immediately grabbed her hand and dragged her towards the beautiful river flowing outside, where a huge triple story pink colored cake was resting flawlessly on the table.

"Shahveer, why did you___?"

"No questions for today! Only enjoyment, come on!" He immediately interrupted as he sensed her surprised emotions and pulled her towards the table where her students were already waiting with excitement.

"Blow the candles, and make a wish!" Shahveer smirked while straightening his collars, as if he knew what her wish was going to be.

She slowly blew all the candles and smiled as she watched Shahveer, holding Raniya in his arms, and tickling her making her giggle hilariously. As soon as she started to cut the cake, Shahveer quickly applied the cake's cream on her whole face, making her eyes widen with shock, while the kids laughed hysterically.

"Wait for the revenge, looser!" She shouted as he started to run, and started chasing him with anger.

"Catch me if you can, Miss Hooriyah!" He mocked and ran as fast as he could, but she didn't give up and continued to run after him, just as they used to back in the childhood.

After running for two more minutes, she ran out of breath and stopped by the garden where her gaze eventually landed on the projector on which thousands of photographs from childhood were being displayed in the form of a slideshow, melting her heart away with lots of unexplainable emotions.

"You were such a tomboy, back then!" Whispered Shahveer while standing behind her.

"And you were so girly, Shahveer. Mama's boy. Always clinging to your mother and complaining about me!" She giggled adorably as he gave her an annoyed look.

"Oh come on, admit it or not, I was always charming and hot since I was little. At least I knew how to break the neck of your horrible dolls!"

He smirked while giving a satanic look, to which she rolled her eyes.

"Well well of course! But don't forget how you always ended up crying when I used to break your umbrella in return!"

Both of them burst into laughter.

"Where did you get these pictures from?" She asked with surprise.

"I asked Alizeh, and Mom and Dad to email all of them to me, so they did!" He smiled innocently.

"How sweet! Thanks for making this day so much memorable for me Shahveer!" She smiled back.

"Well the real fun still awaits! " He winked as he pointed towards the dark grey horizon where the clouds had already started to threaten a heavy downpour.

"Is it going to rain?" Asked Hooriyah with a mixed feeling.

"Well I think so_____"

And as soon as he tried to complete his sentence, the clouds burst into a deafening and ferocious downpour.

As it started to rain wildly, the kids immediately left the hall and ran outside, leaving both of them alone.

"Shoot! I must go inside!"

Shahveer covered his head with his jet black leather jacket and ran inside the hall while she chose to stay.

"Come inside Hooriyah, or else you would catch flu"

He shouted from a distance but his voice was barely audible as the loud sound of the rain intervened.

She remained silent, wondering if she should break the rules she had been following since five years or not.

It was raining heavily, making her heart feel warm again. She hadn't danced in the rain since five years just because it reminded her of that dreadful night. But tonight, an urge to step outside and feel each and every drop of rain on her skin once again, was driving her crazy.

She wanted to break her own rules  and enjoy every single drop till her soul gets drenched as she wanted to wipe away the cunning memories of the past. As her heart raced with happiness, she finally decided to step out in the garden which was beautifully decorated with red and white roses and lovely dim lights which were spreading a romantic atmosphere everywhere.

"I am sorry Veer, but I think I really want to catch flu tonight!"

She laughed and waved at him, ready to experience her most favorite part of nature as he watched her with amazement.

As soon as she stepped out, the rain mercilessly pelted down on her beautiful gown while she screamed with joy, reminiscing all of those old days when she never missed a chance to dance in the rain.

"How foolish was I to ignore this beautiful rainfall since five years, isn't it Shahveer?"

She asked him without looking back and prepared to madly drench herself tonight as he smiled and watched her silently from a little distance, while an unexplainable emotion sparkled in his deep olive green eyes.

"Don't you wanna enjoy this blissful downpour?"

She asked while giggling adorably.

"Nah, I told you before too. I hate rain!"

He scrunched his nose.

"Then you must be an idiot, Veer!"

She laughed and slowly spread out her long creamy arms, ready to welcome this heavy downpour and squealed with delight as she started to get wet from head to toe.

The last time Shahveer had watched her like this, was when she was enjoying with Alizeh in the rain. He had never seen so much ecstasy in someone's eyes while dancing in the rain before. She was the true meaning of pluviophile, which made her look even more attractive and gorgeous, thus melting his heart, horribly away.

She was the most beautiful girl he had ever seen in his life.

He hated rain, but watching her twirl magnificently in that gorgeous gown, all drenched, was speeding up his heartbeat, driving him insane, making him fall in love with rain for the very first time in his life.

This woman was terribly driving him insane.

He wanted to avert his eyes from her as it felt sinful to him, but she had pathetically hypnotized him and all he could see was just her drenched, fragile form.

And that's when his patience slowly started to fade as it was becoming difficult to control his emotions and feelings which were accelerating horribly inside his heart since five years, and now they were going to explode any second.

It was time to confess his love!

Right now!

He finally decided to step out in the garden to join his beloved as these distances were annoying him and causing him immense pain. He was dying to confess his feelings to her, and now was the right time. He knew that she won't be able to control her happiness when he proposes her.

Unaware of being watched and followed madly by her insane lover, she continued to twirl in the rain with her arms spread wide open, allowing each and every drop to pierce down her soul.

Unknowingly, he came really close to her due to the strange force of attraction which pulled him like a magnet towards her and within a blink of an eye, she collapsed into him while her arms wrapped around his drenched neck as he held her waist to maintain balance.

They continued to stare at each other for what seemed like an eternity.

She watched the sparkling drops of rain trickle down his large angelic eyes, lips and then collars of his dark black shirt while all he could see was her trembling rosy lips and cheeks which had turned all crimson due to heavy blushing. Few strands of hair were glued to her face which were badly drenched making him want to remove it from her face.

She started to feel weak in the knees as his closeness was driving her insane while all he wanted to do was control his heartbeat which was racing as fast as it could. Her body was stiffened with terror while his eyes were still glued to her soft and delicate lips. She could feel his hold tighten around her waist, making her mind spin wildly while all he could feel was being wooed by the intensity of her unique and extremely heartwarming beauty.

When she realized that she was surrendering herself to the discomfort brought to her by his bold moves, she immediately removed her arms from his neck and turned back in order to leave, only to be grabbed back again by a stronger grip around her arms this time. Her back was facing him while he tightened his grip around her arms, not allowing her to leave at any cost as she tried to resist.

And when she tried her best to release herself from his hold, he finally started to lose his sanity and patience as he came much closer to her. So much so, that she could feel the warmth of his breath on her drenched neck and her collarbones.

"Wh....What are you doing, Shahveer?"

She stammered with nervousness but he chose to remain silent and tighten his grip further.

She slowly closed her eyes as he started to dig deep into her skin. She felt his lips softly brush through her neck as he inhaled her heavenly fragrance making her feel numb to the core, raising goosebumps all over her drenched body.

"Veer!"

She moaned with pain as her eyes twinkled with tears, not ready to believe what was happening.

He turned her back forcefully so that she could face him. She was badly shivering with terror while his eyes were red and swollen as he breathed heavily. He moved an inch closer and politely removed the strand of hair from her face making her heart pump faster. Without even giving any other chance for her to say anything else, he wildly started to kiss her with so much force and insanity that she couldn't resist any further.

"Stop it, Shahveer!"

She yelled ferociously and pushed him back with full force but that wasn't enough as he had totally forced himself over her tonight.

He gently pushed her and pinned her to the wall behind her, making her eyes widen with horror.

She started to weep innocently as she wasn't expecting such type of behavior from a man who she thought had changed a lot in these years. He slowly came closer and gently wiped her tears with his thumb, as she pleaded him with her eyes to leave, without saying a single word.

But it felt as if he had totally lost it tonight.

"I love you!"

He whispered coldly in her ears, making a shiver run down her spine as he came closer to inhale that divine fragrance of her, and as soon as he started to surrender himself to the storm of insanity once again, she luckily managed to push him harder, with full force and before thinking anything else, she raised her hand and slapped him with all the anger, as harshly as she could.

His body stiffened with shock as he stared at her with disbelief, while his hand slowly reached to the cheek which was burning and stinging due to the harsh slap.

"WHAT THE HELL DO YOU THINK WERE YOU DOING SHAHVEER?"

She yelled at the top of her lungs as he stared at her with anger, while breathing heavily.

"YOU NEVER CHANGED! YOU NEVER CHANGED! YOU ARE THE SAME SHAHVEER I LEFT FIVE YEARS AGO. A MAN WITH A DIRTY PAST AND A DIRTY MIND! I thought you were a different person, but you are the same sinful drunk alcoholic man. How dare you kissed me? How dare you? How dare you kissed a woman who's not even in your Nikkah ? I was wrong, I thought you changed but I was wrong. You are the same old Shahveer who loves to do these haram things with women!"

She cried and shouted simultaneously, while holding her head in disbelief.

"I am in love with you Hooriyah! I have left my past behind just because of you! I am madly and deeply in love with you! Why can't you see?"

He looked at her with disappointment.

"Is this what you call love? This is not love! This is nothing but just lust!"

She spat those words with anger as she cried mercilessly.

"I am sorry, I didn't mean to hurt you. It's just that you are driving me insane day by day and I couldn't control myself while watching you like this. I just lost my patience but that's not what I wanted to happen. It happened just because you have driven me crazy since five years Hooriyah and I couldn't take it anymore!"

He came closer as she stepped back.

"Stay away from me. You are disgusting. Your lust filled eyes are making me feel cringe and want to vomit. You are nothing but just a pathetic, sinful man who deserves hell. I hate the day when I fell in love with you. I curse the day when I fell in love with a man who loves women for their beauty and their body, instead of loving their soul and heart! I was an idiot! But now I am glad that I hate you. Because you deserve this!"

"I want to marry you Hooriyah! Please don't insult my love and my feelings like this!"

"Wow! Looks like the history is repeating itself, isn't it? Go back to that love thirsty Soniya and do all of these filthy acts with her. There is no place in my heart for those who cross their limits!"

She yelled again as he cried innocently.

"I have left all of them five years ago. They don't mean anything to me. Please don't do this Hooriyah! I have waited for five years just to get you back! Please forgive me, and marry me. I'm willing to do Nikkah with you right now, but please don't leave me, please don't hate me!"

"I can't marry you, Shahveer! I can't ruin myself by spending my life with a man who is an owner of such a dirty soul!"

Her voice lowered with pain.

"WHY? WHY CAN'T YOU MARRY ME? JUST BECAUSE OF ONE FAULT WHICH HAPPENED UNINTENTIONALLY, YOU ARE NOT GOING TO MARRY ME? JUST BECAUSE I KISSED YOU? IS THAT ONLY MY FAULT? ASK YOURSELF FIRST, WHY ARE YOU DELAYING SOMETHING BECAUSE OF WHICH I LOST MY CONTROL? WHY ARE YOU NOT MARRYING ME HOORIYAH? WHY ARE YOU MAKING ME WAIT FOR SOMETHING WHICH OUR RELIGION HAS ALSO ALLOWED US TO DO IF TWO PEOPLE ARE IN LOVE WITH EACH OTHER AND THAT IS MARRIAGE! I KNOW YOU ARE IN LOVE WITH ME AND YOU KNOW MY INTENTIONS TOO, THEN WHY ARE YOU NOT MARRYNG ME AND DRIVING ME CRAZY LIKE THIS, FORCING ME TO OPT FOR A SINFUL PATH?"

He shouted at her ferociously as she watched him with disbelief.

"Because I am already engaged to Hammad! And I am marrying him next month, and there is nothing you could do about it!"

She barely whispered as she watched him silently break with pain.

"What?" His voice cracked with pain as she stared at him blankly.

"You heard right! I am marrying Hammad next month, and I am already engaged to him. I should have told you before but I think this is the right time!"

She tried her best to control the pain in her voice.

"What the hell are you saying Hooriyah? I know you are angry on me, but why are you doing this to me? I know you love me Hooriyah, and I know you want to marry me!"

He blinked with disbelief, while a waterfall of tears cascaded down his face.

"In what sort of fantasy are you living Shahveer? My love died for you the day you ruined my self respect in front of those lunatic friends of yours. I only forgave you because I wanted to consider you as my friend. The word love does not exist in my dictionary anymore!"

She fired back with a cold voice.

"You don't love me Hooriyah?" He laughed painfully as he reassured, still not believing her words.

"Of course I don't. And now, I only hate you for what you did a few seconds ago. It shows that offering all those prayers  in front of me was just a show off. You were doing nothing intentionally. You are still the same, and I hate you for this and always will!"

She sobbed as she continued to complain.

"You betrayed me! I didn't do any kind of show off. But you made me believe that loving you was easy and still allowed. You cheated me!"

He cried painfully while complaining as she remained silent,

"You have damaged my soul beyond the repair tonight and I guess this is how you took the revenge for what I did to you five years ago. You broke my heart into millions of pieces Hooriyah!"

He moaned with pain as she continued to sob silently.

"Perhaps your love for me which you confessed five years ago was fake! Because love never fades upon witnessing the dark sides of your beloved ones. Your love was fake and selfish! You cheated me, you knew that I had madly fallen in love with you but you still chose that idiot over me! You cheated me and I will always hate you for this!"

He wiped his tears as he watched her with disgust.

"Just leave Shahveer! You are not in your senses right now!"

Hooriyah murmured painfully.

"Don't worry dear! I will leave! Only to come back never again. You will regret later when you would be dying to see my face, but I won't be there! Because without you, this life is useless and I don't want to live anymore. You would be really happy when I won't be there to show you this sinful face of mine. You will always regret. You will always regret Hooriyah! Just wait and watch!"

She remained silent.

"Even Allah forgives the wrongdoer if he repents with sincerity, but people? People never forgive! Never!'

He shouted with frenzy.

"They love to make you recall your sinful past again and again, making you feel dirty, filthy and worthless all of a sudden!"

He cried harder as she stared at him blankly.

"Allah forgives, but people don't!"

He wiped his tears innocently as he came very much closer to her once again and held both of her arms harshly while she continued to watch him with pain.

"Bohat ghuroor hai na tumhy jannati hony pr?"

(You feel so proud of belonging to Paradise, right?)

She shivered as he glared at her with his red fiery eyes, boring right through her soul.

"Mjh sy zyada gunahgaar koi ho he nae skta right?"

(No one could be more sinful than me, right?)

She winced with pain as he tightened his grip around her arms further, laughing while watching her like this and leaving just half an inch between.

"Hum sb to yahan hein he jahannumi? To phir ye jannat b sirf or sirf tumhy he mubarak ho!"

(And now that the rest of us are going to be thrown in hell, congratulations for getting the Paradise all booked for yourself! )

He finally stepped back with a completely destroyed heart and angrily kicked the beautiful glass table due to which it fell on the floor and broke into pieces while she watched him leave and didn't dare to stop him as she knew that if she stopped him again, she would lose the battle she had been fighting since five years.

She wanted him to leave and that's what he did, for what he did tonight was unforgivable at any cost as loving a man with such a pathetic character had started to force her to hate herself more than she was hating Shahveer right now!
