After ending the conversation, manik was busy in his phone and scrolling through his Instagram sipping his favourite hot chocolate. He saw a like on his post from profile Nandini murthy. Manik smirks seeing the like and  He wanted to send a friend request and check her posts, he was a bit hesitant in the start but then ,

Manik pov-
Her display seems so pretty, what should I do? Oh common I am her boss I can send her . Let me send her a friend request .

Starlight Apartment

Nandini was with Sharon , talking about her personal life and there a notification popped - manik malhotra sent u a friend request .

Her eyes widened seeing it, she tried hiding it but Sharon saw her hiding something, she snatched her phone and Nandini closed her eyes, hiding her face .

Sharon: ohh, the hot boss has sent you a friend request haan .

Nandini: oh common so what it's just you know because we are working together on a project .

Sharon: ya right, not gonna buy it, the way that coffee incident , the way he looks at you dude, something is definitely brewing in his mind .

Nandini: chalo ab goodnight , kal I have to go early for presentation let me sleep , they hugged and sharon went in her room

Meanwhile, Nandini scooped inside her blanket and opened her Instagram , she bit her lip , did think about it but accepted and followed him back .

As soon as he got the notification of her request accepted and she followed him back , he saw that and had a smirk on his face .

He saw her latest Instagram post and saw a picture which got him stuck his gaze on it , for a long long time .

He saw her picture , gazing or should I say lusting her sexy figure, her sexy curves were seen . Her perfect body . She was looking drop dead hot in her black swimsuit. Her milky thighs were visible . He had really wild thoughts about her at the moment but shooing away he moved to the next post .

The next post was an enchanting smile, the only thing that can really attract me physically was her beautiful smile. It was peaceful, soothing her long hair , small nose and chubby cheeks . He just wanted to pull it right away.

Something he missed , he saw that both the pictures pic credit was - someone special, that got him thinking a lot .

Manik pov-

looking at her beautiful pictures I got so lost in her that I forgot to see the PC. Who the fuck is someone special? What if she has boyfriend? A boyfriend, maybe someone from Mangalore . God no. I mean I don't know I really want her to be single .

Ruffling his hair angrily he just shut his phone and went off to sleep.

On the other side she thought to check his posts
It was his one of the cousins wedding picture which he had attended

Nandini's pov-

is he for real ? His captions are so sarcastic. (She did have a light smile on her face) . Traditional does suit him alot, he has a cute smile why doesn't he smile often?

Next picture flipped her mind , it was his hot workout picture.

Omg , who knew under his well built shirt it was his hot body, Nandini he is your boss ka son. Focus. But who's gonna see it? Let me check him out here . Nicee.. he does have abs, but guys like manik I am sure he would be having hell lot of girlfriends in his life .She murmured it sadly looking at his picture. But why does it bother me if he has or not. Nandini please  . She tied her hair in bun and slept

Next morning .

Manik and nandini entered their cabin together, nandini smiled at him and he looked at her beautiful face with light makeup and her soft makeup and he gave her his sweet smile but then he remembered the someone special and he immediately went near his desk and started working on the presentation as it was the big meeting today at 11am.

She noticed his unusual behaviour, "she thought abhi toh smile karaha tha achanak kya hua"

Preparations were going on for the meeting she was working there on the laptop connecting the usb with a huge screen where it will be played .
He entered the meeting room with his dad without giving her any glance at her and came with the hershey's team , she sat in the last chair and saw him giving the presentation.

Everyone clapped and they signed the deal . They all hugged each other and were happy .
Hershey's team- the presentation was so good, manik you did a great job . Manik smiled

Manik: sir the presentation was done by our very talented intern - nandini murthy

Hearing her name, Nandini's eyes shot up and he gestured to her to come ahead. They all appreciated me . His dad and everyone , I saw him and he winked at me making my eyes widened and my cheeks turned pink.

I tucked my hair behind, there his dad came to me

Shrikant : Nandini you did a great job. We have a party tonight for this big deal and all are invited . Join us at 8pm and the address will be mailed to you.

Nandini- I will sir

After leaving the meeting room, I and Manik were still in the room. I started packing my bag as the meeting got over and it was 4pm already and we all had to get ready . I was about to turn and I felt someone holding my wrist . I turned and saw him behind me holding my wrist , I looked into his eyes and he was moving towards me and now I was caged between him and the wall . He was standing so close I could feel his breath on my face , he tucked my hair behind my ear and I closed my eyes lightly.

Manik: Ek question puchu, if you don't mind

Nandini : um haa sir

Manik: I saw your Instagram pictures , who is that someone special

Nandini: oh so you stalked me and she giggled

Manik: don't try to act smart, and as if u didn't and liked my pic too. and he was pressing himself more against her . Bolo, is he your boyfriend?

Nandini: um sir, why should I tell you

Manik: Nandini don't test my patience and tell me

Nandini: that special my best friend

Manik:  or uss best friend ka naam

Nandini- phir kabhi and at least my captions were better than yours

Manik: ohh so you agree u  stalked my posts hmm

Nandini: she was lost in his eyes and was stumped dint know what to say , she was like "woh woh" and then heard knock on the door

Blushingly, she ran of the room and he smirked and he said to himself "see you at that party doll, just like a small doll the way she blushes , and hmm so she stalked my Instagram too." And i promise I will find this someone special friend gonna be fun , lets see how this goes😌
