After returning from office , as decided Sharon and nandini freshened up to get ready for clubbing. Sharon walks up to Nandini, who just came out of shower drying her hair .

Sharon: Nandini, you being so much judgemental about "Manager and Intern should be professional"

And today you are ready for the party? She asked her, raising her eyebrow.

Nandini: (started, biting her lip she was in the dilemma of what to answer) so she started playing with her strands of hair and just shied away.

Sharon chuckles and leaves from there.

Nandini's Pov

What Sharon said was right? What are these feelings, it's getting me so anxious ? I am just letting go of my guard but it feels good with him. He is different, I guess I judged him too easily and I am very sure nothing can be more than friendship between us . I can't let my past overcome me. I have been the most toxic person in the past and repeating mistakes is not what I want. She sighs and gets ready for the party .

Sharon and nandini walked down the building and there they saw manik leaning to the car looking smoking hot in black and black outfit. Nandini was flabbergasted seeing him leaning on the car and he turned his head towards her and saw her right into the eyes with so much passion.

Sharon was just enjoying the show, if looks could kill there would be thundering , she chucked thinking about it .

Maniks pov

As soon as my head turned , and there I saw Nandini in that beautiful short White net dress , when did she not surprise me? The more I try not to think about her in that way and there she goes. She was looking like a freaking greek goddess in white. Her curves are fucking adoring her milky white skin . She is literally tempting me. Her legs are so sexy and she wore heels , haha Of Course .I want to caress her thighs, and kiss her sexy mole on her right thigh. Her sexy brown hair falling on her one shoulder making me uncontrollable . Ugh! Manik focus. Sharon is there too ! BEHAVE ! I am feeling as if I am losing my sanity with her .

Nandini's pov

Sharon coughed and we broke our eye contact, and there was the most second hand embarrassment . I knew she was going to bombard me with a lot of questions. God, can the earth just swallow me up? But look at that man, he looks so gorgeous in black. Who would say he is just the HR of this big company? He looks like a Hollywood star. Nandini ugh, be serious .

Just then manik speaks ,

Manik: Um, I thought I should pick you guys up, as you wouldn't know the address looking a bit here and there as his gaze was caught by sharon

Sharon: That's so sweet of you sir, and she gave a wink to nandini making her eyes widen .

Just then swayam arrives on his bike and tells sharon to join him, and tells nandini to come with "Manik sir" and both wink at her and leave for the club.

Manik and nandini were both getting awkward because of the intensity they shared a few mins back, but finally breaking the silence manik tells her to sit in the car . The car ride was silent, both just kept stealing small glances at each other . They both reached the club and already Sharon, swayam and maniks friend were waiting for them. They all greeted each other but there she saw alya.

Alya went and hugged manik very tightly , making him uncomfortable, this was noticed by nandini. She looked sideways , trying to ignore it. Her hands were turned into fist .

Alya was wearing a blue deep cleavage dress, and she was holding maniks hand, she wasn't letting his hand go off her grip . Which was making Nandini more furious . Sharon gave her a light nod, making her bit calm.

Cabir took everyone to the ViP section , where they can privately enjoy the dance, drinks and food .

Cabir gave everyone the tequila shots , Manik looked at Nandini if she was okay with it. He asked her lightly if she was comfortable. She gave a light nod and smile . Everyone 🥂 and drank the shots . There was music being played . Sharon and swayam were grooving, they took cabir and his other friends on the floor.

They took nandini manik and alya along too, manik was watching nandini groove on the songs and she was looking smoking hot, her tiny petite figure was enough to blow him off his mind .

Everyone started dancing and had to exchange couples, just then manik and nandini were paired. They were grooving looking into each other's eyes so intensely. Manik leaned down on to her ear , his lips brushed lightly with her ear making her shiver, and he spoke huskily " You look very stunning" and then they looked back to each other, him lost in her, and her biting her lip and her cheeks turned red . She was smiling and blushing. He was making her twirl and pulling back to him again and again.

This was all noticed by alya, which was making her insecure, she swapped her partners immediately and manik with her and nandini with swayam. Manik and Alya were dancing but his eyes were on nandini. He just wanted to grab her waist and dance with her all night. Nandini was dancing with swayam but her attention was on manik and alya. There, Alya turned his head and kissed him right above his mole but it looked as if she kissed him on lips , making manik shock and he left her immediately.

Nandini pov

What the actual fuck? Did she just kiss him? How can this stupid bitch kiss manik? Is she insane? And god why is he not pushing her off . This is making me crazy, I just wanna puke right here . She excused herself and ran to the washroom. Manik saw her leaving and he told his friend that he would be back , all were dancing so they didn't notice anything. Alya kept drinking; she wasn't in the right state of mind .

Nandini ran to the girls washroom panting , as it was the VIP section there was no one there . She lost control of her anger, more than alya she was angry at Manik. How could he allow that? She was restless. She was pacing here and there in the washroom.

Nandini's pov

What the hell , I know I am freaking no one to interfere but this is wrong, how could he let her have him so easily. I don't wanna turn this possessive shit nandini again, but he is my friend. That's what I think. God I just wanna punch him right there, cant he set some boundaries.

Manik entered the washroom, and there he saw Nandini fuming with anger. He went close to her before he could hold she shrugged him off harshly. He knew she saw that , but why is it bothering her?

Manik: Nandini, why did you run away from there ?

Nandini: Oh do you care? Why don't you continue the dance with your limfomaniac? In Fact sorry why don't you continue your kiss

Manik: what? It wasn't a kiss she tried but I left her immediately.

Nandini: Stop lying you liar, I saw from right behind she kissed you .

Manik : held her wrist tightly, gazing right into her eyes , his eyes turned red and said "It wasn't a kiss okay and why do you care"? Aren't we just friends

Their lips were just an inch apart, and something got onto Nandini, her heart was beating fast, she immediately captured his lips with her and kissed him passionately. Manik was shocked, infact shocked would be an understatement , he didn't know how to react first. In fact he was numb. His eyes were widened . She kissed him so passionately, biting his lower lip which gave him access to his mouth she kept sucking his lower lip. Manik cupped her cheeks and kissed her luscious lips and then manik caught her waist tightly kissing her back .

Nandini immediately realised and pushed manik and left the washroom and went . Manik was shocked , first her being so angry at him just because of alya, and then her kissing him . As soon as manik came, he asked cabir about nandini, he said that she left with sharon and swayam as she wasn't feeling well.

Manik wanted answers, he knew this wasn't just friendship now he was sure not just from his side but from her side too.
