Confessions of love

The bunker was silent, Dean sat alone on the floor of his bedroom reading. He had surrounded himself with hundreds of large books and parchments which were scattered across the room.
His headphones lay on his desk top, un-used and un-touched. Now wasn't a time for music.
Suddenly all he was able to think about was Cain. How was he able to control such a mark for so long? Dean scratched his arm, looking down towards the his skin. It disgusted him.
Angered, he threw the book he currently held across the room, hitting the wall as pages upon pages flew into the air.
His head in his hands, he was unable to think of a solution. The mark needed to be gone. A tear trickled down his freckly cheek, to which he frantically wiped his face with his sleeve.
'Cas.' He whispered, desperate.
He sat for a moment, before placing the book in front of him onto his lap, however before he could turn the page he heard the distant sound of wings.
'Dean.' Cas stood cross armed in the door-way.
Dean tried to wipe his tears before the Angel noticed, but he did.
Dean hadn't looked up at Cas, yet knew he was now standing over him. Dean stood, looking down at the floor.
He sunk into Cas' arms and embraced the familiar smell.
'Dean?' Cas released him and looked him directly into his swollen eyes. Both were speechless, unable to utter a word.
Dean was then astonished as Cas' lips crashed against his, his arms around his waist, their lips locked together.
'Cas...?!' Dean stuttered trying to catch his breath.
'Dean.' He hesitated, 'I think I love you.'
Dean laughed at Cas' expression, he looked so innocent and confused.
'I love you too Cas.' To which Cas' expression changed instantly, he now wore a smile reaching ear to ear.
They had always felt this way without the others knowledge, always fearing the possibility of rejection.
Their lips met once again, but this time no one held back. They were now in a whirlwind of clothes flying across the room  as they frantically ripped them from each other's backs.
Dean shoved Cas up against the wall, bring his arms around his waist once again.

They now lay side by side bewildered. Neither knew what to say or do.
'So...' Dean trailed on, 'what now?'
Cas turned to look at Dean, who was laid on his back staring at the sealing.
'Hungry?' Cas swallowed.
'Always.'
Cas sat up, pulling his boxers over his knees, 'burgers?'
'Sure.'
They sat in silence at the table, Dean obviously enjoying his food. However to Deans surprise, he felt a hand upon his own; Cas looked him in the eyes as he swallowed the remaining burger in his mouth.
'I do love you Dean.'
'I've always loved you Cas.' Dean remarked as if it were the most obvious thing in the world. Which it was.
