PECAN LOGS

3 c. powdered sugar
7 oz. marshmallow cream
1 tsp. vanilla
14 oz. caramel candy, 1 bag (14 oz.)
3 tbsp. water
1 1/2 c. pecans, chopped

In a bowl, combine sugar, marshmallow creme and vanilla. Knead it until it's smooth, it takes a while. Shape into six 4 1/4 in. x 1 1/4 in. logs. Chill overnight.

Melt the caramels with the 3 Tbsp. of water until smooth. Dip logs into caramels; roll in pecans. Chill for 2 hours.
