Chase was driving back to the HQ after all events with Rocky and Connors' drivers when he heard his phone ringing and picked up the call - this caller was actually Everest, who was also having some own work by the way.

Chase: Hey!

Everest: 'Sup Chase! How's it going??

Chase: Just met Rocky and some guys from the band of Connor.

Everest: Sheesh! What are they up to our friend?

Chase: Well, Rubble was in debt on Connor and Rocky agreed to help with that.

Everest: And Rubble?! No freaking way! He's surely in danger!!

Chase: Calm down, Rocky almost paid it off.

Everest: Oh, ok. Where're you going now?

Chase: To the HQ for debrief.

Everest: Okie dokie. By the way, there's one surprise coming for you there, cya!

The police officer didn't even have time to ask about surprise as Everest hung up, making him even more confused. With these thoughts, Chase got to the HQ and went straight to debrief room, where his squad were here, including Chief.

Chase: Hey guys!

Nathan: Hey, Chase. Sit down.

The anthro Shepherd did so as his chief continued the talk.

Nathan: So, what we have?

Gordon: SUVs weren't registrated on their drivers. But still, Calum gave us all info.

Nathan: What's currently?

Joey: First of all, drivers didn't know what they were carrying, which is a usual thing in serious gangs. 

Chris: Cars were mega soundproof, so even guys who were inside the car couldn't hear anything else.

Nathan: Now that's interesting, seems like Connor knew that babies will expose him.

Chase: Did Rocky help them with that?

Danny: Yep... he requested your friend to make the car soundproof inside, so he'd reduce the debt of some other guy.

Chase: Shit, that's Rubble the guy.

Nathan: Another ex Paw Patrol member?

Chase: Yep, Rocky told me everything about this, I'll talk with him later.

Nathan: Good point! 

Joey: I need to check all cameras where these SUVs were appeared, so I can check where they were going. Unfortunately, cars were registered though, with number plates, but the last ones were false.

Nathan: Ok then... time's ticking so we need to pick up the pace. Chase, try to talk with Rubble tomorrow, Danny, go with Chase to note down words from him. Joey, you know your task, go for it and keep us updated! Chris and Gordon, we have a full data of kidnapped babies, talk with their moms and try to get more info about Connor.

Squad: Roger boss!

Nathan: You're all free.

The squad nodded and walked separate ways - that's when Chase spotted Skye who was waiting for someone, and this someone was him. It made the anthro Shepherd so curious that he walked to her without holding himself.

Chase: Hey.

Skye: Oh! Chase, I was waiting for you!

Chase: Should've guess this. So what's up?

Skye: Listen... I'm still so stressed about all these events. I need some company.

Chase: Wanna go somewhere together??

Skye: That's exactly what I'm asking!

Chase: Hmmm, alright.

The anthro Cockapoo smiled as they went to Chases' car and got in - her appearance was definitely the surprise Everest was talking about before, more though, Skye only confirmed his thoughts.

Skye: Surprised to see me?

Chase: Sort of hehe. Anyway, how about some milkshakes?

Skye: I know one place, let's go!

Then they drove away and this little hang out will surely tie them up. What does it mean - find out in next chapter.
