Hey guys, guess who's baaaacckk!!😚Yup, I've kept ya'll waiting long enough! Now that school is over and I can relax for a bit, I can update now as promised. I've decided to do multiple updates over the next few days because I can and definitely not because it was requested out of the good of someone's heart *cough*StrwbrysKiwi :) Alright lets get it started!💚💚

**Note: (reference to chapter four A/N)When I said the flame wolves have the intelligence oriented special abilities (aside from their elemental abilities of course, those also vary) I meant to add strategy to their category not the Earth wolf abilities, they just have battle/war as their specialties. I'll make a profile of all the abilities of the mc here when more of the characters are introduced. >^<

After Sai left, I could still feel his body warmth after the brief side hug we shared. It felt like a small flame had wandered through my body as his arm surrounded me, similar to the fiery glow that seemed to surround him. It was beautiful.  

I decided to start unpacking my stuff since I knew I wouldn't feel like doing it the next day. Since I'm a transfer student I arrived at a weird time and that happened to be right before spring break. I still had a few days of classes before it started though. 

I briefly gestured to the packet with my school info and it quickly floated over to me. I opened it immediately memorizing its contents, I decide to memorize the map to help me later on when I find my classes.  

Oh? Did I forget to mention that I have a lot of special psychic abilities. Normally, a water wolf can have 1-3(3 is still pretty rare) abilities but, I'm still finding out how many I have since they unlock over time, sometimes when I'm in need of some help. 

So far I have psychokinesis(telekinesis),psychometry(obtain info through touch), levitation, mediumship(communicate with spirits), aura reading and astral projection. I haven't mastered all of these which is the only down side to having a lot of abilities, it takes time to master one, let alone several abilities. Photographic memory comes with all these as a basic ability for us water wolves but, we can chose what we want to remember and can forget when we want to as well.

(Refresher)A/N: Elemental wolves can also have special abilities within their distinct clan. Flame Wolves tend to have the intelligence oriented ones. Water Wolves have the psychic related ones . Wind wolves, animal related ones. Earth wolves have battle/strategic related ones. The abilities of the Frost Wolf are unknown since the records made by previous Frost Wolves were lost to age.

(New)A/N**When considering the number of abilities an elemental wolf can have, the higher rankings in the wolf hierarchy or those in close relation to the head of the clans  can have 2-3 abilities. 3 still being rare as I said up top.^ Those in lower standing or regular members of each clan usually have 1, some few can have 2. In each clan, no one is treated differently for difference in amount of abilities whether your low ranking or high. Elemental wolves take care of each other and everyone has there own role that is important whether it's big or small. 

After organizing my stuff and putting up my posters, I decided I would find something to eat and explore a bit before getting ready for my classes tomorrow. Before leaving, I grab a Stray Kids hoodie and switch from my sneakers to some combat boots.(A/N: I give my characters things I want to wear some day ;) It feels like it's about to snow soon. 

As I walk out the dorms and down the stone path towards the food hall I hear voices and someone shouting. I soon see a small crowd of people cheering at what looks like to guys about to fight. One was a flame wolf and the other, a earth wolf, their auras were quite loud. 

I soon got to the front of the crowd and saw the earth wolf grow vines from the ground to point at the flame wolf. The flame wolf looked a bit annoyed but, calm and spoke. 

"Nazari what the fuck are you talking about asshole? I never touched your girlfriend, that bitch is annoying and more two faced than a slice of bread." 

"Don't give me that shit. I thought we were friends. I trusted you, then you go and pull this?!" 

"Why don't you ask your girlfriend's friends what's true, they were there when I "supposedly" started shit with her." The cool headed male made a flame dagger appear in his hand and pointed it at the friends of the boy's girlfriend. They all flinched and one shakily came forward as he gestured toward her in particular. 

"U-u-u-um...Lilac w-was lying, s-she is actually just jealous o-of you and how b-beautiful you are." She then went back to hide behind her other friend. "See? Wow, all this over something so childish." The flame wolf had a petty smirk on his face.

Nazari looked embarrassed and apologetic and said nothing. He then looked to his left pissed. "Lilac, the hell is wrong with you?!"

The girl name Lilac looked like she was about to cry with an ugly scowl etched on her face.

"I-I-I..." She then looked down at her shoes not responding. Ew no taste.

Everyone then started to disperse realizing how stupid the situation was, giving glances at Lilac as if to say how pathetic she was. 

"Ember, I apologize for my behavior, I was in the wrong. I should have believed you knowing how jealous Lilac gets. This is why I've decided to break up with her." He looked upset with himself. 

"What?!" Lilac looked like she was about to explode and cry some more as she glanced at Nazari. 

*Sigh*This is why you don't mess with people. Childishness is not appreciated in this context. 

The flame wolf accepts his apology saying they'll talk later and begins to walk away not giving Lilac another glance as she continues to busts a fuse. 

As I'm about to walk away, she summons a rain of rock shards and points them towards the flame wolf in anger. 

Without thinking, I freeze her rock shards and make my own pointing them towards her, with her screaming in the process. She them passes out afterwards with cuts covering her body...Oops. 

The flame wolf is beside me by time someone calls for the health ward. Everyone had magically come back to the place of the fight after hearing the commotion and were in awe. Some water wolves take her away levitating her stretcher to the ambulance and drive off. 

Everyone slowly disperses after coming up to me and saying awesome my attack was and how my reflexes were impressive. I ended up making a few friends before my first class, good job me pat pat. 

The flame wolf then turns to me with a huge grin on his face, different from the calm and smug demeanor he had a second ago. "Thanks for the help badass, I'll make sure to return the favor. My name is Ember, although you probably already know by the stupid situation that happened just now." 

I laughed a bit. "No problem, I'll hold you to that favor though. The names Nai, I'm a transfer. Just got here and already makin a scene."*sigh*

"That's the fun part about this place, besides the view and the food. Speakin of food, wanna grab a bite, my treat for helpin me out with that gremlin" he says in an excited tone. 

"Sure, why not." I said "I'm starving." I started walking back the way I came. 

"Oh no no no, we are not eating there. The food is good sure, but, you want a place with some mind blowing food and good atmosphere, we need to go to Avalon village." 

He started to lead me towards a forest path lit with star lanterns, fire flies crossed out path. We soon ended up at the top of a tree like staircase surrounded by flowers and descended, looking down upon a beautiful village filled with shops and food stall. 

*the first pic looks more like the staircases in the village shop square without the white bottom support under it, people also live here to. The second pic is the stairway to get to the village from campus, of course their are easier ways there but, what's the fun in that lol

**imagine warmer yellow tones instead of these violet ones. Also, picture the shops in a circular orientation and the shops look more cottage like with sighs hanging. There is also a center square. 

"What do ya think?" He said with a smug smile when he saw my jaw drop. 

"I think we should go down and gets some good ass food, this place is amazing." I said with a smile on my face, looking down at it in amazement 

In the words of Annie, I think I'm gonna like it here.

Fun Fact** I chose Avalon as the name since it reminded my of an old kid manga I was obsessed with where these three girls were the guardians of a portal. I'm such a nerd otaku and I'm living for it lmao. Also, Avalon refers to the isle of fruit and seen as King Arthur's sword Excalibur was forged and was his place to rest and recover his wounds like this village with it's food and atmosphere :)
