Since this story is based in a prison I tried to find outfits that were the closest to police officers :)

Gyomei:

Role: he is your older brother, not biologically but you two grew up together. He was already working at the prison and he actually inspired you to want to work there.

Shinobu:

Role: she is your sweet and caring boss and is also a friend you knew during high school but the two of you drifted apart after going different paths.

Sanemi:

Roles: works alongside Shinobu as her partner and you two have a lot of arguments (it's like a cat and a dog). He and Gyomei are good friends because they've been working together for a long time.

Mitsuri:

Roles: she is your best friend!!! Mitsuri also encourages you to work at the prison and is your no1 hype women.
