Darkness was consuming Matsuri. Her scar that was across her chest began to sting her entire body but she didn't care. All she cared was killing the man who killed her friends who cared about her...and her loved one. She clenched her fists tightly and when she did the beast behind her growled and prepared Itself to attack
"Hehe...you must be careful or else you'll lose yourself and you might end up killing yourself" Hojo said
"Shut up and fight asshole!" Matsuri shouted and threw a punch at him which ordered the beast to attack him. Hojo backed up trying to dodge the monstrous beast attack. Matsuri growled as the darkness went flowing through her veins. She growled and threw attacks at him ordering the beast to keep attacking him. Hojo was impressed by her movements and her teamwork with this demonic beast. The beast successfully attacked him that Hojo fell onto the ground and beast bit down on his arm then tore it off.
"GAAAAAAHHH!!! YOU BRAT!" Hojo exclaimed and stood up attacking the beast with his dark magic. The beast roared as Matsuri shouted and attacked once again stomping the ground. The beast did the same unleashing a dark aura. Hojo was in his demon form and ran up to the beast. The beast roared and jumped at him. Hojo blocked his attack as he backed up and attacked the beast. Matsuri felt the pain that the beast felt when it was attacked. Matsuri shook her head and shouted
"JUST FUCKIN DIE ASSHOLE!!! DIE!!! DIE!! DIE!! DIE!! DIE!!" Matsuri shouted as the beast attacked him. Hojo blocked his attack and used his power to heal himself again and his arm grew back
"Do whatever you want Mizusawa but you can't kill me..." Hojo said and laughed. Matsuri clenched her fists tightly and used all her energy using the beast to attack him
"FUCKIN DIE ALREADY!! DIIIIIIE!" Matsuri shouted and the beast charged at him with all of it's power. Hojo smirked and dodged the attacks then attacked the poor beast. Matsuri felt a painful and sharp pain throughout her body that she fell on the ground panting heavily. She clenched her chest tightly and struggled to breathe. Her beast fell and vanished
"You're so pathetic...you killed yourself again Mizusawa. You will always lose because you're a pathetic little bitch. Everyone here died because you dragged them all into this. You've hurt your friends again...and you will always hurt them...over and over again" Hojo said as he walked up to her. Matsuri had tears rolling down her cheeks and cried
"Cry all you want kid...no one will come and save you" Hojo said as he grabbed her hair lifting her up. Matsuri cried and her chest burned her heart
"Let's get this over with..." Hojo said as he was about to kill her by removing her heart until...
"GAAAAAAH!!! AAAAAAAAAHHHHH!!!!" Hojo cried in pain as he let go of Matsuri
"Leave her alone!" Harumin shouted as she attacked him from behind stabbing his chest. Hojo growled and punched her hard. Harumin fell back and landed on the ground groaning
"You fuckin bitch..." Hojo mumbled and healed himself. He glared at her then walked up to her
"J-just leave...her alone..." Harumin said
"Hehe...you're just like your mother. What a bitch she was...and so are you and your sister" Hojo said and clenched his fists tightly as he charged up his power. He raised his fist high up in the air as he was about to kill her for good but a light flashed upon him then he was knocked down. Hojo panted heavily and trembled
"You motherfucker... " Hojo mumbled glaring at the angel. Kori stood in front of Harumin protecting her
"Leave them alone" Kori said
"Hehe what are you going to do about it Pretty Boy?" Hojo asked. Kori growled and ran up to him then used his violent storm skill. Lightning strikes in front of Hojo and he backed up. He fell back and went back to his feet
"You son of a bitch" Hojo said and unleashed shadows that went after Kori. Kori released a bow then shot out many arrows at the shadows. Hojo ran up to him with his dark aura and raised his fist as he was about to punch him but Kori used a shield then kicked him hard. Hojo fell back but was still on his feet. He smirked and grabbed Matsuri
"Hey! Leave her alone!" Kori said
"Get close and I'll kill her immedi-Gaaaaah! WHAT THE FUCK!?" Hojo exclaimed letting go of Matsuri
"Reject Gang!!" The demons shouted and attacked Hojo at once combining their powers. Hojo felt a sharp stinging pain throughout his whole body and fell back. Matsuri's eyes widen and looked at the gang
"Leave Matsuri-chan alone!" Lina said as she attacked Hojo. Kori ran up to him and swinged an attack at him hard. The demons teamed up once again to fight Hojo and Kori helped them out by attacking after their attack. Hojo began to get weak by each of their attack. The gang who kept attacking started overusing their powers that it was hard for them to fight back. Hojo recovered himself and punched the ground hard unleashing his dark aura then the shadows came up to them. Kori glared at Hojo and ran up to him. Hojo growled and blocked his attack then attacked him. Kori blocked his attack and attacked him again and again. Hojo's eyes glowed and he used his full strength then pushed Kori back and kicked him hard knocking him down
"Ugh! You asshole!" Kori shouted and stood back up only getting another critical hit from Hojo. Hojo raised his fist and his eyes glowed bloody red as he used all his strength and punched Kori hard knocking him back. Kori coughed out blood and fell onto the ground groaning in pain
"You're pretty strong...for an original angel but you're not that strong" Hojo said panting heavily and looked at the other demons. Hojo attacked them knocking them down
"You guys are pathetic...you demons are weaklings" Hojo said. Matsuri groaned and opened her eyes seeing the Rejects on the ground and Kori injured. She looked at Harumin who was trembling and shaking
"S-senpai...senpai..." Matsuri mumbled and teared up. She stayed on the ground and her heart started to slow down. She breathed slower and her body went numb
"F-forgive me...I...I...give up..." Matsuri mumbled as tears rolled down her cheeks.

Her vision started to blur and closed her eyes. Suddenly she felt small raindrops hit her face and the rain started to pour. Matsuri groaned and slowly opened her eyes
"Give up? Is that what your planning? You're just going to give up like that?" She heard a man's voice
"Giving up won't solve anything. You must keep loving forward" She heard a lady's voice. Matsuri gasped and looked up. Her eyes widen and teared up
"Gr-grandpa...gr-grandma... " Matsuri mumbled and her lips trembled as she began to cry. She slowly stood up and looked down as she began to cry
"Gr-grandpa...grandma...I...I...I can't do this! I've failed to protect them! They're all dead because of me! I'm scared! I'm broken! It hurts being alone! I miss you both so much! I don't want to be alone! I hate being alone! I can't take it anymore!" Matsuri cried and covered her face. She then felt both of them hug her and she hugged back
"We're sorry we put you through this. We should've told you from the very beginning what we were" Her grandfather said
"This wouldn't have happened if I didn't hurt you. I'm sorry Matsuri. I know it hurts after what you been through...but you can't give up now" Her grandmother said
"B-but he's strong...I can't defeat him" Matsuri whimpered. Her grandparents let go of her and stood in front of her with their demon behind them. The one and only Demon King and a Fallen Angel
"Matsuri...you can defeat him but you can't defeat him by thinking negative. I know you're mad and that rage inside you is controlling you but what he is doing is absorbing that negative energy which makes him stronger" Her grandfather said
"B-but...I can't...I can't turn into an angel" Matsuri said
"That's because you're not feeling it from your heart" Her grandmother said
"Feeling what?" Matsuri asked
"You have to find that out for yourself..." Her grandmother said
"But now is not the time to give up...keep fighting...move forward...don't bring yourself down..." Her grandfather said and looked up as he merged with his demon. The same thing happened to her grandmother as well
"Protect them..." They whispered. Matsuri had tears rolling down her cheeks and clenched her fists tightly
'I will protect them!'
Matsuri gasped realizing she was still on the ground. The rain poured hard and watched as Hojo got near Harumin. Matsuri growled and stood up panting softly
"Leave her alone asshole!" Matsuri shouted grabbing his attention. Hojo stopped and turned around looking at her
"Hahaha! Back for more? I see. You do want me to kill you. I'll gladly kill you" Hojo said. Matsuri went into her fighting position and glared at him
"No matter what you do...you will never win. You'll die everytime you fight me and everyone who you loved and cared for will die as well...all because of you. Just give it up. Keep trying and you'll end up getting killed...like last time" Hojo said. Matsuri looked at him and chuckled softly
"You're wrong. I'm not going to die and neither are they. I will not give up. I will defeat you" Matsuri said as her shadow that was attached to her skin slowly vanished. Hojo's eyes widen and clenched his fists tightly
"You brat! Can't you see you fucked up everyone's life including yours!?" Hojo shouted as he attacked. Matsuri blocked his attack and smiled
"But I'm going to fix my mistakes. I did fucked up my entire life but I won't fuck up this time" Matsuri said as a spark of light ignited inside of her heart and her scar was slowly healing. Hojo's eyes glowed and growled furiously
This brat! I can sense she's trying to activate her angel form! Damnit! I need to stop her! I must stop her!
Hojo ran up to her and used his stored dark energy
"You're nothing! No one here will love you or care for you! You're just a freak that doesn't belong in this world! You don't belong anywhere! Just fuckin die!" Hojo shouted as he punched her hard and used up all his stored dark energy. He gasped as Matsuri was still standing and her arm was in perfect condition even though Hojo used all his power on her. Matsuri looked at him and used her other harm then punched him hard pushing him back. Hojo fell back into the muddy ground and wobbled a bit. Matsuri closed her eyes and smiled as she felt the rain pour on her. She sighed deeply and looked at him
"You're right. I am a freak and that's okay. I ended up meeting people who actually accepted me the way I am and helped me out. I know I failed to protect them...but I will safe their lives because they came here for me. Those people I have a deep connection with them and some I don't know them or have a connection with them at all but they came all this way to help me because they cared. They even fought by side to protect me. They gave up their lives for me because they cared. I care for all of them. I will give their lives back because they deserve it. They deserve to live!" Matsuri said as her body glowed and a bright light ignited from her heart. The bright aura spread through the area and soon the girls that were killed and the demons that were injured were soon healed by the archangel
"H-huh? What?"
"What the fuck happened!?"
"We're alive?!"
"We lived! Hallelujah!"
"Hell yeah! I'm an angel again!"
Harumin gasped and she looked around as she got her energy back. She looked at the bright aura she sensed from Matsuri and teared up
"M-matsuri..." Harumin whispered. Hojo growled and clenched his fists tightly
Shit...it seems like this is the end for me
Matsuri's bright aura glowed even more and two angel wings appeared from her back. She spread her wings open and strong armor appeared on her body then pulled out her sword. Miaseakuu appeared behind her in her angel form. The two glared at the demon and Matsuri merged with Miaseakuu. Matsuri lifted her sword up high and shined brightly
"I will protect them all and I will defeat you" Matsuri said. Hojo looked at her and smirked
Well well well...it seems fate had changed its mind
