" Mom relax abhi time hai 1 ganta "  Sidharth said to his mother who was getting super hyper on them . Sidharth Preethi were having their breakfast , Rita came and started ranting " aj tho jalde ut jate lakin nahi bhai behen ko sirf kam badana ata hai . " Ohh mate toda shant ho jate " Sidharth said eating his poha . He was looking all relax and chill .

Jaya and akash were staying back at home , akash showed some tantrums to go with them but as soon as he saw his uncle he went all quite . Sidharth aunt ( Jaya ) didn't wanted to come because of her old thoughts and beliefs , according to her a widow should not be a part of it . Everyone tried but she was stuborn didn't listen to anyone .

On the otherside Shehnaaz was freaking out , she had meet the family and also visited the prospective groom's house but the nervousness didn't faded . All the negative and positive possibilities were running in her thoughts .

Her friend had been helping her to calm at the same time teasing her to keep her mind distracted but after every 5 min she had been saying " kya hoga yaar , meku nahi karne shadi " .

After an hour , the elders were seated and talking . " Bache bhi ek bar baat karle " Rita said as Sidharth asked her before coming he wanted to talk before taking any decision .

Shehnaaz nervously smiled at him as they both were alone in her room . The door was open he sat on the chair as Shehnaaz sat on her bed .

Their was awkward silent in the room , Sidharth cleared his throat before speaking saying " Relax hojao , tum puri lal horahe ho " . As he observed her nervous state and colour changing of her face and he understood it's her first time .

Their was a bottle near him on the study table he grabbed it passing to her . She hesitately took her mumbling Thank You .

" Sorry " she said after sipping as she was feeling embarrassed thinking what he must be thinking of her .

" That's okay " he said with a small smile now .

" Shehnaaz " he called , she looked up at him .

" Tum kush ho matlab ye jo bhi horaha hai is rishte se " he said , she nodded at him giving him some relief .

" Tumhe koi problem tho nahi hain na , I mean you know our age difference right ? " He asked , he wanted to clear things which are bothering him . She is 23 year old and he is 28 ( soon to be 29 ) 6 years of difference .

She again nodded in no , when he said " Shehnaaz main tumhe kha tode raha hu , hum baat karne aye hai so do co-operate . Ye mera bhi first time hai ( serious wala ) " .

" Nahi mujhe koi problem nahi hai " she said .

" Okay , tumhe kuch puchna nahi hai ? " he asked .

" Hmm haa " she replied , nodding her head then continued saying " Mai apni job nahi chodunge " .

" Ohhkay " he didn't seem that was coming his way .

" Aur " he asked wanting to know what are her expectations from this alliance and him .

" What are your expectations from this marriage ? " She asked , he looked shock suddenly he felt like he was been interviewed . Then gathering his thoughts he replied " Understanding , Loving , caring ho aur jo family ko saath lee kar chale " .

She hmmed slight blush appeared on her face as she thought the same answer for the question she asked .

" We kind of have a joint family , meri Bua and my cousin brother bhi hamare saat he rahte hai so " he said asking her if she is comfortable with staying with family .

( We kind of live in a joint family , my aunt and cousin stay along with us so )

" Haa papa ne bataya , mai hamesha se family ke saath rahe hu " she said with slight confusion why did he asked this question .

Seeing her confused face he cleared it saying " Vo aj kal ladkiyan separate rehna chahte hai mostly so maine puch liya kyun ki mai apni family ko chod kar kabhi alag nahi rahunga " .

Listening him she got offended at first , not all girls are same and do not judge others without knowing their situation but later she fall for his words seeing how much he loves his family .

" You know my job right , duty ka koi time nahi rahta . Will you able to adjust ? " He asked .

" Baate hogaye ho tho ajao sab bula rahe hai " saying shehbaaz entered the room . Outside the elders were discussing , Rita was saying " Ji hume tho vaise koi problem nahi hai vo jo bhi pehene lakin shadi ke bad tode din sare pehen ne padegi " .

" Yeah 2 minutes " Sidharth said while standing up , Shehbaaz nodded his head as he looked at his sister who nodded her head , he moved out .

" Mujhe khana bana na nahi ata " she informed , while he chuckled saying " phir mujhe zindagi bar bhuka rehna padega kyun ki mujhe sirf Pani garam karna ata hai " he said .

( I don't know about cooking )

Shehnaaz nodded in no , her face was red while saying " Maggie se kam chalana padega " .

" Shehnaaz , You are really beautiful " he said leaving her behind to blush .

He was sitting back thinking what she must be thinking of him , couldn't he shut his mouth for some time . What if she gets offended or think wrong about his intentions towards her as Shehnaaz didn't came out yet her mother went inside the room to bring her .

Shehnaaz could not believe , he complimented her . She was standing their like a statue looking herself in the mirror with her red cheeks , his words , his smile was not leaving her mind . Her mother shook her she turned and hugged her mother tightly .

" Tho kya baath agey badaye " Pammy asked knowing her answer because anyone can guess easily seeing her face and happiness .

( So let's make the proposal offical )

" Maa , papa bula rahe hai bahar " Shehbaaz said , both nodded their head breaking the hug .

( Mom , dad is calling out )

Happiness was radiating on everyone's face as the familes said YES , " Phir ristha paka samje "

" aj se apki beti hamari hue " .

" hume ek aur beta milgaya " the elders words were echoing in the background .

Elders blessed them , Sidharth and Shehnaaz were seated together and made them eat sweets . The younger one's Preethi Shehbaaz were clicking their pictures pulling their leg , teasing them .
