The fairy has always feel pressured into silence, she isn't exactly tender when talking about important issues, however this only makes her energy pile up until she burst in a more destructive tone than that needed to begin with. Chepi is aware of her strengths and weaknesses, she can be quite rational when it comes to her abilities or lack of them, and the girl knows how to assess the situation and turn it to her benefit even when the struggle is long and difficult.
