It was a special day in Auradon. It was the day when the coronation test of all the descendants about to be crowned. The test was simple. Each prince and princess will be asked questions by the present Kings and Queens and there will be an election. If the prince or princess receive more than 10 votes, they will be given the date of their coronation. Everyone was invited. All the villains and heroes were gathered there- except Maleficent.

The stage was occupied and the ceremony started. The princesses and Princes participating were Audrey, Aurissa, Chad, Clarissa, Evie, Anne, Meldrick, Sophie, Samuel,Elensa(Elsa's daughter),Mal,Raidan and Rachel.

"One year ago, Princess Malrevyn had completed her coronation but decided to give her mother the throne till she's ready because of many matters in hand. Her coronation will be day after tomorrow. So let's go into the event." The announcer said.

Princess Clarissa:

The announcer called the royals in the order given below. First Audrey stepped on stage. "Princess Audrey was judged because of her crimes but as per the request of Princess Malrevyn, she will be crowned if she passes the test." the announcer stepped aside.

Tiana stood up first. "Princess Audrey, if you are facing a situation where someone acting a way you're not pleasing with asks for your help, as a queen, what will you do?" she asked.

"I will surely help the person." Audrey said.

"Princess Audrey" said Jasmine "Imagine you see a citizen who is wounded badly while you're alone. What will you do?"

"I will call the nearest hospital authority." said Audrey.

"Malyn do you have a question?" asked Belle.

Malyn stood up. "Princess Audrey, imagine that two citizens who are neighbors approach you. One of them is a landlord and the other works in his field. The landlord had promised to pay extra when the prices in market is high but doesn't bother to give it to him. What will you do?"

Audrey thought for a moment. "I guess I'll ask the landlord to give it to him." she said.

Belle stood up. "Who all are in favor of her being Queen?"

Many hands went up. "Ok. She will be Queen."

Aurissa also was elected. Then Chad got on stage. Aurora and Belle asked him questions.

The Eugene stood up. "Prince Chad, if a thief steals from a stall and he is brought to you, what will you do?" "Arrest him." Chad answered.

"Prince Chad, if a wealthy person approaches you and tells you a villager is guilty, what will you do?" asked Malyn.

"I'll trial the villager of course." said Chad.

Then Belle said, "I'm afraid the kingdom can't be handed down to you now. You can participate in the next trial."

Next was Clarissa Charming who got elected.

Then it was Evie's turn. "Princess Evie, as your Kingdom is handed to descendants of Queen Snow White, I assume you're here for test for ruling along with Prince Raidan." said the announcer. Evie nodded.

Then Eugene asked her the same question he asked Chad. "I will provide him with a proper living and make him sign a contract where he must pay for where he stole from when he has the earning." she answered.

Then Rapunzel and Mulan questioned her. Then Queen Leah stood. "We all know we're living in world containing villains. So if you find yourself in a situation where you see a fire surrounding on a little girl who you like and a person who wronged you is found in an injured state, what will you do?"

"I guess I'll shout some advice to the girl and at the same time get some first aid to the injured and then with the help of the girl, I'll take the injured to hospital." Evie answered.

Belle smiled. "I guess you are elected." she said.

"This is outrageous" screamed Chad. "No Chad, Evie said she'll act like a normal person despite her royal status, and you acted like a prince. I guess you need more training because you can't always depend on others." said Malyn. "Well said dear." said Fairy Godmother.

Soon Anne, Meldrick, Sophie, Samuel, Elensa completed their test and got selected.

Next was Mal. "Lady Mal is a special case since she's to be the Queen of Auradon. So questions should be asked likewise." said the announcer. The royals discussed among themselves and then Belle stood up. "Mal, if two people come to you, one of whom is your friend and other rival. They both are in a feud and asked for help. What will you do?"

"Queen Belle, will you please explain the question more precisely?" asked Mal. Ben raised his hand. Belle nodded. "What she meant is that if Evie and Mad Maddy comes to you, and say they need your help. Let's say, Evie says that Maddy destroyed neon lights her dress by pouring water and Maddy claims it's because she was helping a student set out fire. And she also says Evie destroyed her things by use of her chemicals to make the dress. What will you do?"

Mal smiled. "It's easy. I'll just clean up the place Evie destroyed and fix her dress with magic." she said.

The royals face palmed. Rapunzel stood up. "Okay, if one citizen complains that their relatives were kidnapped and the kidnapper asks something that can destroy the world in return. What will you do?"

"Um, I'll just give them fake object and save the citizen. It has already happened." said Mal.

Malyn stood up. "Mal, let's say, you are in a situation where a citizen is trapped and if you rescue them, a leveler activates and you'll fall into a lava pool. What will you do?"

Mal thought for a while. Then she said, "I'll save them and when I'm about to fall, use my magic and get into safety."

Belle stood up. "Mal, I guess for you, we will have to give a practical test. So within this week anytime you'll face a test. And you'll meet us on Saturday." she said. Mal nodded.

Then Raidan stepped up. Suddenly, green smoke filled the room and it revealed to be Maleficent."What a glittering assemblage! Ah, even the villains! I must say, I really felt quite distressed at not receiving an invitation." she said.

Malyn stood up. "You did receive an invitation, Maleficent. Don't you dare play around." she said.

Maleficent looked taken aback. "Oh"

Mal stood up. "That's enough Mom. Go and take a seat and you will attend the program." she said in a commanding tone.

"Since when do I listen to you?" asked Maleficent.

"Since I freed all of you." said Mal, her eyes glowing green. The stared down for a while and then Maleficent when to the audience. Soon the ceremony ended and everyone except Chad was elected.

The kids were talking with each other when Evie's mother called her.

"Evie, dear, how to take a picture in this?" she asked. Evie opened the camera and took a selfie with her mother and took a photo of her alone. "There, beautiful as always. The fairest of them all." she said giving the phone back. At the time Evil Queen felt that maybe good is actually better than evil.

At the same time Jay was with his father. "Hey pops. I brought some money for you from my tourney." he said handing over his dad a $100 note. At that time Jafar too felt that there are other methods to get what you want other than evil.

Mal was with her mother and Ben. "Mom, I passed the test easily. You have to come to my castle some time."

"Are there any goblins?" asked Maleficent.

"No mother, there are actual human servants who won't mess up like goblins do. And Ben here will also help me." said Mal.

"Um, Maleficent...Madam, there is a party at our house tonight only for the royals. So, will you, I mean do you think you can attend it and stay for dinner, if there's no problem?" asked Ben.

Maleficent smiled inside. 'This boy respects me even though I tried to destroy his kingdom. Maybe he's good for my daughter after all. And maybe he's fit to rule the kingdom and there's no need for revenge.' she thought. "Of course I'll come. Maybe I can teach you to be evil and you'll be better than my daughter." said Maleficent. Ben smiled nervously and all three laughed.

All the villains and heroes along with the descendants had a great time. And one thought was there in every villain's mind. 'Maybe good isn't that bad after all.'
