Meanwhile in Auradon, Amaya was in her date with Sonic and they were enjoying their meal "Would you like a delicious cupcake?" Amaya said to her boyfriend "Yes please" Sonic said as her eated the cupcake "Is very tasty, I love it" Sonic complimented "Really? Did I surprised you?" Amaya asked "Yes, you surprised me, they are the meals Pinkie Pie did to my parents" Sonic said "How many time took you to do it? 3 days?" "Well... you don't wanna know..." Amaya said "Okay... is great that you did this for me... after all that craziness you had today" Sonic said touching her black and red hair "I missed you..." Amaya and Sonic stared at each other's eyes "We can't be ourselves anymore" Sonic said "I know..." Amaya said as she holded his hand "You can't take me anywere" Sonic said joking "Oh Sonic!" Amaya said laughing. Then Sonic touched his muzzle and he saw he has a little bit of chocolate "Hey! Do you have a napkin or something?" Sonic asked "Yeah! I think I have one in--" Amaya said but she cut off when Sonic get something out of the basket, her spell book "What is this book doing here?" Sonic said "Um... I brought it in case it rains or--" Amaya tried to lie but she get cut off when Sonic readed all the spells she did "Fast Reading Spell, Hair Colour Spell... Cooking Spell?!" Sonic then realized that all the things Amaya did, it was because she used her spell book "And I was congratulating you for your hard work! Why did you adapt to this?" Sonic said angrily, Amaya tried to make him forget about what he saw, but she couldn't remember the spell "Are you trying to make a spell to me?!" Sonic yelled "Sonic! It was a hard work and--!" "Yes! There a lot of hard things! Did you thinked that being a king was easy for me?!" "Well...no!" "I thought we were together in this!!" "Sonic! We're together in this!" "But is not like that Amaya! You can hide things from me! You're lying!" Amaya wanted to say something but she got cut off again when Sonic said this to her "I thought you wouldn't do it anymore! This is not the Island of the Lost!" Amaya then got shocked of what he said "Well! You can believe me, I know that!" Amaya said angrily "Then why are you doing this?!" Sonic said "Because... you think that I am... one of those glam princesses! And I'm not a lady from the Court! For me is a fake, okay? A fake!" Amaya said and she did a spell that make the dinner dissapear "This is who I really am..." Amaya said depressed "Amaya... I--" Sonic said but Amaya cut him off "Leave me alone!" Amaya yelled at her boyfriend and Sonic feeled bad of what he said to her.

After that moment, Amaya put her PJs and her bracelet on and started to pack everything before returning to the Island, and she started to cry "I don't belong here! Mom was right! All this time!" Amaya said with tears on her eyes. Then Amaya put her lizard mother in a box and said "Listen mom, we have to go back, okay?" Amaya said to the lizard and closed the box.

When she got ready, Amaya used the motobike Sonic gave to her and started to take off to the Island of the Lost. She used a spell to cross the water and she get to the entrance of the island. When everyone saw her, they were shocked to see Amaya back and she didn't turned into Owlette yet "Well... I'm back... I guess I'm in home now..." Amaya said to herself and she went to her old house.
