You and Lydia were going to gym. Lydia was complaining about how she didn't want to go to gym.

" Ugg why did we have to go to gym. I don't get the whole point of it."

" Well it's part of out grades and I love to work out."

" Well I heard that the sub is hot."

" Come on Lydia how come a sub can be so hot..." You said. When you said that you enter the gym you saw the sub. He was hot.
Lydia grabbed your hand and headed to the benches. You couldn't stop staring.

" Alright class! My name is Coach Hale. Coach Finnstock couldn't make it today so that means that I had to take over. Anyway enough with the chitchat and take a lap." Coach Hale said. He looked dreamy, dangerous, and secretive. Once you started to run round the field, Coach Hale started to look at you. When you were done with the second lap, you headed to Coach Hale.

" May I help you?" He asked.

" Yeah, um what was that back there?"

" What?"

" Looking at me when I ran."

" Oh, I'm sorry. I just..." Then the bell rang. You got your stuff and headed to the girls gym lockers.

" Hey!" He said. You turned around.

" What's your name?"

" Y/n McCall. Whats your Coach Hale?"

" Derek."

" Nice name."

" I know that this might sound crazy but will you like to go for a run one day or go out?" Derek said. You blushed.

" How about a run in the woods and then a date?" You said.

" Tomorrow then."

" Tomorrow." You walked away and catch up with Lydia.

" So what he say?"

" What?"

" Don't 'what' me. What did he say to you."

" Just go for a run tomorrow and possibly a date. That's all."

" Ohh! Y/n McCall, dating a coach. I can see it already."

" What! No I'm not going to date him."

" that's what they all say." Lydia laughed.

" You can't tell Scott okay, he's going to be angry and give a huge speech but why I can't date him."

" Tell Scott what?" Scott said walking to you guys.

" That she's going on a.."

" Nothing." You cut off Lydia. Scott was confused.

" Okay, um Y/n, I have to drop you off at work, mom said there was a lot of patients."

" Okay." When you went to your locker, Derek was there.

" Hey."

" Hi."

" So um, heres my number if you want to call me."

" Thanks." you smiled.

" Y/N COME ON!" Scott yelled.

" Sorry I didn't know that you have a boyfriend."

" Him? Gross no, he's my brother."

" Oh, I see it now, you guys look alike."

" We're twins."

" That's nice."

" So thanks for the number. I'll text you."

" I'll be waiting." he smiled. You closed your locker and walked to Scott.

" Who was that?"

" Nobody."

" Yeah okay." later on that day you texted Derek saying to meet you at the woods. After the run, you guys went on a date.
