Derek met your parents when he was at your house helping out Scott and you with things. Your mom heard of Derek when you talked about him when you saw him in the woods a long time ago and she was happy but she gave him a chance. But your father met Derek when he was arrested and let's say your father wasn't too happy but you told him to give him a chance and he did and next week him and Derek are going to see you play your lacrosse game with Scott and Stiles.
