It was when you walked in on Derek and Jennifer. After that you drove home. You were at the driveway, you were thinking about Derek and why did he do that to you. You sat in the car and cried. Then you heard a knock on the window.

" Y/n, it's 2:12 am and I was sleeping. And I heard you crying, what happened?" Scott said telling you to roll down the window.

" It's nothing, I just noticed that I had ruff day at work." you said and step out of the car and Scott following you back inside.

" Do you, want to talk about it?"

" NO! Im sorry Scott, I don't really want to talk about okay."

" That's fine." Scott said. Scott knew you were lying but he just didn't want to get mad. You walked upstairs to your room. You took a relaxing shower and went to sleep. The next morning you woke up around 4:18am. You got dressed to go for a run and went outside. You started to jog to the woods. But you needed to let yourself lose control. So you ran. You saw Derek's old house and you ignored it. You felt so good you wanted to run more. You ran as fast as you could until you tripped over a branch and tumbled down the hill. You hurt yourself pretty bad but you will heal. When you began to heal you walked towards home and you looked at your watch 6:30 am. You need to get ready for school. So you took a quick shower and got dressed and headed to school. When you were walking up to school and you saw Derek. You tried to ignore him.

" Y/n, babe, please let me explain!"

" You know what Derek! I feel relieved that I'm not with you."

" Let me explain."

" Explain what Derek? That I slept with your teacher and I didn't think about you."

" Just let me talk."

" You know Derek I have feelings too."

" If you won't tell me talk, I'll talk. I had sex with her okay! I'm sorry! I wanted to let you guys know that I was still alive but I messed up, I was near the school and I saw her going in her car. She took me home and that's when I slipped. She kissed me then I kissed her. Y/n, am a huge asshole. And I still want to be with you. I love you."

" I love you" turns into "you failed me. I had lost my mind when I saw you dead. Everyone did."

" I'm sorry that I mess up our relationship. But I still love you."

" Are you making me feel even more bad by leaving you?"

" No, y/n, just give me a second chance. I won't mess this up."

" You know that I don't believe in second chances."

" If you love me maybe you do."

" I cant, Im already late for class."

" Y/n! When you find the one you never give up. We are meant to be." Derek said yelling to you. You turned around and said,

" Meant to be?"

" Meant to be. If I wasn't here right now, that meant that I didn't love you. But I love you." Derek said. You ran to him.

" I love you."

" Im so sorry y/n."

" We're meant to be." you smiled.

" Meant to be." Derek repeated.
