My mind runs wild,I'm afraid to listen to the thoughts that circle around my head. I just want to run from myself and my mind. Its all dark and gloomy.Like  i'm being buried alive by the thoughts that run throw my head. I just can't handle all of it its hard to breath when it feels like your drowning from all the feeling running throw you.
