Depression Reality:
If you google depression your phone will say "feelings of severe despondency and dejection" but is that all? Is depression that easy to  state? You honestly cannot answer that if you've never been depressed you see, depression is an emotional roller coaster that takes you up and down, loop through loop until the end of the ride, but who controls the ride well the ride operator well you see, our brain is the ride operator and sometimes it never stops the ride, if you've met that operator you know he's a jerk and well basically an...Oh wait that won't be professional to state in this article but you see unlike the fun batman ride at six flags that makes you scream with joy this ride makes you scream with fear and sadness, doesn't sound so fun now does it? Depression can make you want to stab yourself in the heart every waking day you breath, depression can cause you to stay home all day everyday, depression isn't just something you can describe in six words, it's not...How do I know? I suffer from major depression, I've tried 2 different meds that didn't do a darn thing but wanna know something? Remember that old saying "laughter's the best medicine" that's true when it comes to depression, you think I'm joking right ha ha ha well you're wrong there you see if you surround yourself with positive people whose laughing and joking around with you and always smiling then most likely you'll always be smiling and not a fake one I'm talking to you Jennifer (My friend) you'll be really smiling because as we all know we're like kids even as adults we're sponges we reflect off of others so if you're around negative nasty people that always have a problem with every situation then you're gonna be miserable like them so if you're like me change your environment surround yourself with the positive crowd so you can see your beauty and know your strength's and if you can't move right now or whatever remember this don't let negativity ruin your positivity and do not I repeat do not like it ruin you and your natural beauty continue to shine like the sun, when they throw you bricks make a mansion.
