I bet you wouldn't even cry.

What if I said that I had a ton of cuts?

You would still hate my guts.

What if I told you that I starved myself?

Heck, you don't care about my health.

What if I said that I cried myself to sleep?

As your friend you wouldn't keep.

What if I told you about how I feel?

You wouldn't think it's real.

Because to you it's all a funny joke,

But it won't be when you find out I never woke.
