She was always a hot tempered person. Screaming at even a rock sometimes.

People thought she was crazy, her parents thought that as well.

She would keep the promises she made, like when you asked to help you with packing clothes for your vacation.

She would rarely do anything for herself though. Barely eating either. People were crazy enough to bully her for that.

She would get into fights, tons of them. Her parents would always be called to the school to pick her up. She would be covered in bruises and sometimes had blood on her fists.

But after the summer break, she wasn't the same.

She had bags under her eyes and would wear a baggy hoodie to cover up the fact she was so skinny.

As her friend, you were worried. She picked at her food during recess and fell asleep in class.

The fight stopped, but that didn't mean the bullying did. Her newly found introverted attitude didn't help.

Everyday in the morning, she would be shoved into a wall and have to listen to the girls humiliate her.

But you never knew about this. You were in an entirely different school now, due to the move. You couldn't see her suffering through out the day, you couldn't help her.

It was that one day that you plannrd on surprising her after school, if you hadn't things would have been different.

Once you had turned the corner to take the shortcut through the alley you froze.

  Infront of you was your beloved  friend on the floor being beaten to a pulp.

It was horrifying to know that she was suffering this whole time and you couldn't help.

You stood in shock but cut out of the trance when you heard another cry of pain.

  You walked up to the group of girls and shoved them off of her. They were taken by surprise.

  They were cowards. They ran when they saw that you were a 6ft male. Who wouldn't.

  She had been enduring all of this for a year. One agonising year.

  She had become skinnier because she started purging (turning very anorexic), Due to the fact the girls called her a 'fat pig'.

  She would stay up all night thinking of all her insecurities.

  She had started getting help after this incident.

  She still has her episodes but she knows that she can talk to people. Her parents try to help her the best that they can.

This is from my brother's perspective. His female friend had been bullied for her tom-boy nature. So stuff happened.
