Bill's little brother was gone. He'd went out with his paper boat one day in the rain and never came back. The police had been searching for 2 weeks with no sign of him. Bill's parents had given up the previous week, but Bill still went strong on the search for his baby brother along with his friends' help. Now a year had gone by and it seemed that everyone except Bill had given up.
"I know h-h-he's out there. G-Georgie is out th-there somewhere! We've just got to f-fffind him!" Bill shouted to his parents, his friends, the police, and even himself.
