Also, this would be a great place to go if you needed a semi-quick recap of the events that happened during these books. 

Just for note, the numbers in parentheses represent how many years have passed since the beginning of the timeline. If I've done the math correctly, then the years should line up with how it is in my head, but if some numbers don't work then I'll have to come back and fix them. Hope you all enjoy!

~

(0) s4 ends ~ "Choosing You" begins, where Kai mentions he first fell in love with Skylor due to the events of s4 giving him a lot of adrenaline. 

a few months later ~ Kai meets with Skylor after events of s7, and they start dating.

(2) events of s8 ~ Lloyd falls in love with Harumi, but she betrays him.

events of s9 ~ Harumi dies and "Departed" starts.

a little over a week later ~ Harumi, Morro, and Mistake escape the Departed Realm and end up being trapped in the Ethereal Divide for two years as Transmitea brings them to a new realm.

during those two years ~ The Ninja rebuild Ninjago, Skylor's company moves to her father's old island, and colonization there begins. The foundation of "Skylor's Island" is being built. 

meanwhile ~ Harumi, Morro, and Mistake land in the Realm of Monsters, and the former two are kidnapped by Malevolence. Malevolence tries to get Harumi to assassinate the Ninja, but Harumi refuses. Harumi and Morro are locked away in a prison cell to die. Meanwhile, Mistake finds help from the Cloud Kingdom and Malevolence kickstarts the Oni invasion.

(4) events of s10 ~ The Ninja drive out the Oni, unaware the Malevolence was left behind in Ninjago. After the invasion, Kai proposes to Skylor, as he wants to marry her before their personal lives are consumed with their professions. 

afterwards ~ Erasmus tells Harumi and Morro that their destinies were altered by a thief long ago, and that it is written that they will return to Ninjago when Harumi reaches adulthood. Harumi, Morro, and Mistake build a life for themselves in the Cloud Kingdom as they wait for Harumi's eighteenth birthday to come. Morro starts to fall in love with Harumi. Meanwhile, back in Ninjago, Kai starts training to become co-leader of Chen's Noodle House, and Lloyd's chest pains begin (though they are mostly mild).

a year and a half later ~ Jay and Nya get married.

(6) around six months later ~ Harumi turns eighteen. She and Morro begin to prepare to reenter Ninjago. Ninjago has been mostly rebuilt from the Oni invasion at this point, Skylor's Island is growing in population, and the Ninja are veterans of their craft. 

a few days later ~ Harumi and Morro enter Ninjago, and are immediately captured by the Ninja. At this point Kai and Skylor are planning their wedding. Lloyd's chest pains return to an agonizing degree. Harumi and Morro are forced to work at Steepest Wisdom.

also a few days later ~ the Time Twins reenter Ninjago's timestream, landing with their army in the outskirts of Ninjago. Malevolence finds them and starts rebuilding their army. Surprise Vermillion attacks start popping up with no rhyme or reason, which weakens the Ninja.

after a month ~ The Ninja receive Erasmus's message from the Cloud Kingdom, which is in the form of a prophecy due to a magical barrier around the Cloud Kingdom that won't allow outside realms to see the direct future. The prophecy states that "Oni and Light's son" will defeat "Time's Overlord". The Ninja start working on an interpretation whilst also fending off more Vermillion attacks. Meanwhile, Malevolence is trying to reunite the Time Blades for an unknown reason.

days pass ~ Malevolence steals back the Reversal Blade from the Boiling Sea, and the Ninja learn of her presence in Ninjago. Kai is poisoned, Steepest Wisdom is burned to the ground, and Harumi and Morro are moved to the Bounty to start living with the Ninja. While the Ninja are trying to heal Kai, Malevolence sends Krux back in time to the point where the First Spinjitzu Master split the Overlord's soul from his body. Krux retrieves the body, and Malevolence is only steps away from bringing the Overlord back to life. 

during the next two weeks ~ Nya hears Harumi's story and decides to be kind to her. She helps Harumi and Morro make gis for any upcoming battles, and the group trains to sharpen their skills.

next ~ Malevolence starts the combination of the Overlord's soul and body, giving herself up to fuel the ceremony. The Ninja invade and seemingly defeat her, but the reincarnated Overlord steps over Malevolence's dead body and into the light. A battle ensues, which injures all the Ninja. PIXAL is able to break the amulet holding his soul before the Overlord kills the Ninja. The Overlord is severely weakened by this blow, and it gives the Ninja enough time to escape. However, as they are tending to each other on the Bounty, the Overlord disappears from the field they left him in. Lloyd decides that the group needs to research who the "son of Oni and Light" is so that they can defeat the Overlord next time they encounter him.

immediately after ~ The Ninja split into groups to find out the secret parts of their ancestry. Over the next week Jay finds out his mother was the thief who altered Harumi and Morro's scrolls, Morro finds his mother was friends with Storm Lightning, and Lloyd and Harumi privately find out they are the Oni and Light. During this time frame Lloyd and Harumi apologize and decide to be allies. Morro sends a plea to the Cloud Kingdom that he would always be able to be with Harumi, and is answered with a book on how to transfer elemental power.

a few days later ~ The Overlord returns to fight, claiming that the balance is being upended by the Ninja. Morro tricks Harumi into letting him transfer his elemental powers to her (through dormant transference; basically passing on his power to one of her children) before the fight. The Overlord is close to killing Lloyd when Harumi intercedes, revealing to Lloyd she is the Oni from the prophecy. The Overlord tries to stab her, but Morro gets in the way and is killed. The Overlord sees them all bleeding, and assumes he's killed them all. Lloyd and Harumi are found by the rest of the Ninja and are ferried to a hospital, on their last strings of life. 

during the next few weeks ~ Lloyd is determined to recover, while Harumi loses the will to live once hearing of Morro's death. Cole and Seliel work together to help Harumi know that she isn't alone in her recovery, and slowly they nurse her back from the brink of death. 

more weeks pass ~ Harumi joins the crew on the Bounty as they try to go back to a somewhat normal life. Kai and Skylor get married. Lloyd grows closer to Harumi. But Harumi realizes she's not happy with her life, and she needs to get away from the pressures of the prophecy to properly work on herself.

afterwards  ~ Harumi leaves the Ninja and goes to the secluded town of Sherim, where she stays to work on her grief. Peace follows her absence, as if the whole realm is holding its breath for the Overlord's next act. Steepest Wisdom is insured and rebuilt as Steepest Wisdom II.

(7) a few months later ~ Nya announces she's pregnant. Lloyd tries to figure out whether he loves Harumi because of the prophecy or if he loves her for her. 

more months pass ~ Bequeath is born. Kai moves to Skylor's Island full-time, and it is now a booming community. Lloyd get hired at Steepest Wisdom and works on completing his high school diploma.

months ~ Zane and PIXAL officially retire from the Ninja team, with PIXAL moving into Borg Industries as co-owner and Zane moving to work in the medical field. Bequeath turns one year old. Cole still patrols Ninjago City, being the only active Ninja left.

(9) spring ~ Lloyd graduates high school. Skylor announces that she's pregnant. Harumi returns from Sherim and begins working at Steepest Wisdom with Lloyd. They decide not to immediately start dating, but give themselves time to build a friendship first.

nine months ~ Aureole is born; Lloyd and Harumi are dating; Bequeath is driving Jay and Nya crazy.

more months ~ Nya introduces four-year-old Bequeath to the newborn Storm. Lloyd and Harumi are married at this point. 

(12) about a year later ~ Harumi gives birth to twin boys. Meanwhile, wildfires are burning across Ninjago, leaving Cole as the sole caretaker of the island. One of these wildfires critically injures Seliel, leaving her with lung damage, but it also introduces Cole to the fact he desperately wants a family. Cole and Seliel start dating, with Cole exclaiming he doesn't care if Seliel can't breathe right. Up in the medical ring, Zane and PIXAL are researching a deadly virus that has begun to strike in the outskirts of Ninjago Island. 

time passes ~ Cole and Seliel get married and settle down in Nom. The virus continues to spread, slowly causing more panic as it claims more lives. Harumi gives birth to Ver a little more than two years after the twins. Her and Lloyd were hoping for a singular son to perhaps help with the prophecy, but instead they got a daughter. 

(15) months and months ~ Peak is born, and despite the complications her lungs put on childbirth, Seliel is determined to have more children. 

later ~ the virus hits Ninjago City in full force, sending the city into a panic. Cyrus Borg dies, leaving PIXAL as head of Borg Industries. Zane uses T.R.E.E. to rescue Cypress, whom he and PIXAL adopt as their own child. 

(24) a long time passes ~ the antidote for the virus is working pretty well, but the virus still isn't eliminated. Seliel catches a weaker variant of it, but because of her lung damage, it ends up killing her. Cole is left as a widower, and Peak has to step up to raise his triplet siblings. Meanwhile, Jay and Nya are struggling to raise their rebellious teenage daughter.

more time ~ Bequeath gets married, after finally reconciling with Nya. At this point in time most of the children are teenagers (if not older), and almost ready for the events of "Prophecy".
