Okay, okay, you've all probably guessed it by now but SHE'S MY FAVORITE. The execution of her character in the show was flawless, she had an exceptional story, and Britt McKillip did a fabulous job bringing her to life. I think the fact that Harumi is either a character everyone either adores or despises says a lot about her impact on the fandom. I mean, who has that strong of an opinion on King Vangelis? Or Vex? Harumi is totally one the best villains and characters in the show.

First up is a drawing of Harumi in her armor from "Ancestry" (Part 4 of Departed). I had sketched out a version of it on paper, and I wanted to color it in on the computer. I find writing about something is easier once I have a visual picture of it, so I'll often draw the characters that I'm writing about.

Every now and then I'll gather enough patience to try realism. This was one of them. I think the hair and eyes are pretty good, but the nose is completely botched lol.

I believe this was the third drawing in a series of lineart/realism drawings that I did. I really wanted to do something with smudged makeup. The altered Quiet One outfit was inspired by the drawing below. The best part of this one is the fact that people say she looks like Harley Quinn. :D

So this was an idea for an AU I had called "Lloyd's Love Interest Club". I actually made a few comics for them, and I'll post them in this book later. The concept was that Harumi and Akita got together to hang out (they have a whole clubhouse and everything) where they played games and ate peanut butter. Everyone thinks they spend all their time debating who should end up with Lloyd, but they don't. They have a ton of fun with being vague about what chaos they actually get up to inside the clubhouse. Anyone considered a love interest of Lloyd is welcome; they just need a hoodie to go with their ensemble.
